Put current speed on CarPlay Waze
CarPlay Waze is missing the current speed that appears on iPhone only Waze. Please put the current speed on either the iPhone screen or CarPlay screen. Thanks

Deep links not working when connected through android auto
I have some Tasker actions for auto navigating to several favourites using deep links. However, when connected to Android auto the deeplinks seem to be ignored and not working. If I manually open a deep link on my phone it does work.

Waze on Android Auto keeps freezing in the new updates.
Every time connected to Android Auto, it eventually will freeze, shut it down and relaunched only lasted few minutes and freezing again. This happened after the new updates.

Allow negative speed offset (reduce the speed warning threshold)
It It would be really helpful if Waze allowed us to adjust the speed offset in both directions — not only to add km/h, but also to subtract.
In my case, my car’s speedometer consistently shows 5 km/h faster than the real speed shown in Waze/GPS. I tested this many times and it’s always the same difference.
Because of this, I’d like to set the speed alert to something like:
✅ “Warn me when I’m less than 5 km/h below the speed limit”
(or essentially: allow a -5 km/h offset)Right now, Waze only allows adding extra km/h…

alerts hide the permitted speed
When a warning approaches, be it a speed camera 300 meters away, the warning comes on and stays on for that distance, obscuring the correct speed on the map. I don't know if I'm exceeding the speed limit or approaching the camera at the speed limit.It happens with any alert (I have images.)

Waze on android auto route issue
The recent update on waze for Android auto no longer lets me choose which location after I voice command a destination. If I say, "take me to AutoZone" and I'm 5 miles from one it often just starts my route to one in a completely different city. I've even had it route me to a different state! Combination Red Light & Speed Camera
In my area there are now red light cameras that are also speed cameras. Why is this relevant? Because if the light is STALE (green for a long period and may be turning yellow/red soon at some point) I and other drivers who are aware that the light may be turning red may speed up to avoid the possibility of a receiving a red light ticket. Re-Organize Speed Trap Buttons
When editing the map a lot of stationary speed traps are reported but not approved. They are reported on positions where mobile speed traps (Police notifications) are / would be. As a user who only uses the client I would first go to speed trap and report it instead of reporting a police hazard. The result is, that this trap is not reported unless it is approved. Another button in the speed trap menu would help, for instance "mobile speed trap" with a time stamp. The same button can be shown in the police menu for the users who are…

To be able to tap on the address on my calendar and have it connect to android auto to navigate right to that address. Rather than having to manually type it in on android auto

Android Auto Black Buttons
Please get rid of the black buttons. The black buttons are awful. Hard to believe iOS users have a better UI than Android users when Waze and Android are owned by Google

Improve brightness using Android Auto with MyLink. Waze Brightness does not decrease and causes unsafe driving for the driver.

To add a bit more fun to the app, could you add different alerts when hitting the speed limit announcement. Would love to have “ Oi, slow down”.

Android Auto - quick actions
It would be nice to have the ability to create a "quick actions" group.
For example, to report the pothole I need to make three actions: 1) click on the "chat" button, 2) select "event on the road", and 3) "report a pothole". It's unsafe. If I would be able to add this action to the "quick actions", I would only need to click this button. It would be safer, and it would motivate users to report these problems more often. With Android Auto : the position need to be read even in backplane !
To enable Waze on Android Auto, we need to disable the average energy consumption, because the position needs to be read in backplane.
The solution could be to enalbe Android Auto to read always the position, like Waze on the phone.

Max speed!
For me, there's only one simple addition that would make Waze the perfect GPS. The ability to enter the max allowed speed for the vehicle. For truck-drivers, caravan-drivers e.g. you're not allowed to reach the max speed on motorways e.g., so you'll manually have to calculate the additional time to your destination. TomTomGO has this. Make it happen! :)

I'd like to see permanent or semi-permanent notifications for known speed traps. I'd also like to post about said traps so others don't get caught but can't figure out how to drop a notification remotely

Speedometer size and location
On my 9 inch car android, speedometer is barely visible.
1. The size should be adjustable.
2. The colors should be adjustable.
3. The position should be moveable.
4. Beeping sound and duration should be customizable.
