    I report the same lane closure every day and as a royal user I'm confused as to why I'm being ignored?? Would be great if reports actually worked

  3. Alerts based on Route

    Since Waze has the ability to track your trips I came up with this.

    Lets say you drive to work everyday. You know their are 5 Speed Cameras, 4 Construction Zones and 6 Potholes. Waze should automatically disable it's alerts if you are familiar with the Route.

    Lets say it disables it when Waze knows you have been on the same Route for at least a week.

    Now if for example later on in the future there is a new Construction, or SpeedCamera installed on the same route it alerts you since it's new.

  4. LIVE Number plate scanner, last known position of police vehicles.

    A button to enable the camera to scan and track known number plates of police vehicles (possibly other wazers).

    This can have a refresh time of say 10 sec and shows the next known position or simulate the police vehicle movement on the map. It just disappears when it loses the tracking but notifies users of recent police presence if you enter a road that had police vehicle on it in the last minute or so or within a certain distance.

  5. Disable Swipe to reveal ETA bar on iOS

    Ever since iOS 10 I've noticed the sensitivity of opening control center has lessened. When I use Waze and want to skip songs or change the brightness, I usually have to swipe up twice to get to control center to appear since the ETA bar is activated by swipe. My suggestion is to include a setting that only a tap on the ETA bar can bring up the info card to reduce accidental swipes.

  6. Please fix Stockton St. Tunnel

    Drivers trying to find 645 Stockton St. San Francisco, CA consistently get lost, because your app sends them through the Stockton St. tunnel and this address is directly ABOVE the tunnel. So your app apparently can't tell the difference. We are not moles and do not live underground!

    Icones pra informar-lhes onde existe feiras livre ou ate mesmo que sejam atualizadas. Tbem ja busquei no meu Smatphone o icone pra informar Buracos e não encontrei. Sinto Falta de um Aviso SONORO, nos alertando dos Radares, evitaria nossa tirada de atenção de tudo em nossa Volta.

  8. Eatra points for out of date fuel

    Hi,
    I think it would be a good idea to earn extra points for updating fuel prices that are long out of date.

    For example. Petrol station 1 - fuel prices updated 1 days before - you update them again and you earn 8 points.

    Petrol station 2 - fuel prices updated 10 days before - you update them again and you earn 80 points.

    Petrol station 3 - fuel prices updated 100 days before - you update them again and you earn 800 points.

    This will make users add the correct fuel prices more often to gain more points.

  12. Make sources of 3.7.4.5 public so I can fix voice guidance stops working issue.

    There is no version newer than 3.7.4.5 in the App store.

    This version has annoying bug causing voice guidance to stop working.

    I would like to try to fix the problem in order to make my life easier and to contribute to the Waze society.

    Please make the sources of this version available on sourceforge or similar resource.

  13. Qualifier le confort des trajets (état des routes)

    Une autre démarche de progrès consisterait et pourquoi pas en demander concours aux usagers, qualifier le confort des trajets (état de la route, sinuosité, visibilité). Comme les GPS qui n'hésitent pas à conduire sur des chemins de terre ou des voies de halage, vos parcours manquent de capacité de choix et m^me si les gens usent beaucoup de l'autoroute et sur autoroute aussi les qualités varient, sur les routes c'est significativement important pour la qualité du déplacement, tout n'est pas autoroutier. je pourrais vous citer mille exemple pour lesquels ces petits indicent placent le conducteur en sécurité,.   15. "Workers on road side"

    Can you add a "workers on side of road" choice under "hazard"? Often times when I'm driving I see workers on the side of the road mowing grass or something like that. I would like to have the ability to warn other drivers that there are people in close proximity to the road / work going on that's not exactly on the road.

  16. Use Waze information to Control Traffic Lights

    Since I'm a long time user of Waze and Google Maps, I was wondering if Alphabet Inc. has considered designing a smart system that would use the data transmitted by Waze clients to program traffic lights.

    From the research I've done, the actual smart systems in advanced cities are based on sensors and cameras placed at the intersections which makes this solution very expensive and thus not attractive to third world country cities. There's even a proposal using RFIDs in vehicles.

  19. Account recovery not a new account

    How about when a user gets a new phone or their phone crashes (both scenarios keep original Waze account phone number) an account reset or recovery option? You know, one that does NOT create a new account and informs you afterwards that you just hosed yourself because now you will never get your account back. I'm not so worried about the "points" I lost, it's my user name that still shows up as a user that I can no longer access. It's great you guys gobbled up Waze, how about raising your standards to that of the original company?
