Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year. We hope to have it included in our plans for later years and will keep you posted.

An error occurred while saving the comment
Waze often gives me a route with many turns when there was a more direct way to get from point A to point B. Often, these excessive turns actually add time to my drive compared with the straight route without turns because of stop signs and having to slow down or wait to make a turn, not to mention they are also much worse for my gas mileage and make the drive generally more stressful. I wish there was a way to customize routes so that there are minimal turns and changes when there is a direct way available.
