  2. Closed locations

    Multiple times, I have been taken miles off of my route to go to a certain store or rest stop or gas station, only to arrive and discover that it’s either permanently closed or hasn’t been opened for business yet (I’m not talking business hours. I’m talking “still under construction.”) this is infuriating. Please allow us to mark locations as permanently closed or have the app notify us that it’s not open yet.     Bonjour , les conducteurs en conduite accompagnée ont besoin de faire un reporting trajet km, conditions de circulation, environnement… : Waze pourrait développer une appli oi option permettant d’obtenir l’ace type de récapitulatif de trajets et 1/ apporter un service de qualité au suivi pédagogique de l’apprentissage 2/ fidéliser des jeunes futurs utilisateurs, qu’en pensez vous ?   5. Enable speed and associated icons to be placed on the left or the right side of the navigation screen at drivers discretion

    Currently speed icons only display on right side of navigation screen. I drive a right hand drive car and speed icons are obscured by steering wheel and indicator stalks. It would be nice to have option to display the icons on the left or the right side of navigation screen at driver's discretion to facilitate clearer display depending on car navigation screen installed position.

  6. Add a new german TTS voice

    Currently there is only one german TTS voice. A new german TTS voice or the option to use 3rd party TTS voices like Siri or Google TTS would be nice.

  7. 'Plan a Delivery'

    I'm a fast food delivery driver who uses Waze to get around it would be nice to have next to recent, saved places & plan a drive a plan a delivery option where you can quickly add multiple destinations similar to add a stop apart from you can add more than one and it automatically does the nearest locations first, obviously this isn't useful for people not working in delivery so I'd suggest hiding the option by default and have a delivery driver setting to reveal it

    Also a must have for delivery drivers is to show the postcode of…

    Above tunnel is now prohibited access for commercial vehicles - Need a way to add the option to avoid it as Waze does with toll roads.

  9. Social friends

    Seen that you no longer associate with Facebook, I can’t follow my friends on Waze. Why don’t you create your own social media platform so Waze users can follow their from around the country and world to share their travels.
    Very disappointed I can’t connect with friends on Waze.

  10. Show alternate route traffic

    Give the capability to tap the screen to see alternate route traffic. For instance, Original Route goes from Point A to B to C to D to E. Along the way, WAZE reroutes and goes from A to B to M to N to E.
    It would be beneficial to the user to be able to tap the screen, and see both routes- the new one, and the original with red where the traffic is.

  11. Sunglare warning

    Every morning, there are so many unnecessary accidents and traffic delays because people don't know how to put on sunglasses in the morning. Having a sunglare warning...and one that tells people to wear their sunglasses...might help...so people don't seemed shocked when they come around a curve and the sun is in their face again. Makes driving to work so frustrating when people seemed shocked every time. Please please please add a Sunglare Weather Hazard soon.

  12. add the vehicles from a online database

    I think it would be interesting to add the vehicles from a online database, for example: Choose PRIVATE VEHICLE -> Ford-> Focus-> MK2 and that the data of that vehicle appears as dimensions of length, width and height, and that the height of a tunnel and if my truck is very high and will not go through the tunnel, let me know and make me an alternative route.

  14. Restroom Search

    Please add feature to search for closest restrooms on route - rest areas, public restrooms at gas stations and restaurants. Waze admin responses to other bathroom feedback states users can search for “restroom” or “toilets”, but this feature does not work. Waze directed me to a rest area 20 miles away. Gas station search sent me to 4 San Diego area gas stations, 1 closed and 3 with no public restrooms. The closest restaurant required a minimum purchase for the restroom door code.

  15. Android auto integration

    Android auto integration is pretty terrible. Search has no voice option. And when I switch to spotify it's just a blank screen when loved to the side widget screen, it really only shows next turn if actively using navigation. There is such a missed opportunity like how Google maps does their integration.

  16. Bug with sorting recorded locations

    (With French version under Android)
    After having added several places in the "Recorded locations" panel (about 25) and having manually sorted them, I close the app. When re-opening it, the locations are scrambled and even if I sort the places again and again, the sorting is lost each time after the app is closed.

  17. Lower speed threshold setting

    All of the speed threshold settings are for at or above the speed limit. By the time the alert goes off I am already breaking the speed limit. It would be nice to set a threshold like 3 or 5 mph below the speed limit to prevent ever going over.

  18. Ability to enter when a lane is closed due or a turn is temporarily blocked

    Need the ability to identify temporary lane closures as well as temporary turn prevention due to any activity. I have experienced this a number of times where a lane is closed off for some type of activity but Waze doesn’t allow me to report it to x pet for saying Construction on road when it isn’t always construction. Sometimes lanes are closed temporarily for events being held in the streets or even a right turn isn’t allowed because of road closures or other work being performed.

  19. Add Dark Mode Toggle Button on Apple CarPlay Display

    On Apple CarPlay, when the vehicle headlights are on, Waze switches to Night Mode. This seems to be independent of the phone settings.

    The only way to change this is to use the phone app and change the Map Display/Dark Mode setting to Off. This is not a good solution while operating a vehicle.

    This could be fixed by adding a Day/Night (Dark Mode) toggle button on the CarPlay display.

  20. Why do some reports require two confirmations in Car Play?

    Why do some report confirmations require "Still There" to be selected twice? It seems to be based on distance from the incident for some reason, i.e. if I'm very close it seems to need on, but farther away asks twice.
