Add facility for users to add warnings of potholes in two clicks instead of current four.
UK roads are plagued with potholes currently. Receiving warnings about them is very helpful - but reporting them is a real fiddle! It involves hitting the 'Report' baloon, then 'Hazard', then 'On road', and finally 'Pothole'.
No-one should be juggling all that while driving, and yet RECEIVING the warnings is most helpful. Nor can you go back and mark them later. There are too many!
If the problem isn't such a major issue elsewhere could it just be introduced in the UK?5 votes -

Add two buttons to the report feature 1. for Mobs / Vandals 2. For Political Protests
As a safety feature for Wazers you could add an icon for reporting groups of vandals / mobs attacking divers
Also add a feature for reporting Political Protests that ultimately affect divers, his happens quite frequently n Bogota Colombia for example1 vote -

Enregistrement des vitesses
Bonjour,
Ce serait super que nous puissions retrouver l'historique des vitesses auxquelles nous roulions dans notre historique de trajets. Peut on d'ailleurs voir le détail de notre trajet dans votre historique ?
Merci d'avance,
Bien cordialement

Add an EASY to access button for road closures, this may be in the case of an accident or dangerous situations like robberies
Add an EASY to access button for road closures, this may be in the case of an accident or dangerous situations like robberies, violent protests, dangerous hazards on the road, roads fallen in/sunk. This is critical as an alternative rout needs to be calculated ASAP especially in a dangerous situation.

Merge warning
Let users report when a multi-lane route has a section cut off and cars have to merge into a left or right lane, so it will warn users coming up to the merge to go ahead and starve merging into the other lanes.
This could be another button to report on the user interface.
Ex: when a 4 lane highway has construction on it and part is cut off, cars have to merge into 2 lanes. For less traffic and easier navigation, being warned to go ahead and merge would tell a user to get over either left or right…

Saludos

Hello why level one editors can edit nothing on the map

Improve button position for hazard location
Why is the “on shoulder” button in the middle and the “on road” button on the side. This is backwards and I always want to hit the wrong button.

road block reporting on car play
In car play, reporting road block is not possible. To report a road block you will have to disconnect and report through your phone which is 1. Time consuming 2. Inconvenient and most importantly, very dangerous! I don’t understand why this crucial function is not available in car play mode. This is critical in reporting real time and safety!

Speed camera, police and booze bus
Have speed camera, police and booze buses as all different icons so people can tell the difference between them. 1 icon for all police isn't specific enough.

user defined button
Have a couple of user defined buttons on the main screen, so that the user can define what these are for, for their most used functions - my car uses a steering wheel control to navigate around Waze, so to report a pothole (there are many where I live), I have to go down about 4 levels (I think from memory) to get to the pothole button - on steering wheel navigation, that can take 10 seconds, and at 60mph, I'm already around 900 feet away from the hazard. Having the option to define a button (or ideally 2) so…

Stuck car
The map icon of stuck car is the same color of medium traffic , it’s very confusing for drivers who look at the map for seconds and in conclusion slow for traffic for no reason

Stop blocking excessive reporting
There are a huge number of pot holes in Sydney due to the floods and rainfall. I was reporting each and every one until I got flagged for excessive reporting noting my account would be blocked from reporting. If this is designed to be a community app, remove this feature blocking people so we can save damage to our vehicles and potentially save lives.

Add voice message to Update Request to reduce time reporting map errors to car drivers.
Currently there is only text comment option which restricts the driver from adding details to the UR. Adding voice message could help to waze editor getting more specific information and minimize message asking additional information.
This functionality improve URs resolution statistics.
