Improve address suggestion
When I try to enter an address by the name of a street, a suggestion pops up, but when I press the arrow on the right side, it only copies the name of the city to the searchbar. So in the end i will have to write the complete address to the searchbar, including the house number.

Plot your chosen route by drawing it on, just like you would do with a traditional paper map.
I mostly know how to get where I'm going, except for the last 200 yds.
So, what I currently do, is to programme in a destination, then ignore the sat-nav until that last few streets.
But if I'm mid-journey (on my chosen route) and I hit a big delay or something, I have to try and read my paper map to get me a decent alternative "cross-country", then get back to actually heading towards my destination.2 votes -
Bring back auto start route
My Waze is automatically starting when I start driving.
In the past it would check my calendar, if an appointment wit location is available it offers this location. Otherwise it would offer work/home as destination. After some time it started the navigation.Currently Waze is still offering a destination. But I have to manually start navigating (which could be a huge fine)
I saw some old complaints about this function. But please bring it back with a setting for the people who don't like it.

Navigation
I use Waze for work as a salesperson. How is it that Waze can navigate me perfectly OUT of a parking lot as I leave a destination but just leads me to the middle of the street, rather than turning me into at least the parking lot, when I’m going to my next destination?
AND, could you consider adding outlines of buildings at addresses so I know which way to head out if the parking lot?

Auto hide the my waze and where to in landscape mode
Surely there should be a way to auto hide the my Waze and where to bar in landscape mode like it does in portrait mode. It's such a shame it takes up so much room. Sometimes you don't want to type a destination in where your going and just want to have the updates.

road conditions only
Ability to select starting and destination points in Waze. Then ability to share Waze image of current trip travel conditions. There are constantly people on Facebook asking for such travel informations.

adding no commercial plates filter
Allowing a filter for choosing passenger cars only routes or commercial vehicles allowed. This would be helpful to plan routes and side routes avoiding parkways or roads in the NYC area which do not allow commercial plated vehicles on those roads

Settings
I am taxi and Uber-taxi driver in Boston MA, USA.
On my Uber Partner App., I use WAZE as GPS navigator.
One time, I turned on navigation future to go to customer’s destination.
At the same time customer used WAZE App, sitting in the back sit of my car, to navigate to same destination.
We were surprised: both navigators showed different directions.

Default Icons for Common Selections on main selection screen instead of going through menu selections
Allow users to create defaults for commonly used selections.
Example, when car is located on a route on the side of the road, you have to select hazard -> on shoulder -> vehicle stopped.
Would be nice to have the button vehicle stopped on main screen as it is one of the most common selections I choose.

Voice-enabled user reports
Allow for voice-enabled user report functionality e.g., “Hey Waze, I see Police” or “Hey Waze, I see a Car (or Animal) on Side of Road”. Minimally, voice interaction would also allow Waze to probe for more descriptive information “Thank you. Are police hidden?”. Allow users to opt into Waze having ongoing access to the microphone on the device, perhaps while the device is in vehicular motion. This would allow Waze to provide a safer reporting experience for its most valuable users on Waze…the people that do the most reporting.

Sound Navigation
One of my favorite things about Maps is when I'm in route to my destination and I want to here what my next step in my direction is that I can tap the screen and here the lady tell me what to expect next whether I'm .2 miles away, 1 mile away or 5 miles away from my next turn. With Waze If I'm driving and want to hear what my next turn is I have to wait for the app to choose when to vocally acknowledge what I am to do next. I would like Waze to have the…

Ability to say 'dont send me this way again' for dangerous turns or bad neighborhoods.
I live in a big city with a long commute and many options to to my destinations. Sometimes the way Waze sends me around traffic is dangerous (i.e. Turning left onto a 5 lane, busy highway just to immediately turn right, or through high crime areas). An option to indicate unsafe guidance and not to suggest it again would be great.

Alarm or reminder
Especially for passengers. Can you make an alarm or reminder self set by own? For example, passenger wants to sleep on night trip. Set alarm 10 mins (kms) before destination

Arrival address size and displayed before arrival.
Show arrival address sooner, maybe a block or two away, and also in larger type face... a much LARGER TYPEFACE. It is hard to read the address when driving so, is distracting and unsafe. There is a need to start looking at house numbers to know which side of the street the property is on. Thanks!!!

New isn't better
I don't mind the update with the interface change but things like reporting a stopped car or accident on the "other side" was useful. Now you can only do that with pigs. The new bubble format takes longer than the old style to pop up.

latest waze version in Android Auto is a disaster
So the lates waze version was so frustrating, that I uninstalled it and went back a version.
1. The map is very slow - if you try to move the map around to see what's ahead it moves very slow and advances very little.
2. The Navigation menu, that was once located in a rectangle in the lower left part of the screen is no longer pressable. As a result the menu it self, that it once had ,are now permanently on the screen. But the moved to the far side from the driver. to the top right side.…5 votes -
Add the ability to create 'Here' as a favourite
Not all destinations have a clear address or you want to be able to use a specific entrance. It would be great if when adding a favourite Waze would let you select the place you are right now. Most GPS allow this feature.

Look both ways when a road ends at a two-way road and you turn right
When driving on a road that ends in a two-lane road and you want to turn right, you usually only look to the left to see if a vehicle is approaching.
I think that in these cases, Waze should give a voice warning to check visually in both directions.
It may happen that on the right side a vehicle is overtaking another and the driver is doing so on the opposite lane, the lane you intend to enter.
The danger can increase if visibility is poor due to vegetation or other objects.6 votes -
Show direction that other wazers are travelling on the navigation map
When viewing the navigation map, what if you showed a little arrow indicating the direction that the other wazers on the map are traveling? I can't tell if the wazer ahead of me is traveling the same direction as me and I am just catching up to them or they are on the other side of the road driving towards me. You could put a little black direction arrow in their icon.

Waze having offline capabilities, just like Google maps
Simple Waze having offline capabilities just like Google maps... Many other out there including mines many of us dnt have Online capabilities that much just cnt afford and I have done my research it not a lot people use WAZE the only difference now Waze as cloud source platforms in sense online capabilities to inform people about there surroundings traffic report, accident etc.. which Google maps is now taking way piece by piece...
