Improving on route and more functions.
I been using waze daily for work as uber driver. There is time can be annoying when waze divert me to another route which is less traffic and mileage is far than origin route. This may cause additional cost on the fare and some riders may not feel comfortable if any route change. My suggestion to waze is have a option for waze as below:-
1) Option to ignore traffic jams so we can maintain current route without any diversion to other route. Let waze user to choose to stuck in traffic or find alternative route. :)

I am in need of a "
I am in need of "turn off" button. When I wish to terminate the waze for any reason, the program continues endlessly. causing me to turn off the Iphone and restart and then deleting the program.

Security when using pre-programmed home and work functions
I think for security reasons there should be a setting where the GPS route will automatically stop navigating once you come within 1 to 2 miles of your home or work. Just a thought.

Have an accident report
Have a report(like a press article), about accidents encountered on our trip, once engine off

Say which direction to go at a fork
Waze never says which way to go when there is a fork in the road. Yes, for the most part, one way is staying on the road, but there is usually no way of knowing without looking at the gps. This of course is dangerous because you are taking your eyes off the road.

Bom dia wazer, a linha azul está muito grossa por favor diminua, e melhorem a indicação de elevados coloquem uma seta para subir ou descer quando necessário pois as vezes estamos em cima e fica meio confuso com outras vias em baixo ainda mais com essa linha tão grossa .

Alarme sonoro de velocidade

Wrong No Right Turn
In Sydney Australia Waze is suggesting to drivers to make a Right Hand turn from Victor Road, Brookvale into Shackle Avenue before
9:30 am Monday-Friday. This is not allowed. I got a booking of $248 because of this suggestion. If Waze is kind enough to reimburse me

Update app iPhone pic & FAQ
Just like the post "iPhone User Manual WiKi" you need to update the screenshot AND FAQ dealing with "Menu." There is NO "Menu Button" on iPhone 6, it is accessed via swipe left boarder.

When inputting hazards there should be an option on highways to say cops are in the median between the lanes.

When Waze calculate the arrival time with the current traffic, it will be good if we can see the arrival time without traffic jam.

Welcome box
When I am driving I would like the "Good Morning" Box to be replaced with a 3 button custom that I can select to make it easier to make a report. Example when I am driving it is difficult to navigate to report a car or police on the side of the road, would be nice to be able to have my top three selections right there on the home screen to make a report in ONE TOUCH :) Please Waze make this happen!@!

Keep map visible when making or receiving calls
Keep the Waze map visible when making or receiving calls and open a small window with the phone call information. It's disturbing when you are driving and you make a call or receive a call and the screen switches to the phone and the Waze map disappears and you have to manually switch screens to see the map. Instead of switching screen, have the phone call information appear in a small pop-up window and keep the Waze map open.

Earning money for Police camera reports
When you get a police camera warning and that saves you from paying penalty ticket, why not give an option to send some money to user that reported the camera (even some symbolic amount as gratitude would be cool ). This can be done by entering paypal account by registering. That would also encourage people to report more often.

Route optimization for manual transmission vehicles (minimize stop-n-go routing)
Allow a user setting for vehicle transmission type. Selecting a "manual transmission" setting would alter the routing engine logic to choose an equal duration or marginally slower route with less stop-n-go traffic (therefore less shifting and holding a manual clutch). Based on traffic speeds and stop signs/lights, routes could be optimized to minimize coming to a complete stop repeatedly.
