Thank you for your suggestion! As you may already know, Waze is no longer supported on any Windows Phone device and is not planned to be supported in the near future.

How about having a PERSON (i.e., Human Being) to TALK with for problems?
If the little "help" ideas don't seem to work as advertised, isn't there anyone there who can ACT like they're helping with login problems?

Enable option for Photos taken of places to be uploaded later when WIFI network is possible...
Enable option for Photos taken of places to be uploaded later when Wifi is possible for users, since in this way we are saving mobile internet quota or having bad internet network true mobile network.

Have an option to use HOV routes or not
I drive by myself most of the time that I use Waze. Many times two out of the three routes I get are in HOV route. It would be nice if I could opt out of HOV routes and actually have three routes to choose from.
9 votesChanging this to Not Planned, as it doesn't fit on our roadmap in the near future. We'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Hazards that are two separate issue close together, get consolidated
today I reported two separate hazards that were about 1/4 mile apart and it consolidated them into one hazard with a numeral that two wazers reported it.

icons on map view
When I am looking at my three route options, the List view shows my small icons representing events on my suggested paths. But, when I switch to Map view - when I want to SEE what's going on where - those same icons are nowhere to be found.
Having the event icons on the map view (when choosing a route) would help me make a more informed decision on which route to choose because I can see for certain how traffic, accidents, etc. will impact each route and which makes more sense (based upon prior experience on those roads).

Inventory of collected roadgoodies
Hi,
As a new user, I was quite happily surprised to be able to collect (StarWars-)goodies.
Hell, I even went running to get a Stormtrooper and an R2 in my neighbourhood.
But, sadly, I wasn't able to find some kind of inventory in Waze to check out what else I might have collected the past few days.It might not be the most important part of Waze, but it makes it fun to use.

Configurable sound outputs in Android App
Currently, the Android App is working in an unsatisfying way:
In the Settings menu, under Sound, I've enabled the option to play sounds using the phone's speaker.
When I plug in my earphones in my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S6) I expect all sound to be diverted to the earphones, not being played in the public speaker.Waze does not behave like this. It plays the sound in the speaker regardless of the cable.
My request is to let the user configure, in detail, where the sound should go.
Output sound to:
[ ] Speaker/headphones

Ability to add home address and it will "take" PLEASE! Waze broken!!
When I try to add my home address to "home" it doesn't save it or even take it, why???????

one button submit police so you don't have to look at phone more than once
Why in the world do you have to click three buttons to submit spotting the police???
That's three times I'm taking my attention off the road. Talk about an accident waiting to happen.
Need one-press submit so you can get your attention back on the road immediately.

Windows Phone, need lane closure markings for construction, and need offramp closed markings
Windows Phone Waze App: needs the ability to mark lane closures and slowdowns for construction, and needs the ability to mark offramp closures and have Waze not send people to go to that offramp. I lost 10mins on my (50 mins) commute today becuase of road construction on main street Waze sent me down.....I would have done better without using Waze....and I may not....

Shorter Alert Sounds
I often listen to podcasts while driving but get frustrated when the Waze alerts are long and tend to block the audio of the podcasts. Could we get a custom voice that says simply "Traffic" instead of "Heavy Traffic Reported Ahead", etc.
