    Please consider showing STOP signals when possible. An optional sound alert would be a plus. It will be an extra of confort for a safer trip.

  2. Allow me to define my daily commute route and show a look-ahead summary of any speed traps or accidents for entire route

    When I leave to go to or from work, I would just like to see a summary that tells me if there are any speed traps or accidents along the route. Distance to the incident would be a plus, as would an audible alert when I am within a mile or two. I ride a motorcycle so interacting with the waze app while riding is impossible.

  3. Make lock button switch off the screen without locking it

    It would be great if switching on/off the screen could be realized by the lock button with no need to unlock the screen. Code:

  4. Rendre persistante les alertes sur toute la longueur de la zone de danger

    Rendre persistante les alertes sur toute la longueur de la zone de danger.

    Bonjour je pense que les alertes pour les dangers sur l'appli ne sont pas assez persistantes. ce qui fait que parfois on peut passer à coté d'une alerte. L'idée serait donc de pouvoir avoir le maintien de l'alerte sur toute la longueur de la zone de danger et que cette alerte ne disparaisse plus au bout de quelques secondes. De plus une couleur plus voyante tel que du rouge serait un vrai plus pour les bandeaux d'alertes.

  5. Pinch to zoom on CarPlay

    I just switched from android phone from android auto to an iPhone CarPlay. The pinch to zoom option is available on Android Auto, and I was surprised that the CarPlay Waze for iPhone can’t do this. I would love the pitch to zoom option for Waze on CarPlay.
    The option that is available is very distracting and cumbersome when using the plus and minus buttons on the Waze app.

    Please make the pinch zoom available on CarPlay for Waze and quickly for the safety of your users.

  7. speed limit on roads + user defines "set max speed" alert/notification like speedometer bubble

    Excellent recent update. Howerver, it would be such a helpful and nice addon where user can set max speed alert/alarm when it's reached. Plus posted speed limits on major roads/freeways.

    When not on an active route in CarPlay allow the top navigation bar to be hidden like happens in Google Maps and Apple Maps

  11. Waze for the handicapped

    I think it would be extremely beneficial for Waze to expand its horizons to help handicapped people find accessible routes to make their commute easier. Even seemingly mundane tasks become arduous given that every navigation system is catered toward visibly able individuals. Maybe partner up with the commuters themselves and create these routes! Google maps should install this feature, pronto.

    le point est.. les favoris !!

    Je souhaite vraiment attirer votre attention sur cela... utilisant intensivement Waze tout les jours, je voudrais me permettre de vous faire la suggestion suivante..

    la liste des favoris reste une liste de favoris.. mais pas une liste d'adresse usuelle.... ce qui à pour consequence qu'on y rajoute rapidement les/des adresses fréquemment utilisées ou un peu moins mais que l'on souhaite garder en mémoire, sans pour autant pouvoir mettre en évidence les adresses vraiment favorite, celle qu'on utilise très souvent...

    d'où ma suggestion de laisser une liste d'adresse avec une partie vraiment favoris, en évidence,…

    Would it be possible to show "this route is xx minutes longer" at the decision points according to the current traffic situation? Just as it is in Google Maps - a very useful feature!

  16. Android Auto Split Screen Support

    In Android Auto full screen mode and using 2 apps for example Waze and YouTube Music, if you select music on the main screen (left) then the split screen (right) just shows Date/Time. Expecting Waze map to show in the split screen.

    That's how it works with Google Maps. It shows up in the split screen if another app is in the main screen. Why can't it be same with Waze?

  17. Map display for CarPlay

    Please make the map display for CarPlay more floating and gliding, similar to how it glides in google maps for CarPlay. Love your map and it’s much much better than google, just the graphics needs to be nicer and smoother please and thank you!

    why not make it really easy to add my gmail and phone contacts to waze?? Without having to search forever on youtube, google, and certainly not the waze website. I love the app, why can't I simply access my gmail contacts, etc....
