Please improve "Watch my drive...". It should stay on real-time & not disconnect. It doesn't follow real-time nor recover when stops. (Android 13, Galaxy S22 Ultra)

Navigation Notifications not Auto Cancelling
In Android Auto on my Google Pixel I have noticed now that when I get a notification of a hazard, police, or speed can the notification stays on the screen after timeout if I don't hit "There" or "Not There". This means that I won't get any more notifications until I do. This is an issue for notifications that don't have those buttons like speed cams. I no longer get any notifications.

Hungarian language
Hello!
When using the Hungarian language, Android Auto displays half in English and half in Hungarian e.g. the reports. It would be nice if it was finally completely Hungarian.

Por favor, añadan la lista de giros a la integración con Android Auto!
En Android auto sería muy útil poder desplegar la lista de los siguientes giros para poder anticiparte (como en la aplicación de móvil), porque muchas veces es confuso.
Siempre quiero saber los detalles de la ruta seleccionada; a veces, Waze simplemente se equivoca o conozco una manera mejor.
Ahora mismo, los usuarios seguimos las indicaciones ciegamente y no conocemos más de un giro a la vez.

Remove TURN INDICATIONS
On the ANDROID CAR it takes a lot of space. I didn't fibd a way to remove them, but i don't remember to seen that before the latest update.

Add Multitouch Support for Waze on CarPlay (iOS 26)
Starting with iOS 26, Apple officially added multitouch support for CarPlay apps (confirmed on Apple’s developer website).

Initial Alternative Routes Display
The display disappears too quickly on my Android. No time to consider the alternatives before Waze launches the 1st choice to "Go Now." A choice should be a forced response.

Waze keeps freezing on Samsung S23 Ultra. The screen locks, the butons or scroll through the map don't work. The same on Android Auto. I have to force close the app.

Subdue/Mute background sounds or not mute
Add the new check box in the voice settings area (to choose by the user)– Subdue/Mute background sounds (mutes background sounds while playing a message). It refers to the Android auto. If you turn off this parameter the background sounds (radio, spotify, vlc, etc.) shouldn’t be mute during the messages playing, what is a very desirable option in general. Something similar like in the case of Yanosik navigation program.

Bug report for navigation
In Android Auto, when Waze is running the navigation, the "X"/cancel button doesn't work in split view.

Va en general bien pero con la última actualización, cuando detecta un radar, ya no se quita la ventana tal como ocurría antes. Pasa lo mismo en Android Auto. Tenéis que arreglarlo.

Black buttons on Black backgrounds are terrible
Your recent Android Auto updates have been horrendous. Instead of having colorful, vibrant, easily identifiable buttons, everything is now pure black with headache-inducing white text. Black buttons overlay black menus, and the driver cannot distinguish between any of the controls without taking their eyes off the road for long periods. Controls are scattered around the screen in tiny black dots like a spilled bag of marbles. Waze is now a dangerous app to use. Bring back color!! Bring back black text on light backgrounds!! Text Msg Concept
Hello Waze Team #1,
One idea, I think would be great to have here in the near future is to be able to set Waze as a default app on iPhone, so whenever someone sends you a text msg for address or favorite locations it will automatically default to Waze and not google as it currently does. I just think Waze has been evolving to be a favorite request by lots of drivers out in the community and cities. Decouple map display from light sensor
The current version of Android Waze always uses the information from the light sensor to display dark or light mode. My car doesn't have a light sensor (even though it is a 2023 model). Therefore, my map display is always dark, making it very hard to see in bright sunlight. Could you make it possible for users to select whether to use the information from the light sensor or not? Thank you!
