Bathroom Locator Idea
I love Waze and use it every time I drive. But I had an app idea of my own that I wanted to start up. I want to create an app that shows where bathrooms are because one of the hardest things on a long road trip is finding bathrooms on the way. But I really think this idea could be incorporated into Waze rather than an entirely separate app. My idea is that you would compile data where all the bathrooms are and as people use them, they rate how clean they were. Expwy is pronounced “ex-pwee” by Spanish voices
Can the Spanish voices not pronounce Expwy “ex-pwee”? I’d expect them to say “expressway” with a Spanish accent. You fixed this with “Rd” (it used to say “ere day”, reading the letters).

roundabout symbol for right hand drive cars
I have noticed that the navigation / next turn symbol for round abouts is for left hand drive car roads.
so for us who drive from the right side of the car the roundabouts show a right turn going the wrong way around the round about for the third exit.
the map itself is correct, it goes the proper way around, but the next turn signal is wrong7 votes -
Take into account holiday traffic
During holidays traffic over here, and i guess in most of the world, is quite different. I do a 100 km round trip every day and I appreciate that waze not only takes into account the current conditions but also takes into account what traffic is going to be like when I eventually get there. But during holidays I have to ignore waze completely or I'll arrive half an hour later because waze is calculating a route taking into account what traffic will be like on a normal working day instead of vacation days. Tarhe Traffic (road limitation) in Tehran, Iran
Basically there are limitations on roads that you can have access to during the day in Tehran, Iran. There are areas that you can access only if you have the permit for the day and there are areas that you can access based on your plate ending number. So for example if you have even number ending plate then you can pas from these areas only on even days of the week.
These are issues that waze does not put into consideration while it is navigating and you can easily get fined by passing from these areas automatically.

Correct Multi window (currently pauses)
Can you please allow waze to work correctly in multi window mode.Android 7.1.1 if you have Waze open in a multi-window configuration, it wouldn't actually work as expected. As long as it had focus and was the last app you interacted with, Waze would work as expected, updating your location and orientation on the map. But if you interacted with another app in multi-window, Waze would stop updating until you go back to it.
Similar issue with Google maps which just got fixed:

I suggest that you add speed reduction warning to your icons for hazards.
On motorways when there is a speed reduction sign it would stop people braking heavily if they’re aware it’s coming up.

Road closure re-route
Hi WaZE,
This app is wonderful. One question. When there is a road block or closure due to a march ,etc., why does the app not reroute you around it? Use other streets to get to the destination. It continues to lead you right back.
Can't you block that location and add that command in that program and the streets are opened again release it with another command?

Pedestrian, Hitchhiker, Bicyclist hazards
What I would really like to see on the hazard page is a couple of different choices for people.
I realize you can't have an icon for everything, but I do think a couple of choices for people would be an excellent addition. My recommendation would be three different people icons:
Hitchhiker
Pedestrian

Use inconsistencies in data/behavior to prompt a response about conditions
Use data already being collected/ streamed (e.g. avg. speed you are going) and trended to prompt someone when that changes (e.g. from 65 mph for a while to now 5 mph)-- someone gets a prompt, is there a slowdown? is there police activity, other (e.g. went off route)... that way people are responding to common things that could be occurring based on compiled info thus far, and it's easier/safer for the driver to engage

Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter afin de vous suggérer dans les différents modes de conduite une partie auto une partie moto et pourquoi pas velo ou piéton. pourquoi me direz vous? il me semble que lorsque je passe entre les voitures ou est signalé un bouchon ou un accident, tout le monde est à l arrêt sauf moi qui passe grace à la moto et fausse les informations. non ?

Cant use Google Assistant when on Waze
Am a Pixel 2 user. I realized, that while driving around with Waze, being enabled, i am unable to use Google Assistant. When i contacted Google support team, they advised me to reach out to Waze, since i am told this is an App related issues.
In my opinion the ability to use Google assistant is very critical when we are on HIghways, since, there could be any critical reason you may want to communicate to the Assistant to read a text or send a message to a person about any critical update while enroute to home or office. I…

Zoom based on time til next turn
If my next turn isnt for half an hour, being zoomed in to the road doesn't give me any information I can't see out the window. If the next turn isnt for a while, zoom all the way out to top down view so you know where you are in your journey. As you get closer to your next turn, goto the regular view so you can see upcoming street names to help you prepare for the turn. Then when you're approaching the intersection, go to a top down zoomed in view (like google maps)

Android Auto - Allow Waze destination "history" to be displayed as part of Android Auto.
"Native" Waze on my android phone shows past historical destinations when I initiate a new destination search. When using Waze as part of Android Auto - only destination favorites are shown. Please allow Waze to show historical destination list when used in Android Auto.
