  1. How about some real application support?

    Here's an idea... how about offering some actual support for problems not addressed in the FAQ and canned responses?

    All of my points, accomplishments, rank, etc. were lost when I replaced my phone, and I've been trying for a month to get help, to no avail.

    My emails to waze.cases got a canned response with a case number (1-9525000006984), and instructions to reply if the problem persists. Well, it persists and my replies continue to go unanswered.

    For an app whose value is based largely on its community of users, it's very discouraging to not be able to get help.…

  3. Popular spot search / finding by number of people who choose it as a destination.

    When I choose a destination, The app shows me how many people have chosen this place as a their destination ( in a last hour - for example ) .

    So you can appreciate how busy / occupied the place
    and I could choose if I want to get there.

    For example on Saturday I want to travel with
    children to the ZOO and i see that 1000
    users are choose the place as their destination, it gives me an idea how busy is the place .....

    There is possible to make popularity index (to see
    how the place popular)…

  4. Gas prices on main menu

    The gas prices should be more easily accessible. Instead of having to go menu> navigate> gas stations. It would be easier if it was a button on the main menu.

  5. Report when the traffic is free differentiating no communication with server

    Because I had different situations that I chose routes that had less traffic erroneously because Waze was not updated with the route of traffic information I have chosen. This lack of upgrade was due to lack of mobile signal coverage. But this should be flagged for mistakes in deciding to use a route with less traffic.

    How have the option of informing the traffic conditions as stopped or heavy traffic. We also need to have the option to report that traffic was released and is free now.

    Buen día, les escribo desde Lima – Perú, quiero comentarles que en Lima existen los denominados OPERATIVOS POLICIALES, que consisten en que un grupo de policías, se ponen a un lado de la vía (cualquier vía),
    Y detienen a todos los vehículos con la finalidad de pedirles todos los documentos del carro y personales, de faltar alguno piden plata, en ese sentido generan mucho tráfico y demora a los conductores, en ese sentido, a fin de evitar estos operativos policiales muy frecuentes, tengo la idea de que ustedes puedan desarrollar un ícono que consista solamente en OPERATIVO POLICIAL de control,…

  9. Add a notification on a song that is being played while Waze is running.

    It will be great to see which song is playing while using Waze. Just a small bar at the bottom or at the top of the app to show (for a second for example) the name of the song that is being played right now.

    As i use waze heavely, my screen got marks from all the static areas.

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

    We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.

    New Voice: being an operatic-singer myself, I just thought it would be fun if there'd be an operatic guiding voice, like there is also "Boy Band".

    Excellent software! Thanks.

    Drivers entitled to public transport lanes are guides away from such lanes.

    Public transport lanes option would be an important feature.

  19. Add Victoria, Australia Data APIs

    The Victorian Government In Australia offers a number of Data API's that would be highly useful to have integrated into the Waze App
    https://www.data.vic.gov.au/ which would allow an added depth of information to be added to the map, such as current road speed limit vs actual.
    routing around known road events, such as road works or road closures etc...

    Specifically things like:
    "Road Works and Events Points Snapshot"
    https://www.data.vic.gov.au/data/dataset/road-works-and-events-points-snapshot

    "Speed Sign Data"
    https://www.data.vic.gov.au/data/dataset/speed-sign-data

    "Emergency Road Closure Lines Snapshot"

    זה ממש מקומם ומטריד, אין בארץ הרבה כבישי אגרה, אבל ניסיתי לשחק עם האופציה הזו, ועדיין זה כל הזמן שולח דרך כבישי אגרה, וכבר נאלצתי לסוע דרך כביש 6 ולשלם על כך
