    Hi, if you could make a Randy Marsh from South Park navigation voice, it'll be one of the very few things you could do, to improve Waze.
    Thank you for one of the best apps/navigation service I have ever seen :)

    on pourrait utiliser leur systeme lapi embarqué dans notre vehicule, relié a une base de données immat des voitures radars et nous les signaler dès l'approche !!! qu'en pensez vous??on peut retourner le systeme contre eux !!!!

  5. Important! For safety - Add an option to stay away from unsealed roads

    I used Waze when driving back home this weekend, for a 400km journey. There were traffic jams all along the main routes. Waze saved me an hour by routing me around the jams, but.....

    I had two little kids in a two wheel drive car and Waze took me through roads better suited for four wheel drive vehicles - unsealed, dirt roads with no cellphone reception. The roads got bad until I was too far in and turning around wasn't even an option because it was too narrow.

    This is a matter of safety. Some cars cannot handle unsealed dirt…

  7. Things i wish i had on my 2k mile road trip

    1. allow police moving as an option
    2. allow tracking of route, speed, location, comments, and pins to be displayed if looking for something. (i hit a deer and the only thing I did was marked it on Waze and I don’t know where i was)
    3. Beep function not working for me would like to honk at others
    4. Announce toll booths ahead
    5. Price corrections on gas when parked at the gas station
    6. Allow notifications for comments for review later some are hilarious

    Keep up all the excellent work and I LOVVVEEE the WAZE app.

  9. Adding report option of Fire Trucks, EMTs, Emergency Personnell causing traffic congestion

    In NYC and other major cities fire trucks and emergency personnel tend to cause traffic congestion and causing delays. I think waze should add a report feature for this type of activity since reporting closure wouldn't make sense in a temporary situation.

  10. Magnification option

    Frequently I feel like I have to zoom out or in to see what lies ahead of me on the road. It's difficult but more so dangerous to adjust zoom, as it requires a lot of tinkering with fingertips. Not so good with driving.

    I suggest the same map layout Waze currently has -- but with two or three small boxes (i.e. interfaces) across the bottom of the screen. By pressing on one of them it zooms automatically to a 4x magnified map display, for example. The other boxes could be an 8x, 16x, or whichever magnification preference the user…

  11. Update Peachtree Corners City Hall

    I sent a message a few weeks back and was told that we were in Norcross so it wasn’t going be updated. I have a very high volume of complaints of people thinking that we were in Norcross that’s why didn’t pull a permit. Or they go to Norcross City Hall thinking that that’s where they need to go. We border Norcross but we are not in Norcross haven’t been since 2012. A few people quit using Waze because of it.

  12. How about you pull your heads out of your nether orifices?

    I tried your app. Though sound was set, I got no voice when navigating. I tried to post to your forums, and it gave me all sorts of problems with it not recognizing the account I was forced to set up on the phone not being recognized on the web site. I removed the application from my phone.

    Typical Israeli lack of focus on UI. Pathetic.

  13. Add option to display Gas Stations (as clickable icons) on main map screen without having to use menu.

    Add the option to display gas stations on the main map as clickable icons, without having to go through the several menus (i.e. menu > gas > list > map... and all the way back) to visualize surrounding stations and return to main navigation map.

    Clicking the gas station icons on the main map view should allow users to "navigate" directly to the gas station and also update the fuel prices (if within range).

    Showing gas stations on the main map view has two main benefits:

    1. Updating gas prices to nearby stations becomes much easier.

    Sou cadete do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Pará e estou realizando meu Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso sobre a viabilidade de desenvolvimento de um sistema de monitoramento das viaturas da Instituição a partir de localizadores.

    Gostaria de saber da possibilidade de cruzar estes dados com o WAZE, se a Corporação precisa contratar uma licença para utilizar, além da possibilidade de criação de uma interface específica para cada veículo.

  15. Configure highway Navigation way point alerts

    Often times when driving in the highway waze does not provide a way point alert until we are very close to the waypoint. On the highway having some more advance notice (.25, .5, or 1m?) on these waypoint alerts would be really helpful in terms if safe driving.

    I am a cyclist and I would love to be able to put my phone in a beacon mode which will allow users of this app to be notified when I am close by. This concept could be used for runners, walkers, bikers, and any other activity that is near or on roadways.

    they say if your friends on facebook are connected to waze then you can view their drive but I am connected to waze and I have ppl in mine that i'm not friends with. whats up with that? you guys need to revert it back to the previous mode before this update. pretty much the only reason I use it is to send ETAs. my husbandand I use when we go on trips 2 let each other and children get updates. or allow u to add friends u want to be in ur list to see u and vs versa.…

  20. You need another subheading in hazards

    You should add "hitchhiker" under the hazard- roadside heading. I passed 3 today. One of whom was staggering along the roadside. And under hazards IN the road there should be slow driver.
    I don't recall seeing that.
