Message "Do not response by mail" when editor commented an update request
When an editor commented in an update request there are hinds in the mail from waze the user should answer per app or at the WME. In my opinion it's urgent to make clear the response per mail is not working. There should be a hint: "Do not reply by mail, it will not be delivered!"

Restricted areas: L5 users can restrict Rank 6 segments
With restricted areas, a level 5 (or Level X user depending on what the final level will be when released in production/country setting) could currently add a restriction to a level 6 segment.
Steps: find a rank 6 segment, draw an area on it => The segment is restricted.
This may be a WAD (similar to closures for people who have closure permissions), but it's still risky and lowers the protection of the rank system. If the user deletes the area restriction right after the map update, the problem cannot be identified without staff intervention.

Improvements in segment selection for road closures
Sometimes it's necessary to select multiple segments to perform a road closure either for MTE or for a conventional closure. After you have several segments selected, you accidentally select a node and all work is lost (the section disappears). I suggest making a modification that prevents the disappearance of the selection of these segments and notifies the editor that you selected a node and it will not be possible to make the respective closure (before or at the moment of trying to save). Need options for Unit/Apt/Space/Suite/Building numbers on addresses and RPPs
I am seeing more and more large apartment/condominium/business complexes with multiple buildings all sharing one street address, and am more frequently getting URs about incorrect addresses because of it. Note, that the designation need to be alphanumeric.

[Segment Attribute Request] Treat 2 Way as Divided
I would like to have the ability to draw a single 2-way segment but be able to mark it as divided so it does not say you have arrived until on correct side of road. Sometimes you may have a segment that may not really need to be divided into 2 One-Way segments but if you want routing to offer the correct directions you would have to divide the segments. In my picture below, the red line shows what Waze currently does (it says you have arrived as you pass the house) The green line shows what it should be…

Expand external visual cue on mouseover
Several years ago the WME interface was changed and it reduced how much information was visible when adding an external provider. You could no longer see the difference between two entries because the text simply isn't visible and longer place names make it worse. Editors would have to select a provider to see the address and determine if it was correct. If it was not, they would have to search again and select another entry. Add Driving Restriction option to enable Toll flag for specific date / time / vehicle settings
Driving Restrictions currently has Allowed, Toll Free, Prohibited
But we also need an option to explicitly set Toll EnabledWe have a road that operates as a Toll road for all vehicles 6-9am but then changes to not a Toll road (also for all vehicles) from 9:01am to 5:59am the following day.
We can't use the Toll Free option as there isn't a subset of vehicles that are not charged a Toll during this time period.
Also setting a Toll Free period 9:01 to 5:59 has no impact as the driving restriction is only checked during the hours its active…

Prompt user to save Lane changes if deselecting segment
After editing Lanes, it's far too easy to lose the changes by accidentally deselecting the selected segment you are editing if you don't apply the changes beforehand.
This suggestion is to recognise that changes have been made in Lanes (or road width), and prompt the user to apply or cancel the changes if they deselect the segment they are editing.

Allow direct editing of alt names and cities
Currently alt names or cities can be changed only by deleting the existing name and re-creating a new alt name. Please allow direct editing of alt names. Also it would be great if primary and alt names were draggable so an alt name could be promoted to the primary name without deleting and recreating.

Show RPP PUR's on feed list
There is no privacy issue involved here.
There's simply a pin in the map, among many others, but I can't find them like any others, just because category is "residential"
The privacy issues are solved by the already omitted creator/updater of the place. By not showing them, you are simply making it harder for the PUR be moderated, as we have to scan the map or rely on scripts to do that.
So, plainly: RPP PUR's should be shown in feed list just as any other PUR.

Remember "Update results when map moves" setting
When checking/unchecking "Update results when map moves", the setting does not persist upon refresh. It would be nice to have this setting remembered when it's checked/unchecked.
(there is a workaround by clicking filter->Apply, but it isn't obvious that this is necessary)

Address localization
lease allow localization of address field just as it is done in search results, so it would be possible to have "%{street} %{housenumber}" instead of "%{housenumber} %{street}" for some languages.

Display router-enabled U-turns as always green
WME displays some U-turn restrictions as red when routing will treat them as green. This is VERY confusing.
Specifically, we are told that when a driver following a Street roadway type reaches a junction node to a Parking Lot Road, the Waze router is allowed to offer a U-turn at that junction node -- REGARDLESS of the U-turn setting displayed by WME (we are also told this is true of Street/Private Road junction nodes as well -- and perhaps others?).
WME should not show editors red turn restrictions when in fact drivers will experience green turn restrictions. This can lead…

As payment method for parking lots & customer parking we need a disc parking option,

Allow closing/seeing closures on red turns
Why?
I got a UR with: from here you can only turn right.
- I changed the wrong turns from green to red.
- I would like to close the one I changed to have the change effective immediately instead of the next map update.The same is currently possible for one-way segments (you can close the other direction).

Particular and recurring restrictions
Sometimes I faced uncommon recurring restrictions to be applied on a segment, for example:
- every first sunday of every month;
- every third thursday of even months;
- every last saturday of every month.There is NO WAY to do it automatically in WME, because the editor is unable to know which is the first occurrence of sunday every month and so on, meaning I have to edit those restrictions manually, and I will for sure forget about them.
Developing a built-in tool for these particular cases could be globally very useful.

Allow users to keep hands on the keyboard until done typing
As a general principal of design, please allow the user to keep both hands on the keyboard until done typing information
Examples of desired behavior:
Places - After entering address, use the return/ enter key to activate the "apply" button. Or else automatically apply address changes when tab is used to advance to another field. (Currently, we have to move hand to mouse, click apply, find correct place on keyboard, and then use tab to advance to name field and resume typing)Closures - After entering description, use the tab key to advance to "direction" (Currently, this does not work).…

Add a "Map problems in my areas" list in the editor
It's time wasting to look for map problems in my areas. It would be easier if they could be found in a list, so I could use more time to correct the map, and less looking for problems

Vitrual Lanes
There are many places where Lanes go one or two junctions back (H junctions for example). The editor should allow to define lanes that are not limited to the turns at the end of this segment:
Real example:
We have 3 lanes. The left lane is loaded for 1 KM. In that 1 KM there are 4 junctions ( right turns allowed).It would be nice to be able to define 1 lane for Left turn, one for going Straight Ahead, and one for Straight Ahead or Right.And be able to do this for all 5 segments.

Rearrange RoadShields by moving the boxes with the mouse.
It would be really great, if we could move RS on WME. It's really tedious when you have to delete RS and search again just to change the order of them. How great would it be if we could rearrange the different RoadShield boxes by moving them with the mouse.
