Icônes de navigation
Bonjour,
Le bouton orange situé en bas à droite sert à signaler différentes choses. Il ouvre sur une page avec 10 icônes, et chacune est à choix multiples : il faut les ouvrir pour savoir ce qui est dedans, et comme c’est écrit en petit il faut se concentrer dessus, au détriment de la sécurité, notamment lorsque l’on a pas de co-pilote.
Pour renforcer la sécurité, pourquoi ne pas mettre uniquement 9 icônes à choix unique (qui tiendront sur la page), avec un logo bien clair pour chacune, et une 10ème icône à choix multiple que l’on ne pourrait…2 votes -
Increase the menu arrow on Android Auto
When using Waze on Android Auto, the arrow to the menu "Routes, Stop, Search Sound" should be bigger; it's too tiny for us to be sure that is already selected (without having a touchscreen unit) during the day, especially bright ones, during the drive.

Provide way to stop alternative routes
Please provide a way to stop alternative routes during heavy traffic. This app goes too far in creative ways to cut down time that 75% of the time do not pan out well for me and I am later than originally predicted. 15 min late for appointment in Seattle because this app suggested a left turn in the I-99 tunnel that was not physically possible. I have also had the app reroute me to a literal dead end leaving the Oregon Coast when a time saving suggestion way provided.

Find a way to avoid spurious hazard reporting of cars stopped on the shoulder when parked safely and posing no risk to drivers
It seems I'm many times a week on freeway journeys seeing situations where a hazard alert will come up for a car stopped when the car in question is safely parked (usually with no occupant outside or in proximity) 4-5m away from the road itself presenting zero actual hazard to road users whatsoever. It often gives a 'for the sake it' type of feel (as if reported someone's kid is in the passenger seat bored). It is pretty annoying and often jolting when it happens say more than 5 times in a 1 hr journey whilst you're driving along concerned…

Feedback and Feature Suggestion for Improved Map Interaction
I wanted to share some observations and a suggestion that could enhance the user experience when searching for locations with multiple branches, like Safeway.
I noticed that Apple Maps stands out by showing the user’s current location in relation to multiple search results on the map, which helps give a quick visual understanding of where you are and where you’re headed. However, it currently lacks the ability to tap directly on a location pin on the map to begin navigation. Here's an idea. How about now making Waze suddenly stop working to ask me about carpooling WHILE I'M FUCKING DRIVING IN AN UNKNOWN AREA!!!!!!! This stupid goddamn "survey" allowed me about 10 minutes of blind driving in an an unknown area. Do it again ... and you are deleted.

Add forward, back buttons on pop ups
I would love to see a forward and back button on the pop up notifications. Many times I'll glance down and slightly catch what the pop up said, but It's gone and I'm unable to go back through it. Then when I stop again I see the same ones over. It would be nice to scroll through because not all are important to the driver.

Notification staying up too long and makes information unreadable in the new android auto vehicle display. Close button non functional
Either fix the response of the android auto screen controls so buttons don't require multiple touches or long press (literally 5 seconds at times, even in the report window, literally any button). Cut the time stuff sits on the screen, fix speed sensitive notifications duration, or add a setting to change how long notifications remain on the screen. Incredibly distracting when you have to touch a button 5 times or hold it until the system notices you.

Add personal notification reminder for the driver, it will pop up at the end of the route
As the navigation start, add a personal notification bar for the driver to fill in, it will pop up at the end of the drive, for you as a reminder not to forget your daily task or multiple tasks next to the address you navigate for.
Example: "reminder to pickup the checks",
Or "don't forget to feed the dog".
You can write what ever you need as a reminder for you when you arrived to the address.1 vote -
council fines
Have an alert for Council Officers handing out fines (in addition to the current Police ones).
In Brisbane, Australia, Council Officers stand out on the road corners handing out tickets for people stopping (picking people up / dropping people off). It would be AMAZING to have an alert for this!

Timers in all notifications
When driving and using Waze to navigate somewhere. When the message pop up asking if you’re a “driver” or “passenger”, this message needs to be on a timer. It needs to go away after a few seconds because a driver can not take their eyes off the road to answer it. Also, even after answering “driver” it should automatically go back to the navigation NOT ask other questions. Having multiple things to answer when you’re trying to see the directions is a hazard.

Report potholes to local authorities
Add a “pothole” option in the hazard report menu.
Link Waze pothole reports directly to council maintenance systems.
Allow drivers to attach photos to pothole reports.
Push alerts to councils when the same pothole is flagged multiple times.
Encourage councils to join the free Waze for Cities program.
Let community groups track potholes via Waze groups.
Share Waze report data with existing “Report a Problem” council apps.
Show repair progress on Waze once councils act.
Reward frequent, accurate pothole reporters with points or badges.

Hi, I would like to make this program, but it's not my job. However, my idea should be very interesting for everyone I think.
In the same time, that should be a very good methode to preserve the planet.
I always use your program and I think that should be a very good idea to put this option in your soft.

Add “Wazer Needs Help” indication
The hazard on should feature indicates cars that are stopped and other hazards. Imagine, it would also indicate if that car is a Water in need.
I am suggesting that a Water can indicate if she/he needs help. Adding a toggle box “need help” and possibly specifics, like “out of gas”, “flat tire”, “medical emergency” etc.
I do occasionally stop when a car is on the shoulder with the hazards on and offer my help. Often it’s just a bathroom break but in more than half the cases I am actually able to offer meaningful help.

Customized AUDIO alerts for Plan a trip notifications
I have a smart phone with multiple applications that I get alerts from and it would be nice to have a customizable audio alert for Waze for when trips are planned. Nothing crazy may be like a “beep beep” to notify the user that based on their alert settings that the plan tripped time is coming up. Have an alert to differentiate that Waze from any other alert from another app. Please, no round file, it’s a good idea. Thx.

Have a daily notification showing traffic on route traveled in advance of departure
Daily notification at a set time that informs you about traffic on selected routes. i.e. at 5 pm a notification alerts you to traffic on the M11.
I don't use Waze for my commute each day as I know the way, accordingly i often forget to check the traffic and get caught. A daily notification at the same time would stop this, it could also provide an alternate route.
