State by state Laws
When crossing state lines, the app would alert you to state laws regarding cell phone/texting, wipers/headlights, toll transponder reciprocity, etc. We discovered the hard way (toll + fine) that Florida does not accept payment from any other states transponder.

I would love to have a transparent overlay letting me know what area or community I'm driving through.
I live in L.A. and it would certainly be nice to see a light-toned overlay telling me what area I am driving through (e.g. "Echo Park," "Silverlake," "Sparr Heights."

Approaching services
It would be good for notifications for service stations and/or list of service stations on a route entered and/or planned. This helps for planning journeys or whilst travelling knowing where they are in advance

Make turnings and exits more clear (Using arrows or different color)
I have missed an exit or taken the wrong exit multiple times with this app. I do not have this problem with google maps. It would be helpful if turnings could be made more prominent, using different colors or an arrow shown on the actual map.

We should have the option on what alerts we want, and it needs to say what side of the road your destination is on
I hate the watch out, vehicle on the side of the road. And at times it is hard to see an address, it needs to say what side of the road your destination is on. I also wish we could have more options on voices also. I loved the C3PO, that was cool for 3 days.

Remote Alerting
Give verified Public safety users the ability to add incidents, remotely via computer at the dispatch center.
This would give you verified reports in real time, from call-takers and dispatchers of that locality, and would then allow them to offer updates, and warnings of unusual hazards in the roadway.
Also they would be the first to know when the lanes will be reopened, and the routes police will be re-routing people.1 vote -

User can request battery assistance from other user who can help jump start car Battery. Waze should reward them using existence features.

Dezvoltare Aplicatie
Buna Dimineata,
Va scriu pentru o propunere de Dezvoltare a aplicatiei d-voastra.
Aplicatia sa contina si contestarea proceselor verbale pentru soferii amendati.
Concret, daca un sofer waze este amedat in trafic, noi contestam amenda.In acest fel, potrivit legislatiei, soferul castiga timp si poate conduce in continuare iar cei amendati nelegal pot castiga in instanta si anula amenda.
Aceasta idee poate fi testata prin incheierea unui contract intre noi si d-voastra, la inceput in mod GRATUIT.
Va rog sa imi scrieti punctul d-voastra de vedere.

There needs to be a warning or verification process if an ad is clicked and the destination is changed!!!
The other day, I must have accidentally hit an ad and it changed my destination. There was no warning that my destination was changed. There was no "Click here again to confirm change of destination" warning. It just changed. I had no idea where I was going so I simply followed instructions. Because I didn't know where I was going I had no idea I was going completely in the wrong direction. I didn't realize it until it brought me to my destination. A Red Roof Inn 20 minutes from where I was supposed to be...causing me to be over…
