Will be good if we can use waze for commercial vehicle
My idea is if waze can be using for commercial vehicles please like a vans for a lorry will be little complicated but not impossible because a lot of people like me every day on the road with commercial vehicle will be good if we can get extra help with the new restrictions ,cameras, speed limits and alternative roads to rich end destination. Tbanks

A/B Testing of map changes
Imagine if we could test two versions of a navigation instruction with different driver groups and use real data—like User Reports, detours, speed changes, and quick feedback—to see which one works better. This could make a big difference for things like lane guidance, difficult turns, and complex instructions.
A/B testing would give us real insights to help make navigation clearer and safer for drivers everywhere. If we could get Waze on board, it could mean big improvements for the whole map-editing community.

WME External providers marked as Permanent closed as a Places Problem
Many Places in Waze have a External providers marked as Permanent closed, and action needed to either remove it (if the places are permanently closed) or remove the problematic External providers link( if the places are active but the External providers link are marked as permanent closed).
However, we as an editor are no ways to know if the External providers link are still active nor it is marked as permanent closed.
So. can we have WME to detect those External providers link and trigger a places problems (something like map problems) for editors to check and fix the problematic…12 votes -
Flag Waze Places as closed or moved when are also in Google Maps
When a Google Maps place is closed or moved and this place is matched with a Waze place, mark this place as a suggestion to review by editor.

Mark gas station brands as "Top Tier"
When refueling, many drivers are much more interested in fuel quality than in the specific brand. But at present, the Waze gas-station finder offers no means to limit searches by fuel quality.
Waze can solve this problem by supporting the identification of brands selling "Top Tier" gasoline. "Top Tier" is a consortium of vehicle manufacturers that approves certain gasoline brands as preferred for their engine designs (toptiergas.com).
"Top Tier" designation is associated with all stations selling certain brands and not with any individual station. I'm not sure what mechanism to suggest for Waze to support editing a brand-wide feature like…

poder poner pin point una ubicacion en el mapa
no se puede poner la direccion exacta del lugar que se va a visitar, si escribo la direccion de barrio, avenida y calle me ubica la calle pero no la avenida y al reves, si yo pudiera poner el pin exactamente donde quiero ir seria muchisimo mas facil llegar al destino

Il serait interessant de pouvoir mettre plusieurs étapes sur un trajet. en effet cela permettait de faire des road trip en moto
Pour des sorties moto ou voiture de collection avec des cols par exemples ou des étapes de villages historiques. On pourrait partager le parcours entre amis et planifier sur le site web

Automatically add street when adding a point location
As a waze level 2 editor, when adding a residential place, I'd like for the street to be automatically pre-filled with the closest segment in the map.
I have been adding a lot of residential places in my zone and I have to copy the street name and paste in each place I add. This process would be more expedite if street name is filled with the closest segment on the map and would avoid errors of places in streets different than the one they are put into.

Default expiration date for map comments
There are a vast number of map comments without an expiration date that are no longer relevant. This causes map editors to open them to read the comments.
I suggest that when adding a map comment, the default expiration date be one year later, and the user can delete the date to make the comment permanent. This will hopefully minimize the number of "junk comments" in the map.7 votes -
You can't go to the event announcement page from the live map page, right?
Currently, you can go to the live map from the event announcement page, but you can't go to the event announcement page from the live map. It would be more convenient if you could go there. It would be easier to understand if you put it above the edit button on the live map.

Make U-turn segment length shorter to 10m.
In India it's very difficult to create U-turns with segment lengths greater than 16m.
Please make it 10m or between 10m and 16m.Thanks.

Roads with permits for residents only
Very often there are streets that can only be used by residents.
It would be useful to be able to set the segments on the WME "residents only".
This way only those who add their home address on those streets in to the app will be able to use them.
It is different from editing a road as private, because it would only allow access to residents, whereas now if you search for a destination on a private road everyone can access it.40 votesThanks for your feedback.
