Agree - I don't want these, and don't find them useful.

SO happy to find this... if WAZE does not correct this they are going to loose users. I get more notifications from this app then anything else on my phone. Give me a break... stop it or I am gone...

Please, for the love of God turn off this feature or allow us to turn off these notifications. Nothing is more annoying than my phone going off an hour or more after I've left a road report that it has been thanked.

Give us an option to turn off thank you notifications. We don't all need (want) them. I've stopped reporting events because that way I don't receive the pesky notifications.

Please allow users to disable this function. As others have noted, I despise having my phone alert me that users thanked me for my observation an hour after I am out of the vehicle!

Those "Thank you" notifications are just nagging. Thing is, the "get on time" notification is really useful, so instead of completely blocking waze notifications, I just ceased reporting or posting anything in order to avoid the thank-you's...

Please implement this! I've had to completely block all notifications via system settings because of these constant nagging notifications.

Slightly confused that an idea to stop an irritation which dissuades users from giving your app the edge it has in crowd-sourced info has still not made it through the backlog since being raised in 2014!

I agree completely. I will stop sending feedback because of it. I hope everyone does. It clutters my mailbox and notifications center. It means that I do not get important messages.

We shouldn't feel like trolls for thanking other users. Please add the option to turn off thank you notifications so that we can re-enable our other preferred waze notifications.

Under settings, in the "notification" section, please add an explicit option to have notifications for thanks.
