    Bonjour, depuis la derniere mise a jour Android Auto, l'écran est plus petit qu'avant ! L'idéal ce serait de l'avoir sur l'intégralité de l'écran du véhicule. C'est le cas avec Maps, dommage que ça ne le soit pas avec waze.
    Depuis cette mise à jour, la taille de la carte correspond à un écran de smartphone à l'horizontal ! Et la visibilité n'est pas des meilleures.

    bonjour, je suis motard et dans une simplification de manipulation serait il possible que:
    - lorsque l'on sélectionne un trajet via ses contacts, il y ait une option qui partagerait le trajet automatiquement avec le contact d'où serait enregistré le trajet. validé simplement par une fenêtre popup
    -que cette option fonctionne avec les contacts figurant dans l'historique
    -que l'on puisse utiliser cette option avec Android auto

  3. Ability to fully collapse the "where to" box

    On my Android head unit in landscape mode the "where to" destination input box takes up a large space on the bottom left.

    The box already has a bar to swipe down and collapse saved and suggestions, but always leaves the search box visible.

    The ability to swipe down a second time to collapse fully to a magnifying glass icon or thin bar would provide more screen space.

  4. Contact Waze application

    I want to link the navigation guide information of Waze application in 3rd Party application.
    Is it possible?

    If you print the log on your Android smartphone, it will be possible to output the code
    information.

    If you have API documentation and libraries, sample sources, etc., we will ask you to share.

    It is difficult to select the button because to the up and down motion of the car when using Android Auto. Making the "still there" and "not there" side by side would make it easier to select and less likely to accidentally cancel a report.

  6. Agregar la temperatura a la pantalla principal

    Hola! Creo que sería muy útil puedan agregar la temperatura en el mapa principal que muestra la posición del vehículo. Hoy todos los teléfonos (Android o iPhone) ya tienen apps con la temperatura en tiempo real en la ubicación del teléfono. Si se pudiera acceder a esa temperatura, sería muy útil que se muestre en la pantalla principal con el mapa. Creo que le agregaría mucho valor. Gracias!

  7. Suggestion for improvements to the charging station search on Waze

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    With the proliferation of electric vehicles, it is crucial to optimize the charging station search on Waze to make it a recommended reference. Below, I propose specific improvements to enhance this feature.

    1. AA CarPlay / Displaying power, not speed status
      Currently, on Android Auto, I notice that Waze displays vague indications ("Fast", "Medium", "Very Fast") rather than the power in kW. I would like the exact power to be indicated to better inform users.

  8. Causes phone to heat up when Waze in background minumized

    Just wanted to provide some feedback to you: My Pixel 6 would feel very warm/hot when Waze has been" minimized" into the background but not fully closed out.

    Feels like Waze is working overtime to stay alive or relevant within the Android system even though it is not the primary active application in use.

    : Before this was never a problem with temperature on the phone. But recently it has become alarmingly warm when above activity is performed.

    Thank you and hope this can be remedied from one side (Waze) or the other (Android's).

  9. Map Screen Navigation/Zoom for non-touchscreen

    So, some vehicle manufacturers use a touch screen, and others use rotary knobs or similar for screen navigation. Android Auto forced manufacturers to choose one or the other in the event that they have the capability of both.

    The problem encountered on Waze is that for non-touch screen versions, there is a loss of major functionality. One of which is the ability to change the zoom level or move the focus on the map while moving. There are often times where you will see a traffic jam, or something similar, and it is helpful to change the zoom or focus…

  10. customize layout and display size

    Please write an option to move or change the speed size. to customize the screen.I bought a car with android auto.
    my eyes do not see the small number in the red circle. I take my glasses to be able to read and I have to remove my glasses to provide the road clearly.
    If I could, change the size or position it next to me (left-hand drive in the car). THANKS

  11. On Screen Button Size

    Android Auto on Ford F150 8.2" display. Buttons for "still there" and "not there" for reported hazards have a height to width ratio of about 0.16. Very difficult to press correctly as the finger moves up/down with vehicle movement. Button is too narrow.

    Suggest that the "there" "not there" buttons have a H to W ratio closer to 1.0. Same screen space will be occupied, but buttons will be much easier to press.

  12. Ability to swap sides for navigation and information

    My Android Head unit in landscape mode has the navigation on the right side of the screen, and where to, menu and directions on the left.

    In the UK with right hand drive and screen on the left I find this works for me. However, I'm sure that those in left hand drive countries may benefit from this being swapped around.

    An option to "switch navigation position" or "driver seat position", would be ideal.

  13. Large buttons, not list style

    With the Waze beta version on Android Auto, I really dislike how some options are in list form or with small icons.

    eg: when I try to post that there is a stopped vehicle on the shoulder, I like the large layout of how the Hazards are displayed. I dislike that the proceeding options are in a list: that sometimes need to be scrolled. It is hard to press on these accurately, especially when driving.

  14. Let kids download Waze!!

    Why can't my 9 year old daughter download Waze?? She switched to Android and now it says this app is not available for kids to download now. It's for EVERYONE so why can't she download it??? She like putting in our destination and watching where we go. Atleast give it an option for parents to allow it to be downloaded or change your setti gs since the app is rated for everyone....

  15. Lane guidance colour

    The current lane guidance in Android Auto is shown such that the 1st line shows the upcoming lanes to take, and the 2nd line shows the next (i.e. then) guidance. Instead of taking up two lines, which takes up space, colour the most appropriate lane (s) in a different colour (green), and the least best lane in another colour (amber).   16. Modo oscuro

    Al conectarse a android auto este no inicia en modo oscuro, debo cerrar waze y al abrirse nuevamente se activa el modo oscuro. Lo tengo configurado con el mismo tema que mi teléfono y mi teléfono está configurado con modo oscuro al anochecer. Favor buscar una solución a esto por que es un problema para manejar de noche, ya que debo estar manipulando mi móvil para realizar el cambio de forma manual

  17. New Update Has Issues

    With the most recent update, my google assistant microphone no longer works with Waze while using Android Auto. For example, if I'm driving & I tap the microphone or call out to Google and ask for directions to a place, the voice command says "ok, setting your route to said place." Then my Waze map flashes but the directions do not appear nor is there any route guidance. Another feature that seems to have disappeared is adding a stop to my current route.   18. Remove Install Age Restriction

    Hi can you remove the age restriction for Downloading/ Installing/ using Waze.

    I'm using Google family group to allow me to track my users / drivers.

    Unfortunately it won't allow us to install Waze on the new Android phones.
    It worked on our old phones.

    Please change your settings as I'm not sure why it would be a problem.

    All the other map apps work like Google Maps, Roadloads, Tom tom etc
    Obviously we prefer yours hence the email.

    Hi,
    Could you explain the decision behind the latest update which moved all of the buttons to the far top right corner on the Android Auto/Apple head unit screen. If you're in an American car you have to reach across your entire head unit to hit them. This is dangerous and less intuitive than the previous version that had them in the bottom left (closest to the driver). Very poor decision by the Waze staff.

  20. Instelling voor positie UI elementen

    Een optie voor auto's met stuur aan de linker kant om bv snelheids meter en wegaanwijzingen naar het midden of aan de rechterkant weer te geven.

    Op dit moment heb ik een vaste din auto android tablet (landscape) in mijn auto, waarbij het stuur met handen de linkerkant de UI elementen bedekt. Moet daarvoor eromheen kijken. Voor engelse auto's met stuur aan de rechterkant zijn de huidige posities ideaal. Maar niet voor autos met stuur aan de linkerkant.
