  1. reposition notification in landscape mode

    when my waze updated. on landscape mode. when there's a notification. the road can no longer be viewed.

    please position notification else where in landscape mode (side, bubble etc)

    Os novos radares estão fora de localização, pois até acessar e postar um novo radar ele já passou, a inclusão deveria ser de fácil acesso, como por apenas um botão na tela.

  3. FAVELAS NO RIO DE JANEIRO

    Bom dia,
    Sou moradora da regiao serrana do RJ, Teresopolis. Eu e meu marido fomos a Madureira-RJ e colocamos no Waze o nome da rua....qdo estávmos a uns 15 a 20 minutos para chegar, o waze me informou um caminho alternativo no qual eu chegaria 4 minutos antes, então eu e meu marido seguimos. Mas como já conhcemos o RJ, começamos a estranhar o caminho que estávamos indo, ou seja, íamos para uma favela em Parada de Lucas, lugar perigosíssimo...então meu marido deu a marcha ré no meio da rua e retornamos...sei que infelizmente moro em uma cidade que vive…

  6. Roadside assistance

    Add an option for drivers to report they need roadside assistance and drivers on route will get a notification on the matter.
    The assistance could be anything from help changing a tire or the need of jumper cables etc... I also think that a good incentive is to give waze points to drivers who stop and help...
    Really think this is an easy to do update that will help people in need (the whole point of waze is a social navigation app...)

  7. Stacked Lane Guidance

    Ability to map "stacked" lane guidance.

    A stacked lane is one where you have one lane turning into two. An example I have is here in Calgary AB Canada, we have a rail underpass that you make a right turn onto, but there is a median between the two lanes (its a one-way) and you need to be is the farthest lane access the left turn at the other side of the rail underpass.

    And right now, we don't have the ability to show that the first right lane is "stacked lanes"

  8. Move street name tags away from the route and the next maneuver arrow

    Please display street name tags a bit away from the next maneuver arrow making sure that the arrow itself as well as some nearby streets are clearly visible. In a dense old cities the only way to understand which turn you should take is to compare the map with what you actually see. Don't forget about some GPS lag.

  10. option apprenti conducteur

    Bonjour Waze,
    Pourrait-il y avoir une option « apprenti conducteur » sur votre application ? Elle permettrait d’avoir un temps estimé plus juste sur les itinéraires où les automobilistes débutants doivent rouler à 110km au lieu de 130 sur autoroute.

  11. Active train crossing alert

    Would it be possible to synch up Waze with the Train GPS tracking to alert drivers of potentially active railroad crossings? Railroad operators use GPS tracking to keep track of train locations. Waze should look into incorporating that data to alert drivers of active crossings. This could save lives! I love that Waze alerts me to the railroad crossings, but adding an active railroad crossing warning would make it even better!

    As an added bonus, maybe waze could predict when a crossing will be active and select an alternate route to avoid traffic congestions?

  13. Adding gas cost per trip or cost effective route options or fuel efficient or total trip cost by weekly or monthly.

    Kindly add gas cost per trip or cost effective route options or fuel efficient navigation or total trip cost by weekly or by monthly cost. By this option user can estimate his/her cost before start driving. Waze user can decide and can track for fuel or other additional expense.

  14. My suggestion is to have a feature with BTS

    After the feature with DJ Khaled it's maybe possible to have one with BTS. An English version would be the best, but you can have a Korean one as well. Please contact HYBE to make this happen! I promise you won't regret this!! The slogan can even match with yours: Get it Let it Roll (from their newest hit Butter).

  15. Allow a single user to put up a road closure that remains until another driver goes through the closure.

    As a user who drives mostly in town, there are numerous road closures that I experience. I often mark the closure but the next time I drive through that area, the road appears OPEN, although it is actually still blocked. I suggest that a single user be able to put up a closure, without the need for a second driver to also show or confirm the closure.

  16. option to disable the "This route is x faster than this other route"

    Currently, after choosing a destination in Waze, it will also tell you that the route it's telling you is faster than some other route.

    Why is theere a need to tell me that the current route is 6 minutes, 10 minutes, 17 minutes faster than the other route? It's a waste of time waiting for it to stop describing the slower route's time and streets/highways.

    I would like an option to disable the post-selection vocal description of slower routes.

  18. Automatically & immediately loading the route (instead of waiting 5 seconds)

    Currently after entering a destination the "go now" counter will wait 5 seconds before automatically showing the route. I would like a setting to make this zero seconds. Essentially, automatically showing the route immediately after it has been calculated.

    This is handy when driving for ride share. We don't get the rider's info until they enter the car. Knowing which way to go as soon as possible is important in many situations. Over the course of a day of driving ride share I will press "go now" around a hundred times - never needing to change anything on that initial…

  20. Make it possible to choose bike or pedestrian routes too

    Waze should add cycling routes and pedestrian routes to the road data and routing. It will promote better active transport and help people use Waze to get places
