  4. i have a friend that have better way to preceed in the traffic jam. You may contact him to improve some questions about the GPS route.

    We are in Brazil, and he could help a lot with new routes in our country,
    Please accept our adivices.

  5. Prevent drivers from falling asleep

    If drivers feel they may start dozing, there should be an application they can start that, for example, will ask them trivia questions and expect and audio response. If there is no audio from the driver then the phone should make an alarm sound to make sure that the driver is awake. If this is integrated into waze then people are more likely to use it.

  6. Tab/report when a gas station is weather roadside or have to get out of it.

    When you're driving and look for a gas station sometimes you have to get out of the higway. just report about it.

    כשהרכב מתחיל לנוע- האפליקציה נועלת את היכולת להקליד. אין אפשרות לשלוח הודעות כתובות בשום מדיה, לא להקליד כתובת בוויז- כלום. כל הלקדה מחייבת עצירה של הרכב.

  8. re-organize and add menu items

    The Menu Settings are really a pain !
    Very difficult to find the option you want to change. Ex : "Show on Map" is in "Advanced" menu but there is a "Map" menu just next to "Advanced".

    Very weird !!!

  9. Add north south west east direction when reporting from iPhone

    Add preset when reporting anything to waze via iPhone to show which direction drivers will see the report. Accident. Police etc. This also should show in the text description of the report. Same lane or other can help and this may show on the map. But it's hard to tell exactly what lane it's in. Ie, car stopped on shoulder may look on map like it's northbound lane when it's really south. Add direction of travel preset similar to same lane button.

  10. Quick-report presets

    The amount of phone interaction required for reporting is a bit onerous while driving. Tap to Report > select category > add optional additional info > send. I often skip reporting altogether to avoid distracting from driving.

    I would love to see the ability to have one-touch presets for making reports from the main screen. A single tap to mark & send a report on an accident, hazard, or speedtrap, etc.

    User might even be allowed to customize which presets are present and/or include specific text (i.e. "Left lane closed") for frequent events.

  14. 4th sound option: only say things once.

    add a 4th sound option for when i do want audible navigation, but don't want anna (that's what i named her) telling me the same thing over and over the closer i get. i only need to hear it once. maybe just at the half-mile mark?

    this gets especially annoying when the prompt is, like, 30 words long, and is repeated several times, consecutively, because i'm driving at highway speeds, and go from 1 mile, to a ½ mile, to 500 feet, etc., with her prompting me before she's even done with the previous prompt.

  17. Display interstate/highway shields on client map.

    Right now the live maps can display highway shields with limited functionality. Adding this ability to the client maps (and expanding its scope, as right now it is only partially functional) would really make it easier to orient yourself when viewing the map.

    It would be nice if it was an option, as well... so you could disable it (like you can disable road goodies or other things) if you don't want to view them.

  18. Add pause option for stops

    Add pause option to client, that could be activated when stopping by at a gas station or other places, so that heavy traffic is not indicated. It could unpause automatically when the car start moving

  20. Ask user on which street he is if GPS accuracy insufficient to determinate it automatically

    Sometimes in the beginning of driving or if you driving differently from Wase suggestion Waze can lock on wrong street, if it is two close streets inside GPS accuracy region. I think it will be good if Wase will ask on which street you are exactly if it detects that GPS accuracy is insufficient to determinate it automatically.
