  1. Report Drivers

    We should be able to report when there is a crazy driver on the road. I just had a lady tailgate me, swerve around me, cut me off, and proceed to tailgate other cars in front of me. Having a feature to report this would be helpful for safety reasons.

  2. Remove WORK from My Waze.

    Provide option for the User to remove WORK from being one of the Where To selections in My Waze. I would imagine many users are Retired, like me, and just assume not have it 'cluttering' up the list.

  3. Rain or heavy rain weather report?

    Hello waze team!

    It would be great if waze could make a new hazard weather report on "raining" or "heavy rain" on the road. I believe it was sort of missing in hazard>weather report section.

    Please, please, please, someone at Waze sort out the English UK Kate voice issue. Forget the new version, sounds clunky,synthetic and unnatural, just re-instate as before. It's downright distracting now while driving, will loook for an alternative app if this continues.

  5. Modify Waze CarPlay

    Waze in CarPlay does not correctly visualize the routes to choose them, it does not correctly show the distance, nor does it show the costs of tolls or highways, that information should be available on the CarPlay screen, since according to current laws you cannot take your cell phone while driving.

  6. Fix the gas price functionality by adding additional shortcuts to update gas station prices and automatically remove old data

    The current method of adding gas prices is apparently too hard for many Wazers to find. Editors are constantly receiving PURs regarding incorrect and out of date gas prices. I have three recommendations for where to add a shortcut:

    1. Add a button to the page that shows all of the gas stations near your location.
    2. Add a button on the gas station's info page right below the listed prices.
    3. If a user is located within the gas station area, give a popup (like when Waze detects a traffic jam).

    Bonjour,

    J'utilise la dernière version Androïd disponible (4.24.0.2), et je suis souvent gêné par les très (trop) nombreuses bulles indiquant le nom des rues sur mon trajet.
    Cela masque fréquemment des intersections, et n'apporte aucune d'aide à la navigation.

    Puis-je les désactiver ? Comment ?

    how many times you visit a city and imagine how badly you want to know what is around you when you are traveling?

    Waze Tour giving the option to travel around city with guided voice and description about places around you.

  11. Time Until Turn

    Similar to the ETA function, I'd love to see the estimated time (countdown, not time of day) for the next turn by the distance. That can be very helpful as distances aren't as inherent to people as time passage.

  12. Can we get Car/Bumper stickers so we can see other Wazers on the road while driving

    When I see other Wazers on the map it is difficult to see them on the road. It would be good to acknowledge each other as this a community project. So some sort of Waze sticker would be good

  13. Don't limit the number of reports that can be submitted, limit the points given instead. Better to have more current info avail for drivers.

    Today I exceeded my limit for the number of reports I could submit. I was not aware there was a limit, but this happened just as I was trying to report an accident on the freeway. I am on the roads early each morning and would think the more info submitted for the rush hour the better. Instead of limiting how many reports can be submitted, if abuse is a concern, why not just limit the points that can be earned from submitting points within a certain amount of time.   14. Reporting closures from further away

    Closures can currently only be reported if you're right next to the road. I can't always report it because I'm on a roundabout or having to redirect quickly so as not to cause traffic. However, I can pull over a road or two away to report it but the app doesn't allow this since I can only report it if I'm on or next to the closed road.

  15. Treat roads with RTC as routable pedestrian path

    Right now, when trying to route to a destination on a closed road, it's pretty much like the road no longer exists and Waze will route to the nearest open road.

    Sometimes, this means that users will be routed somewhere completely different, like to the middle of a highway, to the other side of a raildroad track into a completely different neighbourhood, etc.

    Segments with RTCs on them should be treated as a routable pedestrian path: route the driver to the closest entry point.

  16. Don’t let stationary users perform status updates for police cars.

    Make it so that you need to be moving in order to click that a cop car is no longer there.

    Don’t let stationary users perform status updates regarding the fact that a police car is in a spot or not. Once you do this, cops will stop watching Waze to undo what drivers are reporting so that they do t get noticed.

    Please.

  19. A "heatmap" showing roads you have previously driven on and how often similar to Stravas "Personal Heatmaps"

    A map showing roads you have previously driven on and how much, the more used the road is the "hotter" it appears on the map. Then you can boast to your mates about how much of your town/county/country you have driven around!

  20. Route stops editing

    The existing ability to “add stop” is great but, if this is done in error, there is no way to edit the list of stops or re-arrange the list without cancelling the drive and re-doing it. Which in affect, messes with the drive history which I use to log my business mileage.

    Please add the ability to edit your drive and stops: add a stop, edit a stop, rearrange stops, delete a stop.
