    It would be great to upload your audio files instead of recording them with the phone's microphone. This way you could improve the sound and make some effects and then upload your audio so that it can be heard in the best quality.

    It would be great if you could clone your voice from Waze like you can do with ElevenLabs, so that when reading a text my voice is included in my voice catalog and in that way my voice not only gives directions but can also say names of streets or establishments and all that without recording each one of them.

  7. For volkswagen smaller sreens with proximity sensors

    It would be possible to add an option to hide the bottom bar where the most used apps are located so that the display has a larger area of visualization in the waze navigation. The media display has proximity sensors that hide everything on the display so that the factory-installed navigation shows the navigation in full screen.

    I purchased a 2025 Cadillac and I can download the Waze app in the Google play store which is built in. But it is a terrible experience. The map colors keep flickering from the default colors to a brown/yellow tone, the voice guidance is loud and cannot be lowered- if you try to lower the voice it just goes back to the default which is very loud at the next prompt, the driver dash screen has the option to view the map but Waze is the only one which does not display on the dash, Google maps and Apple Maps…

    There should be an option to have a commercial airplane as your vehicle icon while driving. I also think it would be cool to have a voice that sounds like Air Traffic Control and alert sounds similar to what you would hear in an airplane.
