Configurable Speedometer & Speed Limit location
Before I go ahead and suggest improvements, Waze is a great navigation app with excellent features. I love it! Great work, Waze team; keep it up!! 👏
I suggest introducing a feature where Waze app users can configure the location of the speedometer and speed limit information through the Waze app preferences to be positioned in one of four display corners. I have noticed reports of inconsistent placement across different platforms; some Waze apps display this information on the left, while others display it on the right. Volume
Allow adjusting volume independent of WAZE announcements. Right now volume of WAZE announcements can only be adjusted ONLY while announcements are being made, which is extremely dangerous to do while driving.

Tagging my saved places in a map view
Tagging my saved places in a map view in addition to the currently existing list view:
✓ The reserved places are shown in a growing list.
✓ Currently the list is sorted alphabetically and I am obliged to remember what the place is called on the map or what name I gave it.
✓ Suggests giving the option to display them also in map view and to choose.

Add construction zones when NOT driving
You currently can't add blocked roads due to construction when you are NOT driving. This needs to be available.

Tipo de vehiculo
Llevo por trabajo una furgona pequeñs, en españa esta catalogada como vehiculo mixto y su velocidad maxima limitada a 100km/h, esto da bastante error en cálculos de tiempos.
Los camiones y vehículos con remolque también.
Además del tipo de vehículo poder poner la velocidad máxima de circulación del vehículoGracias.

Animals
Please bring back the animals by the side of the road alert. I drive daily where there are numerous deer and kangaroos grazing on the road edge. They do a lot of damage when hit at 90km/h.

Show the type of place category on the place information screen
Currently Wae does not show the name/type of category a place belongs to when viewing the information screen. This should be included e.g Movie theater, Restaurant etc

Allow advanced users to notify other wazers what lane an accident is in to avoid further delay.

Add information/instructions on when to add a pass
My suggestion is for the following feature:
Either:
Add an information panel when users enter the Toll and HOV passes page for the first time, informing them that adding passes may route them into areas or through restricted roads.
Or:
Allow us to add information against each pass/permit, giving the user guidance as to what each pass is for.My suggestion solves this problem:

Speed limits ahead
How about an Info of speed limits ahead on cirrent road.
Why?
If you travel over Land, you are usually allowed to do 100kmh. At intersections, small villages etc. the speed Limit is usually reduced to 70kmh. If there could be some kind of Information with a speed Limit ahead, about 300 to 500m ahead you could just take you foot of the Gas an let the car roll to safe energy. I Do it regularly on known Routers, if traffic allows it (no one behind me how might be annoyed). With this Methode I m able to have 1…9 votes -
Add back animals on the side of road
The alert for “animals on the side of the road” was extremely helpful for warning other drivers of the danger and also knowing animals could be on a road you are traveling on. It was an alert and recently removed.

Locating fuel and restaurants
Why is it when I search for fuel or food, Waze will give locations in the opposite direction to where I’m traveling? If I’m traveling North, I don’t need locations that are south of my direction.

multiple workplaces
I work at two locations throughout the week. Previous to this job I enjoyed that my work was always easily accessible at the top of the suggestions list. Now that i work at two locations, i wish i still had this option. I currently have them both saved under my favorites, but this requires me to click into the favorites folder, meaning i have to navigate multiple screens rather than having my destination pinned at the top. This simple change would be a major QOL upgrade for any Wazer with multiple workplaces.
