Total number of vehicles and mean speed, both in real time, for every street AROUND A USER SELECTED POINT.
I would like to get, for a project, the traffic density in real time of each street or highway. In other words, what I need is to get a number, instead of a color (currently red, green, etc) indicating me the quantity of vehicles in every street, along with the speed of each one. It is, 2 numbers: total number of vehicles and mean speed, both in real time, for every street AROUND A USER SELECTED POINT. The user would be a custom program that would determine in advance, the possible conflict at every selected intersection.

Section Control
In a lot of European countries you have speed-control via section-control, means:
the avgerage speed is measured of a certain distance by taking picture of car when entering and leaving the measuring section.
Unfortunatly currently you can not warn other users of such controls.
On contrary, such controls are only posted as stationary speed-control when entering, which is very misleading5 votes -
I think that speed limits should be put on all roads to make the roads even safer. This will prevent accidents.
If we find out the speed for every road and put it on the system, a lot of accidents will be prevented

Please reinstate the "Police on Other Side" feature. Reporting speed traps is the most useful reason to report police, and traffic moving in opposite direction will always be better suited to identify and report.

Enhanced Visual Warning for Speed and Red-Light Cameras
I would like to propose an additional visual alert system for speed and red-light cameras within Waze. The idea is to introduce a transparent red overlay that flashes on the screen as drivers approach a camera location.
This feature would serve as a strong visual cue, especially for users who may not always be actively looking at their GPS display or listening to audio directions. The flashing overlay would draw immediate attention and help ensure drivers are more aware of upcoming enforcement zones.

Protest the removal of the police warning feature!
The Sheriff's association is using the tired old excuse that the police warning feature in the Waze app "could be used by terrorists." That is a RIDICULOUS excuse! The truth is that they just don't want us having the ability to warn others about their friggin' speed traps, and they don't want us avoiding tickets! Terrorists my shiny white butt! They use all of their technology against us, and then when we have something to use against them they just don't like it. This feature in Waze is just the next step above radar detectors. Green Wave Zones
Hello everyone! I really regretted that the Waze development team ignored the users request and did not develop to the Average Speed Zone (ASZ) remaining time slot indicator. I continue to support the idea that there should be indikator, some kind of speeding explanation is not appropriate here. If needed, the indicator can be rounded (e.g. like the EU required false speedometer displaing) or some other a bit fuzzied indication can be shown. Make it easier to see charging availability, port type, charge speed, and easy trip planning with stop points along the way to destination.

I used Waze in foreground (iPad Mini) to navigate, while running Navigon in background for speed warnings.
I really like Navigon's speed warnings, but it couldn't find my destination address, so I just let it run without a destination and ran Waze for navigating. Worked great, except in the boonies, where Waze died for lack of internet.

Vehicle Type - Van to be added
Under Vehicle Type in Settings, Could there be a vehicle type for Vans that shows the correct speed you can go on certain roads, as in the UK Vans are restricted on speed on certain types of roads like on a national speed limit single carriageway it 50mph for a van instead of 60mph, aswell as a dual carriageway it’s 60mph instead of 70mph.

Good morning, i would like to suggest that perhaps your platform could speak the speed limit as you enter them on UK roads. I wear glasses but do not require them when i drive but find it difficult to see the annotated speed on your map. Of the voice over were to say the speed limit this would be amazing. I drive a tracked vehicle and get in trouble for not adhering to the speed limit. Your help in this matter is very much appreciated and will be groundbreaking
