  1. Partnership with blablacar?

    Why not propose to blablacar users to program their trip and send it to waze account (and all planned stops), then the blablacar users can share their trip to their friends, they will be able to follow their trip through facebook (with the existing function).

  2. Wazer message notifications (i.e. private messages) need to be more visible to be effective

    In the Past few days I've "private messaged" wazers who were ahead of me on a route to find out about traffic conditions or a slow downs. These messages went unanswered. I didn't think anything of it at the time. This morning on the way into work I just happened to go to "My Waze" to view my ranking... and saw that I had a Private Message from another wazer- from 10 days ago - and never knew it.     Allow for custom Road Hazard labels. The current selection is quite general, but it would be nice to have the ability to pre-create custom hazard tags for those times when adding a description isn't possible.

  9. Fade music on alerts/notifications/Turn-by-Turn

    It would be really nice if Waze faded music during audio events (not pause.. pause is a little bit jerky and makes you lose the music beat)
    I use my phone (Android) as a Media Center on my car, it controls the audio and video on it. I play music using it (outstanding equalizer settings and audio effects), and the fade function is really necessary so I don't keep distracting looking for corners on GPS.
    Also, on my own opinion, fading looks real classy and professional.

    Original Google Maps' software does that fading, but I don't want to go back…

  10. Use a system similar to Evernote to access Calendar information. If Location exists and it is shown in the Address Book, ask to nav there.

    Use the calendar to chose next location to navigate to semi automatically.

  12. Show more navigation instructions when losing GPS signal

    It would be nice if the client could show more than the next turn (on the screen) when driving by navigation and the GPS signal is lost.

    The next turn is shown in green on the bottom left corner, and the 3 following driving instructions could show up in orange above this when GPS signal is lost.

    If there is a speed cam between two of the next turns, is should also show up in this "navigation list".

  13. Automatic switch between sleep and unsleep mode

    It would be great (for saving autonomy) having a mode which turn the device screen into sleep mode (if Waze is active on the screen) and come back into active mode before some interesting action, such as a junction, an off ramp to drive, or eating roadgoodie. In the best case, the time the screen become active again would be dependant of speed.

  14. For reports and chit-chat. How many symbols can be typed in one message or alert ?

    Add the counter of characters left in chit-chat or in reports. As it done in twitter. To be shure the wazers will see your uncutted, full message

  15. School districts input feed for updating their annual schedule and hours of operation changes

    Since some school districts can have 85 or more zones and many states have over 20 counties ; managing the school holiday and time schedules can be a very big task.

    Recommend getting a special feed set up so school districts can update them.

  16. Additional fields in Tollbooth hazard

    It would be great to add some fields to Tollbooth hazard like "name", "price" and "payment methods", so that Waze can warn (on screen and TTS) about the next toll on the Wazer route and, at least, its name and price.

  18. Display more (limited) house numbers at destination

    Short version: When approaching your destination display not only the pin for the address that you're arriving at, but also one, two or three addresses before and after the address. Example: navigating to 122 Main St would show up with the navigation pin, but also show a small number 114 and 118 before, and 126 and 130 after the pin.

    When working for a delivery app like Door Dash, Uber Eats, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Walmart Spark, Amazon Flex, Grub Hub, etcetera you're just trying to get to the location, drop the package, and move on to your next delivery. Often…

  20. Add charger speeds as a search option for EV Charging

    As an EV driver I want to search for an EV charging station! When traveling I want to locate a FAST charger. This means it needs to be at least 50kW and ideally over 100kW.
    If Waze can add this it’s a game changer and we don’t have to search desperately with our EV charging apps on our phone then come back to Waze to enter the address.
