Over the last 2 weeks (>15 days) I have driven more than 2000 km, but I have not received any points for these distances. What could I do. It says that I should wait for 7 days, but I have now waited more than 2x that time and still no points.
Posting here since there is no way to contact support except here.
What is the problem??

Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either
I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.

there is no option to change sound output between phone speaker or Bluetooth during navigation

Screen damage caused by Hazardous report button
Watch out for heavy WAZE users...I have noticed that the Orange 'hazard' report button has caused a permanent feint ghost image on my Galaxy S6. Little bit disappointed with this. A fix on the button by developers would help. Perhaps a movable or minimised button. It's definitely there. Other users - check your phones. I use my app for about 10 hours a week.

Show location of liked report.
When you create multiple reports in different locations about the same issue (potholes for example) and someone likes one of those reports, you can't tell which location that person is referring to. When you check the report in your inbox, it only shows the city and no other information to help you narrow down the location of that particular pothole. It would be helpful to include a mini snapshot to show you the original location of each report.

Option to force Waze to use the word Exit instead of Keep
If https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59223-waze-suggestion-box/suggestions/15665313-waze-s-definition-of-keep-is-wrong is rejected, please add an option to make the application replace "Keep" with "Exit."

Barre de progression zone radar
Pourquoi la barre de progression en zone radar automatique (une barre bleu sur la gauche de l'écran) n'est présente uniquement que lorsque le téléphone est en position vertical (portrait) lorsqu'il est en vertical (paysage) cette barre n'est plus affichée, c'est vraiment dommage et pénalisant.

In reference to speedometer contrast issue during daytime. Black and Red too similar for daytime glare. At night it is sufficient, perhaps have a daytime contrast theme separate from night-time.

Switzerland
Hi, it would be helpul to implement a Switzerland specific option, because, there, motorways are paid by a yearly "vignette". And people driving only a few km per year on these motorways, for instance to go to Geneva airport from France, may be interested by an option "Avoid Switzerland motorways (vignette)". Indeed the already existing options "avoid motorways" and "avoid paying roads" are too drastic for a journey in other countries, too. In addition, this Switzerland option should be rather "simple" to implement (?) as you "only" need to flag the concerned motorways once and there is nearly nothing to…

Lane closure reports made easy
I'd like a report button that would indicate lane closures.
Could press to report the beginning of the lane closure, then press again to report the end.
Then you indicate whether it's the left, right, or center lane.

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.

Alternate Route
Very frustrating when Waze updates the route with a bunch of turns,including a few difficult left turns, and it results in a time savings of a minute or two. Sometimes it doesnt save any time at all. I suggest an option were you can choose a time savings minimum before waze will take you off your current route. For example I would prefer to stay on my current, more direct route, unless a time savings of 5 min is available then please change my route.

When reporting map errors during navigation the app needs to capture location and at least the immediate directions you were following. Since this is most often (realistically) done by the driver, and most often when driving, when a bad direction or map error is encountered and the driver deviates from the previous directions and presses the "report map error" button (which ideally would be a single button press on the map), the app should be able to recognize where the driver deviated, how they deviated, and automatically fill in the error details based on what was originally asked and what…
