  1. Tagging my saved places in a map view

    Tagging my saved places in a map view in addition to the currently existing list view:

    ✓ The reserved places are shown in a growing list.

    ✓ Currently the list is sorted alphabetically and I am obliged to remember what the place is called on the map or what name I gave it.

    ✓ Suggests giving the option to display them also in map view and to choose.

  2. Add construction zones when NOT driving

    You currently can't add blocked roads due to construction when you are NOT driving. This needs to be available.

    Allow advanced users to notify other wazers what lane an accident is in to avoid further delay.

  4. Visual Time Based Restrictions in client

    Make TBR visually available for drivers. This will give context on why roads are not being used for routes. Nowadays they appear as regular roads

    Allow adjusting volume independent of WAZE announcements. Right now volume of WAZE announcements can only be adjusted ONLY while announcements are being made, which is extremely dangerous to do while driving.

  7. Tipo de vehiculo

    Llevo por trabajo una furgona pequeñs, en españa esta catalogada como vehiculo mixto y su velocidad maxima limitada a 100km/h, esto da bastante error en cálculos de tiempos.

    Los camiones y vehículos con remolque también.
    Además del tipo de vehículo poder poner la velocidad máxima de circulación del vehículo

  8. Show the type of place category on the place information screen

    Currently Wae does not show the name/type of category a place belongs to when viewing the information screen. This should be included e.g Movie theater, Restaurant etc

  9. Speedometer position

    Please make it so the speedometer can be dragged to a new position on the screen!
    The speedometer being fixed in the bottom left of the phone screen can be an issue depending on where the phone is mounted, the orientation it is mounted, and if the screen is obstructed by the steering wheel for example.

  10. Gamification

    Please allow us to turn this off completely. We understand some people like gamification. But for those of us that don't, it's a hard no and we will have to uninstall.

  11. Display current speed and limit when approaching speed camera

    Currently speed camera alert covers whole bottom screen and hides current speed and allowed speed.

    It would be super useful even just to see allowed speed!

  12. Speed limits ahead

    How about an Info of speed limits ahead on cirrent road.
    Why?
    If you travel over Land, you are usually allowed to do 100kmh. At intersections, small villages etc. the speed Limit is usually reduced to 70kmh. If there could be some kind of Information with a speed Limit ahead, about 300 to 500m ahead you could just take you foot of the Gas an let the car roll to safe energy. I Do it regularly on known Routers, if traffic allows it (no one behind me how might be annoyed). With this Methode I m able to have 1…

  13. Add “avoid freeways” to drop down menu on map screen.

    It would be super useful to have the option to avoid freeway’s using the drop down list instead of having to scroll through all the preferences to find it. Especially once you’ve already started driving, and you want to change routes. It’s much more useful than “avoid ferries” when you live in a big city. I have 3 freeways near my home, and when I need to go just a few miles it always wants to put on a freeway just to have me get off one exit later.

  14. Can you please provide sorting methods for favorite addresses! Sort by name, distance, zipcode? It's so difficult to find anything!!!

  15. Locating fuel and restaurants

    Why is it when I search for fuel or food, Waze will give locations in the opposite direction to where I’m traveling? If I’m traveling North, I don’t need locations that are south of my direction.

    I trust you are well.

    My name is Brad and I'm a big fan of Waze. Been using it ever since I discovered it. Thank you for creating such a fun and practical navigating app.

    I have a suggestion though, if I may, please can you make an adjustment to where newly saved addresses are shown.     I work at two locations throughout the week. Previous to this job I enjoyed that my work was always easily accessible at the top of the suggestions list. Now that i work at two locations, i wish i still had this option. I currently have them both saved under my favorites, but this requires me to click into the favorites folder, meaning i have to navigate multiple screens rather than having my destination pinned at the top. This simple change would be a major QOL upgrade for any Wazer with multiple workplaces.

  19. More fuel types to Waze

    Currently Waze only allows four different fuel types for fuel stations. I believe that number is not enough. For example in Finland we currently have 95E10, 98E5, Diesel and E85 as options in Waze. In reality many fuel stations offer renewable/green diesel, natural or bio-gas and some even have AdBlue (DEF) from a pump. Currently around half of my countries fuel types can not have prices set for in Waze.

    So, my suggestion is that community members should be able to add a price to any fuel type available at a given station, wich would require an increase to the…

  20. Shortcuts for Hazard Reports

    When using the Hazard Report feature in Waze I often find that:

    1) I use 1 to 3 reports a LOT more often than any others.

    2) I often find that selecting these hazard icons using the current method is fiddly, dangerous when driving, and slow, resulting in the report being sent late, often about 100 meters or more past the hazard.

    My improvement idea is to add 1 to 3 hazard SHORTCUTS that "slide out" for selection from the existing hazard report icon (yellow triangle) on the FIRST touch, they would then "slide in" again after selection to avoid…
