    נניח שאני רוצה להגיע לתחנת דלק מסוימת ב בדרך השבעה. אם אגיע מצומת חולון אגיע הפוך. אני צריך לנסוע בכביש מס. 1 עד לגנות ושם לקחת ימינה לכיוון בת ים אזור. או אם ביקשתי מספר זוגי או אי זוגי של רחוב נא לאפשר להגיע אליו מן הכיוון המתאים בלבד אם שדה זה נלחץ.

    בלחיצה ארוכה על צומת שתפתח סכימה מפורטת של הצומת כדי שנוכל לדעת אם יש בה אפשרות לפניה שמאלה. למשל בארלוזורוב לא ניתן לפנות שמאלה לאבן גבירול. איך נדע?

    שהווייז יאפשר כל מני דברים הקיימים בג'יפיאסים מתחרים. למשל מהירות מותרת. לא מספיק לציין מה המהירות שלי, ציינו גם מהי המהירות המותרת. התראה על מכמונת מהירות אנא אפשרו התראה קולית של צפצופים הולכים ומתחזקים במקום מילים. אפשרו מצפן, מידע על גובה מעל פני הים. התראה על מעבר על המהירות המותרת בבחירה לפי אחוז. למשל שיתריע רק אם עוברים 20% מעליה. מסכים מתקדמים עם מידע נוסף להרחבה שיהיו ניתנים לבחירה בלחיצה.

  4. ביטול מסכים מיותרים

    מסך שחור מסתובב כאשר הווייז מחפש נתיב הוא מפריע ומיותר ולרוב נמשך זמן רב. גם הציפצופים על שינוי נתיב מעצבנים. במקום מסך שחוסם את המפה אפשר להשאיר את הכיתוב הקיים בלאו הכי, מחפש נתיב חדש. גם המסך אחרי לחיצה על גו מיותר אפילו לעשר שניות לא צריך. לחצנו על גו מייד שתופיע המפה. מסך אופס אין קשר לשרת גם מיותר. שימשיך לחפש נתיב כל הזמן בלי הודעות מיותרות. אם אין קשר לשרת שייתן נתיב אופליין ופשוט יציין בכיתוב המסתיר את השעה חלקית שאין קשר לשרת ולכן לא ניתן לחשב נתיב לזמן אופטימלי. אנא תחסכו מאיתנו מסכים מיותרים.

  5. שני שדות לניווט בשטחים

    שדה אחד כפי שקיים היום המאפשר או מונע ניווט ביהודה ושומרון. שדה שני נוסף נפרד יאפשר כניסה לישובים פלסטינים בתוך יוש המסומנים בשלטים אדומים. הבעיה היא שחיילים הנמצאים בשטחים נאלצים לבטל את השדה הקיים היום כי אחרת הווייז לא עובד.

  6. I use the waze map for my navigation with UBER as a driver. I suggest that you add the address of the pickup location on the map.

    I would like to have the address of uber rider when I arrive at the location to pickup the uber rider. Now, it only shows a flag as the pickup location. I like using the waze map for navigation but I need the address as a pickup location.

  8. geofence, voice commands, brand partnerships

    I work in advertising. We have a partner who wants to show baners on waze. That promotes looking at your phone while driving. Well what if you could talk to Waze or they could ask you what you need as you're approcahing. For example: GPS/Smart Fence with voice command/recognition asking "do you need gas?" Y - "there is a __ station in .5 miles". N - no response. Same w/ ATMs and food. "Are you hungry?" Y - "there is___ restaurant __miles." This allows waze to partner up with many vendors and have a lasting relationship promoting their brands. This…

  10. Import map road closures from official sources

    Automatically import road closures from official government sources available on the web.

    In my area there are several government website that report road closures during storms or natural disasters. Scripts could be built to get the information from the web page, and automatically close/open/update road closures.

  15. Primary aka Optimal or Default Location

    On two occasions when I have asked Waze to take me to a new location, I ended up behind the build or on a back-road of the address I was seeking. I think Waze should offer the option of a Primary (Optimal or Default) Location and choice of alternate locations. In other words, I would prefer to go to what many consider the front entrance of the hospital complex I was visiting rather than the back (service) entrance.

  18. Add the ability to use emoji in the app and Waze Map Editor

    The ability to type emoji into chat and reports in the app would be a nice addition. Adding this ability to Waze Map Editor would also be nice as it would allow typing emoji into Update Request comments and the chat window.

  19. Reward helpful information in Update Requests

    When reviewing Update Requests in Waze Map Editor, it is very helpful and satisfying when the user making the report provides enough information that I can identify and fix a problem without asking for additional information. When this happens, as a reviewer of the Update Request, I would like to be able to reward the user for their helpful information. I envision this as some sort of check box when I mark the Update Request as Solved that would drop a road goodie for the reporter. This is just an idea for implementation and it could take a different form…

  20. Remember GPS position when you hit Report button

    Often it happens that I'm way passed the "accident scene" when I have pushed the Report button and selected all the sub menus and hit Send button. I want the option that Waze remembers the GPS position as soon as I hit the Report button.
