  2. Enable passenger search while driving in android auto mode

    In android auto the search is removed until the car is stopped. My passenger wants to search for a new location destination. Sadly we have to stop the car to do that. A prompt asking if you are the driver would be better, then allow them to search. How can waze assume all interaction must be the driver?? If the driver declares to be a passenger well that's driver negligence but stop All interaction to prevent that, this renders the app useless at times.

    Pouvoir passer à différents modes voiture, vélo, caravane ou encore piéton. Mon vieux Gps Mio le faisait... c'était pratique. Le mode taxi ne concerne qui dans l'état actuel ? Un mode caravane aiderait aussi bien les conducteurs avec une caravane ou les Camping-cars en permettant d'avoir des axes principaux, ce pour éviter la déconvenue de petites routes de campagne, pas toujours aisées pour circuler avec les attelages et je dirai même bien souvent un calvaire.

    I find Sir David Attenborough's voice on the TV very calming. It's like being read a fairy tale to. I would love to hear him in my Waze. No more road rage

  6. Mark bad quality road

    There are so many roads witch are paved, but the quality is so awful, its more like driving on dirt road or trail. Would be great to mark bad quality roads so I could avoid driving there and save my car instead of braking it driving trough. Of course there should be an option to avoid bad quality roads also in the Waze app. I hope to see this feature in soon future. Best regards

  9. Route Preview Option

    You select a route, then press the "Route Preview" button. Map view will then zoom to your current location and travel down the selected route as if you were driving. The map pans down the route so that you can see all the things you will be dealing with along the way without having to scroll around the map with your finger. Adding a "preview speed (1x, 2x, 3x, etc)" and a "pause preview" option would be a great addition to this.

  10. When searching a company along your route

    when searching a company along your route, WAZE should show these findings along your route. There is yet an app to do this successfully. When your search just "gas" or "fast food" it does an amazing job but when you search "McDonald's" or "Carl's Jr" it only shows locations scattered around you not along your route. This could be very helpful for family trips to plan out stops or if in route to be able to quickly see if you need to stop right there or if there is a location worth waiting for maybe 10 miles down the freeway…

  11. Launch Waze automatically when driving

    It's rather annoying for me having to remember to launch the Waze app every time I start driving somewhere. Would it be possible for the app to detect that you are driving and launch automatically? Preferably with as little battery drain as possible.

    Could you move the control for reporting a road hazard to the bottom left of the display(closer to the driver). This goes for the is it still there prompt.

  13. Ambulance / Fire

    You have an option to show where police are visible. Please add the option to show where EMS (ambulance / fire / rescue) are visible.
    This not only can serve to protect the EMS at a scene, it will also protect motorist coming up to an accident scene.

  14. When I arrive at a navigation destination, show the address

    Frequently when I instruct Waze to navigate to an address, I don't readily know the address but have looked it up in an addressbook or email. When the destination is reached, Waze shows a checkered flag on the street, but it would be very handy to have the address displayed so I can identify which particular dwelling I'm going to

  16. Natural gas on Brazil

    hello you all... so, I'm a brazilian wazer, and here we have another type of fuel, GNV, that means Vehicle natural gas. It's a kind of metano gas, we have a lot of reserves, it's the cheaper fuel that we have here.
    so, I understand that the app cannot be changed just for one country. my suggest is that here, in brazil, at the end of the gas station, we can put the acronym GNV, and the other wazers that use this fuel can know that is a gas station that can supply that fuel

    In addition to an alert for police vehicles that are mobile - it would be nice for some kind of an alert for airborn police. I was traveling a week ago and spotted what was most likely an police airplane but there was no useful way to report it.

  18. INCREASE size of the Exit number while driving on highways, etc.

    on the screen the size of font of EXIT is way too small.
    I want to show you a better design to be able to see the exit number on highways in one quick look, it too hard to read like it is now. how can I send you a jpg image about it? thank you.

  19. Allow people to upload their own Waze profile picture (like their car) to get easily identified while driving...

    Hi people. Please forgive me for my average English, I'm a French Waze user...

    At the moment, the only way to display a picture when clicking on a Wazer is to link your Facebook account with your Waze client.

    I guess that a lot of people (like me) don't want to link their Facebook profile with the Waze client or they don't own one.

    My idea => Create a function on the Waze client to allow people to upload their own pictures.

    The goal => When a Wazer is in the vicinity of your location, you can click on it…

  20. Add the possiblility to use a bluetooth handsfree device

    In most of cars there is a telephone hands-free Bluetooth system integrated with the car audio system; it would be great to have the voice message from waze client to go to the Audio system via Bluetooth connection.
