Pronunciation of close
Can you change the pronunciation of close from Klos which is duff, and we are moving to a street name ending in close and it will drive me nuts :)

Prevent Waze from sending drivers on roads with no cell coverage.
Waze sent us onto a snowy mountain road with a 20 car pileup blocking it. There were very dangerous conditions on this road. Wazers were unable to connect to the network because there was no cell coverage on the road. In those cases where there is no cell coverage Waze should somehow check with emergency services.

Favela maps in Brazil
Favelas, in Brazil, should be mapped in Waze and users alerted everytime that a proposed traject would enter in one. From a quick search in local
Social Media, you can find history about assaults, robbery, thefts and even murders of waze users that inadvertently followed waze in the middle of a Favela.
Some police offices in Brazil already calls it "the waze victims". And, I'm hearing more and more people complaining about this issue. Yesterday, I almost entered in a Favela following Waze instructions and I can understand what people was talking about...Hope this can help to save lifes.

waze society
During navigation, have options to alert on the map about demands of cities, holes, public lighting off, garbage, water leak. etc. The public bodies will have access to the demands reported by the people.

Allow a start/stop feature for hazzards/lane restrictions, traffic jams, etc.
When traveling through a construction area allow a start/stop point so others can choose atl. routes. This can also be for speed reductions, accident sites, etc.

Placing reports After the fact
It would be nice to be able to place a report after the fact, for example an accident has occurred and traffic is chaos, it would be better to pay attention to the road than to be placing a waze report which could possibly cause another accident. should be able to at least wait till we have a safer time to place a report.

Waze Reservation
Core idea is to create values to Wazers, Restaurants and Waze by connecting Wazers with Restaurants via Waze.
How it works?
To many of us, choosing a restaurant for a casual meal is usually impromptu. We decide where to eat upon departure or a moment before that. With regards to this, to add value to user experience of Waze, each time a Wazer keys in the restaurant of interest or search for “nearby restaurants”, Waze will inform the Wazer number of seats available. Subsequently, the Wazer will be asked if he/she would like to make reservation and thus saving his/her…1 voteThanks for your feedback. Tip Jar
I think that there should be a Tip Jar option when you complete your journey, That way when you arrive at your destination, thinking that Waze really helped you out, you could drop a couple of pounds/bucks/euros into the Tip Jar. Maybe it would need to take the form of an in-app purchase for which you'd receive a badge in order to justify the purchase.. I don't mind the ads but they aren't relevant to me and on a number of occasions I'd have been more than happy to say thank you by sending a few quid to Waze.

Read/Write locations to NFC tags
Android app should be able to write/read NFC tags with locations.
In ideal case user should be able to run Waze and set navigation to specific address in just one NFC-touchIt's better to store universal GPS coordinates, address instead of Waze name so other apps can still use it if they want.

אני משתמש ותיק באפליקציה ומרוצה מאוד, אז קודם כל תודה.יש לי 2 הצעות,
הראשונה והחשובה יותר שלדעתי כל נהג שיעלה על רכבו יפעיל את האפליקציה גם לנסיעה הקצרה ביותר, וגם תעלה את מספר המשתמשים.בתחילת כל הפעלת ניווט האפליקציה תשמור את הנסיעה האחרונה (עם אפשרות הורדה לנייד) עם כל הנתונים. כשהחשובים ביותר הם המהירות התאריך והשעה. ולמה?! מכמה סיבות,
אם עצר אותי שוטר על מהירות מופרזת לכאורה או מצלמת מהירות שצלמה בגלל תקלה או כל סיבה אחרת, אז יש לי את ההוכחה באפליקציה ששמרה את הניווט האחרון ויש לי את המהירות הנכונה, גם אם היא לא כל כך…
