  3. Allow color themes for the night mode

    While we can swap between various colors themes in the day mode, this is not available in the night mode. Unfortunately, the colors displayed on my mobile are not offering an easy navigation, as the difference in color between roads and the way to follow is hard to distinguish.

  4. Make speed limit larger on apple carplay

    I have read the responses to this issue. It seems to be a bot responding as:

    Thank you for your suggestion! As you may know, Waze already displays a speedometer, including both your driving speed and the speed limit for the road you’re currently on.

    That is NOT the issue. Just remove the speedometer and make the speed limit LARGER. Like it appears on Google Maps, which owns Waze.

    Any chance the Sirius XM app can be added to the list of music player apps that can be used within Waze? If functions almost identical to Pandora. Thanks in advance.

    I have had humans walking on the side of the road probably 10 times. I end up calling them "animals on the side of the road."

  8. Adding report option of Fire Trucks, EMTs, Emergency Personnell causing traffic congestion

    In NYC and other major cities fire trucks and emergency personnel tend to cause traffic congestion and causing delays. I think waze should add a report feature for this type of activity since reporting closure wouldn't make sense in a temporary situation.

  9. Move (Install) to SD Card (Android)

    I would like to be able to move waze to my SD card. I have 2.2, but my phone does not have enough internal storage for all my apps. It would be awesome if I could move this to my SD since it is one of the larger apps.

  10. Alert about speed cameras even when not speeding.

    Currently, with speed camera alerts enabled, the alert only activates when speeding while approaching a speed camera. An option to display the alert regardless of current speed would be beneficial.

  12. Differentiate "dirt road" of "4x4 trail".

    "Dirt road / 4x4 trail" should be called "4x4 trail" only, and keep the same navigation capabilities as now, only to be allocated as such the badly damaged roads that only 4x4 vehicles are able to travel it.
    In the "street category" should be added a new type of segment called "dirt road", which would be passable streets for any vehicle but their ability to circulate them may vary due to various external factors such as weather. Because of this, they should suffer some level of penalty in the routing, and allows the "avoid dirt roads" in the application for…

  13. Prevent police from removing a report.

    Police have caught on to Waze. They always click "not there" when someone reports them in Waze. An easy way to keep that from happening is to only allow the "not there" response from a moving vehicle. That way the stationary cop can't delete the report.

    A great feature would be the possibility to keep toll roads enabled but receive an alert when a route includes that kind of road (toll road)

  15. POIs: automatically recognize location and search option

    Currently there is no 'City' field in the POI definition. When defining a new one (for instance gas station or train station), you have to specify the city in the name if you want to make it findable within a city search (for instance you want to serach all gas station in the city you are wazing). Thus congesting the map.
    Maybe an option when searching for POIs to restrain research within a certain range would be helpful too.

  16. Uso obrigatório de farol baixo em rodovias

    Além de um alerta via popup seria legal se o(a) assistente falasse "Você está entrando em uma rodovia, lembre-se de ligar o farol baixo!" Um aviso igual é com radar (Radar reportado à frente!)

  17. I do not like the new sleep feature! I want to be able to turn waze OFF! Please switch it back

    I like the old feature allowing us to turn waze off when we get to our destination, not the sleep mode. Can you please put back the option to turn off waze

  18. The new “road shield” symbol reduces text legibility

    New “road shield” symbol means the font size is reduced making it harder to read whilst driving. I’m a UK user. The road number is now shown in a box with a smaller font than it was previously. Please revert back to the previous, larger font size

  19. Alerta de conducción contra el tránsito

    Hola Waze!!

    Es posible que incluyan una alerta, parecida a las de luces, que alerte por conducir en una vía contra el tránsito.

    Antes de ayer usaba la aplicación, sin indicación de ruta, e ingresé una calle sin letreros. El Waze solo se volvió loco con la flecha y no me percaté hasta que otro conductor me advirtió.

    Espero que lo consideren muy útil.

  20. Reveal the limit on the maximum number of favorites

    Apparently there is a limit of 99 favorites that will be displayed, however, it doesn't say anywhere that there is a limit. When you reach the limit, it just stops saving new favorites, without letting you know that they have NOT been saved. It should tell you that you can't save any more until you delete some.
