Stop Alterts Reducing - option to turn off familiarity capping
WAZE stores undeletable drive history to determine user's “usual routes”. This history can't be deleted by clearing the drive history in privacy settings. The history stops users receiving permanent ‘driving behaviour’ camera alerts on identified "usual routes" - regardless of user alert settings. WAZE even stops showing ‘driving behaviour’ cameras at all (such as phone and seatbelt cameras) on the map on usual routes, regardless of user alert settings. This is a major fail. I've recently installed in my car a new console running Android and started using waze instead of via my Samsung note9 phone, I think this feedback should sum up a few points since the experience is VERY bad compared to simply using it via the phone:
When using waze via the console and not via Android auto:
- The map is going WAY to the right on the car positioning, it's zoomed out like crazy. It's very hard to drive and navigate like this.

"I'm in a parking garage" button to delay route recalculation and map out garages
An "I'm in a parking garage" button would allow you to:
1) Delay route recalculation until the car had actually started on the route (10 meters along actual street or so)
2) Map out existing parking garages for feedback to navigation
Because fiddling with your phone while driving is illegal in Austin, I prefer to set the route and be done with it before I start driving. Driving in circles around the garage means I typically have to do it afterward if I don't want recalculation to squelch my chosen route (non-toll vs toll for instance).

Display photo from user report in popup
In the client, reports can have photos attached, e.g. a photo of the accident or roadworks site can be attached to the report. The photo is displayed on the waze website in the live map.
However, when other phone clients receive the road report, the photo is hidden and hard to display.This is a request to display the photo attached to the report maximized on screen for 5-10 seconds (together with a "report abuse" button) for hands-free operation of the client.

Indication of danger zones even without navigation
Is it possible to receive notifications of danger zones even when using Waze without navigation?
Living in France, we have danger zones, not speed cameras.
The problem is that the danger zone notifications only exist when using navigation with Waze, and if no one reports a speed camera, we don't receive any notifications!1 vote -
Unmarked police car identification and marking
I suggest to use phone cam to identify unmarked police cars via license plate and automatically mark them on road for others.

I am a cyclist and I would love to be able to put my phone in a beacon mode which will allow users of this app to be notified when I am close by. This concept could be used for runners, walkers, bikers, and any other activity that is near or on roadways.

Map UK police ANPR scanners
I like to suggest that UK police ANPR scanners are crowd-mapped and potentially included as an option that one might like to avoid when navigating
Background:
Police have set up thousands of number plate scanners in the UK which record passing traffic including images of front passengers.These create motion profiles which are stored on non-public database regardless of suspicion or explicit consent with no right to view your own data).
Camera locations are not published also even though ANPR cams are visible for people who know what they look like.

Speed alerts ,audio speed changes,school zones
…I use Waze to help give me audio alert when I go over the speed limit. Only thing is that it only alerts you one time and if you go over the speed limit again it will not alert you. I would find it very beneficial but it alerts you every time you go over the speed limit. I would also would like to have school zones added and alerted. And possibly have speed limit decrease to 20 mph when school zones are active with audio alerts. I live in a very small town and is known to have speed28 votes -

Posibility to confirm that other person than driver is using android auto on car's display At android auto. Now it won't let either a passenger to use navigation as it assumes that driver is using it.
Problem is also that google assistant (voice control is working fine in waze app but not in android auto.
So if I connect phone to car it doesn't understand my english but if I use waze on phone without connection to car it understands my english well.

I tried your app. Though sound was set, I got no voice when navigating. I tried to post to your forums, and it gave me all sorts of problems with it not recognizing the account I was forced to set up on the phone not being recognized on the web site. I removed the application from my phone.
Typical Israeli lack of focus on UI. Pathetic.
