Contacts & Location Names/Labels
Instead of only finding “Facebook friends” add an option to “add friends” that are in your contacts (associated phone number(s)).
Like “Maps” on apple/iOS, we should be able to add places like “school” or “[insert name]’s house” even maybe “closest pizza restaurants”. Just thinking out loud I guess 🤦🏻♀️

Do 'waze to friend', nearest location for both parties
I wanted today to have my GF drop me something I needed.
So I kinda had to scroll down in the waze map to understand where should we meet in order to make her and my drive as quick as possible.
So, i just thought on this feature, if both parties using waze and agrees to it, waze will either A) Just give them suggestions for location that will minimize the driving time for both parties. B) Monitor online both parties until they meet, and update in the map, each one of the other's advances.

Easily change fuel type when searching for gas stations
I have 2 cars, one petrol and one diesel, and changing the fuel from one car to another is too complicated when driving, so I end up looking for the gas station with the best petrol price even when I'm driving the diesel car, and maybe that gas station does not have a good price for diesel.

Indicate best lane on upcoming turns with multiple left or right lanes
I find myself still using google maps while driving in the city, because it gets tricky when for example, a right turn needs to be made quickly after a left turn, and there are two left lanes. Google maps indicates that the right left lane is the correct lane. I love everything else about waze and if this one feature was added, I would use it at all time and cut out maps completely!

Small bug
Hello, It seems that there is a small bug, that runs for a while now. After i setup a drive and all is good, sometimes if i switch to other app, or if i receive a call (full screen incoming call) the lower bar from the Drive screen (where the search is, ETA, how many km are till destination etc) turns into white color. Keep in mind that the drive is runing in the dark mode, so that white bar from below is really annoying.

Fix the 3 finger, while driving hazard reporting!
I used to LOVE Waze. Now I pretty much hate it. You need to bring back the ability to report issues and hazards while people are actively driving. I loved that I used to be able to press the screen with three fingers and say "hazard." Then the map voice would ask ' what type of hazard; on road or on shoulder or done.' It was amazing, I could report anything easily while still safely driving; the the map voice would give choices for what to report and actually send a real report. Now the only way I can report…

way to tell waze I'm in the other parallel road
Sometimes waze tells me to enter the highway when it has heavy traffic and the service road I am is much faster. Then I disobey him, but it thinks I'm in the highway and keeps collection wrong data.
I think we you could have an option that when enabled and waze can't be sure in which of 2 parallel roads I am, I could tell him he got it wrong.
It must be a single touch in the screen to alternate between the roads, because I would be driving when it happens.

Waze often find. destinations in other countries. Plase allow setting of limits on destinnations
Waze seems to find destination that are in other countries. Please allow setting of limits on the distance and/or locations. I am in Canada and I've gotten destinations in England. I drive a car, not a boat.

Add Buttons
Its difficult to give reports when one is driving at 120 km/hr. Users must be able to add buttons, similar to speed reading on the screen, where once can report by touch of a button. One should also have option to drag and place these buttons anywhere on the screen
I would add following to my screen when driving.
- Report Car on Shoulder
- Report Pothole
- Heavy traffic

Stop popups while driving
Our insurance provider gives a discount for safe driving. To get the discount I can't touch a screen while driving. While driving using Waze, popups block the screen but I can't close them. If there is no way to disable ALL popups, I will uninstall waze and find another app.

Sharing language
Allow choosing the language to share a drive or default to the same language as you use-my shares are all in Portuguese for some reason and I don’t know how to change that.

Routes via specific road
Plan or change a route to use a specific road ie. a specific interstate road, state road, local road, so the route will go specifically how you want to drive it. Many times the suggested routes are not the best. One knows this after having driven a certain route multiple times. Waze does not know this.

Scales open / closed button.
Waze is a superior navigation aid compared to all other gps I've used and I've used them all! I drive a big truck for a living and would love to see the addition of a scale open / closed button similar to a police button or the hazard button. Fantastic app! Super intuitive and user friendly. Thank you!

Better iPad interface.
The iPad interface is a bit cumbersome to use while driving. I find many of the buttons are too small. I have my iPad docked in a RAM mount next to the stick shift, so its right next to my shift hand.
Different screens appear in different sizes (like the event selection screen is cut in half when reporting a hazard or similar).
Also, display of speed and similar information in the lower right should be larger, much like the turn-by-turn directions in the lower left.

update alerts for other side of road
I would like to be able to update alerts on either side of the road as no longer there, not just the side of the road I'm traveling on. Just like how Waze currently asks if a hazard is still there if it's in my traveling direction, it'd be nice to be able to click on a hazard or alert on the opposite side of the road and delete it if it's no longer there or relevant.

The ETA on the shared route (My Drive) website is no longer visible on older browsers
The ETA is visible only for a very short time before the map is overlaid. Older browser is the default browser of an older Android phone (Samsung with Android 2.3) and IE9.
Also tried the current Firefox and Chrome versions, and both are OK.

Add blue highlighting for police traps & advanced warnings
When driving on the interstates waze should highlight your report of police warning blue along your route to notify the all directions of police traps

An option to disable the ‘similar ETA’ options
I’m unsure if it’s a bug or what, but Waze has the feature where it will recommend alternate routes mid-drive if it’s a similar ETA or sometimes a few minutes faster. But recently it’s been consistently recommending much slower routes. Like a 20 minute drive where it highlights another option splitting off labeled ‘9 mins slower’ or ‘2mins slower’ not even similar ETA. It feels like clutter and useless for my drive since I would never pick a slower route that would add 50% more time to my drive, and it can be distracting from time to time.…

Feature of non-static Speedcams without approval from AM
There are two things that can be reported - Police and Speedcams. Police shows up immediately, but speedcams (according to the footnote) must be approved and a user will be warned about that only if driving with excessive speed. However there are non-static speedcams too. Most users are repoting them as a police trap, but this is actually a speedcam, and it is changing its location over time. Notifying user when driving with excessive speed is ok, but I think that notifyication about non-static speedcams should be in any case, for example if there is an error in a map…
