  1. Driving vehicles with speed max

    When i am driving with a trailer my Max allowed speed is reduced, i would like to be able to add this option, so i have a better idea of my arrival time.

  2. Transitioning into a new speed limit area.

    Kindly include a prompt that notifies you when you're transitioning into a new speed limit area. Let the user choose if they would like to be notified if a new speed limit zone has been entered.

  3. Speed bump database

    Good morning, I work at Uberaba City Hall, Minas Gerais, Brazil and I would like to know if Waze can make the speed bump location database available, either in .kmz or .shp format. We would like to have this data to control and better monitor these elements. Furthermore, I would like to know if there is a way to enter the location of these speed bumps into the application, as I noticed that not all of them were identified. Thanks

  4. Update camera alerts

    Hi Waze team,
    I’ve noticed that some of the new speed cameras in Romania appear on the map but don't trigger any alerts or warnings while driving. It would be really helpful if these cameras could be included in future updates so that drivers can receive proper notifications. Thanks a lot!

  5. Verbally Say Speed Limit on Road

    Waze needs to say what the speed limit is on the road verbally. It is dangerous to look down at the phone screen for the speed limit when it is not posted on the road, and you have no idea what it is, especially for those who have difficulty reading small print.

  6. Separate the ability to show the posted speed limit from the speedometer.

    Currently, the only way to see the posted speed limit, is to toggle on the speedometer. I’m a truck owner that keeps the speedometer toggled off, as the speed that is on my screen is 12 mph faster than I am actually driving. I don’t have the option to see the posted speed limit, because it is grayed out, unless you are “using” the speedometer.

  7. Speed bump feature

    I would like to suggest adding feature where speed bumps can be added on routes since when driving at night in Dominican Republic they sometimes just show up and you’re not able to see them in time.

  8. Road speed option

    In motorcycle it does not avoid highways very well. Have an option to select the speed(and avobe) of the road you would like to avoid. Example avoid all roads that have a speed limit of 45mph or higher

  10. Speed limit update or entrance

    I know there were problems with people submitting to many cases of speed limits. Such as 50 mph areas. I think it would be a great idea to bring it back but only for 70-75 mph areas! There's a lot of times I'm on the road and expect Waze to have the speed limit and miss the sign and have no idea.. I think this would be a great improvement for the users and there shouldn't be a ton of incidents to check out like used to!

  12. Route Calculation - Max Speed Limit & Time Calculation

    Allow the user to select either current speed or current speed, not to exceed posted speed limit when calculating the time to drive a given route. I have driven 5 to 10 MPH over the posted limit just as a test, which matched the Waze time. However, when I just drive the posted limit, the time if always off by at least 5 to 10 minutes.

  13. Please REMOVE the SPEEDOMETER and Show the posted SPEED LIMIT instead!

    I usually type long long long posts, but the title of this speaks for itself. Just a couple more details below.....

    Nokia had a GPS app called HERE Drive. It showed you what speed you were going and what the posted speed limit of the road was. Very handy.

    The release of Windows 10 has caused the HERE Drive app to be deleted and replaced with Windows Maps. Some of it the same and some different, but everything good was taken away. Windows Maps is horrible, and many people are now looking to choose a new app for navigation.

  14. Speedometer speeding threshold alert below speed limit

    I currently have a blackbox installed in my car for insurance purposes. I would like to be able to set my speedometer alert BELOW the speed limit so I know I am approaching it and DONT GO OVER the limit. The options now are all ABOVE the limit.

    Add map update feature similar police ahead to report (A) RECKLESS DRIVER ALERT (speeding 15 mph over limit or unsafe/slow vehicle or intoxicated driver) spotted and (B) another vehicle/motorcycle traveling at EXTREME HIGH SPEED ALERT.

  16. CarPlay speed not padded

    The current speed, when connected to Apple CarPlay takes the speed from the vehicle and pads it by approx 11%.

    Please either show gps speed or car speed provided by vehicle. Padding not required.

  17. drive the speed limit alerts when cutting through a neighborhood

    Waze sends lots of drivers through my neighborhood when traffic is bad. Most drive over the speed limit and will even pass others who are driving the speed limit. Because you have demonstrated that you do not care about my neighborhood, except as a cut-through, please add a voice alert that will sound when people are using waze to cut through neighborhoods reminding people to drive the speed limit.

  18. Seperate speed limit warning for each vehicle type

    Hi Waze team,
    I have used Waze while driving motorcycle. But in my opinion, it would be good if we can separate the speed limit for each vehicle type because the speed limit may be different with cars on some roads. Maybe it's a good development route for supporting another type of vehicle like truck for example

  19. insufisant speed limit notification

    Hello and Happy New Year to all.
     It remains for me 2 major gaps for waze and one interesting improvement.
      - The sound alert only when over speeding is insuffisant and already cost me 1pt on my licence when I accelerate to overtake. ..
    You can not look at the screen constantly we must keep an eye on the road. Then configurable audible signal for danger zones is therefore indispensable.
      - The speed is not displayed or set as she is known by the apk.

     For the improvement is to advertise only hazards on the road on which flows…

  20. Max speed trip estimate

    I drive an road e-bike, which has a max speed of 32kmh due to legal restrictions in Ontario. It would be great if we could specify a max vehicle speed and Waze could take that into account when estimating how long it will take to arrive at a destination.
