    Revamp the entire EV charging options/filters/functionality
    Many good ideas for improvement already in the suggestion box that should be implemented. There should also be a filter for Tesla stations that are Tesla only, so that those with adapters unable to use those locations can filter them out.

  4. Safety and crime based routes and reporting

    Waze should introduce a feature that allows users to report unsafe or crime-prone roads—especially relevant in high-risk areas like South Africa. Based on personal experience, Waze has sometimes routed users through dangerous neighborhoods, which can be especially hazardous for tourists or those unfamiliar with the area.

    This feature should allow users to flag roads where recent crime has occurred or where safety is a concern. These reports could be time-stamped and reviewed by the community, similar to how speed traps or traffic accidents are currently handled.

  5. Disable message "Thanks You helped nearby Wazers"

    I am getting the message "Thanks You helped nearby Wazers" after reporting an issue and am then unable to see the information at the bottom of the screen (including ETA and distance) until I restart the app. This started happening to me a couple weeks ago. Based on previous suggestions (some from over 10 years ago), you are supposed to be able to go into Settings - Notifications and "turn off Thanks Message" but that's no longer an option. I have turned off all push notifications in the settings, and that does not work, either. The only solution I have…

  6. Add user control stop alerts reductions

    The app without warning reduces alerts on usually travelled routes. Even critical warnings about mapped seatbelt and phone cameras stop regardless of the user's alert settings! WAZE - allow the user to actually control the alerts please.

    I find the option to add stops on my route convenient for when I'm going on a long drive where I need to stop at a few places along the way, but it only allows me to add one extra stop. Why can I only add one? I'd appreciate being able to add at least 3 or 4 stops in one trip so I don't need to start a new route after each destination along the way (I've had to do that before and it's way too complicated).   16. Suggestions to Improve Navigation and Safety in Waze

    I have a few suggestions to improve Waze: First, please keep the name of the destination visible while driving—sometimes it’s easy to accidentally choose the wrong location. Second, when a speed camera alert appears, it covers the current speed, making it hard to know if I'm speeding—please adjust the layout to keep the speed visible. Third, it would be helpful to have an audible alert when there’s a speed camera or police nearby, so drivers don’t need to keep looking at the screen.

    Nos que dirigimos não temos tempo de tá lendo os nomes das ruas. Isso acaba atrapalhando e muito pq e desnecessário. Coloquem uma opção de habilitar e desabitar. E de uns 5 dias pra cá, a seta do carro tem ficado encoberta pelo nome da rua a e me faz perder a entrada.

  19. SATELLITE VIEW! It’s 2025!!!

    I’m just reiterating the same desire as THOUSANDS of other former users. There’s so many navigation apps that have satellite view as an option but Waze refuses to let their users choose between default, satellite or a hybrid version. The users are telling u they want/need the feature and your only response is, (paraphrasing…) “we think that the users benefit more from less info on the screen, we don’t plan on going in that direction.” Which is EXACTLY WHY USERS RESPONSE IS, “…and WE don’t plan on using Waze to go in any direction.” Sad, it’s a phenomenal app. The…
