1. Set up a schedule

   It would be good to be able to set a schedule, for example; weekdays leaving between 08:00 - 08:30 set destination as Work, leaving between 17:00 and 17:30 set destination as Home. I always set destination for regular routes as Wase tells me of accidents, traffic (and speed cameras 😇) It would be good it it had a timeout too, so if the schedule hadn't been used for say 60 minutes it automatically cancels.

2. Directly Navigate To Trauma Center Facility

   I wanted to offer a suggestion that could potentially save lives and improve the efficiency of emergency medical care navigation in Georgia.

   Currently, Waze provides invaluable assistance in navigating through traffic and finding nearby emergency departments in times of need. However, it's important to note that not all emergency departments are equipped to handle trauma cases. In Georgia, as in many other regions, there are designated trauma centers that offer specialized care for severe injuries.

   My suggestion is to enhance Waze's functionality by incorporating information about trauma centers alongside regular emergency departments when users search for medical assistance. By doing so, users would have the option to directly navigate to a definitive care facility for trauma needs instead of a local non-trauma center.

   This enhancement could greatly benefit individuals who are involved in accidents or emergencies requiring immediate trauma care. It could potentially reduce the time it takes for them to receive appropriate medical attention, ultimately leading to better outcomes and increased chances of survival.

   I understand that implementing such a feature may require collaboration with healthcare authorities and organizations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information about trauma centers in Georgia. However, I believe the positive impact it could have on public safety and emergency medical services justifies the effort.

3. Oval roundabouts

   Hi,

   Is it possible to draw a roundabout not only in the horizontal or vertical oval direction, but in all directions?

   If you have a roundabout that runs from northeast to southwest oval, you can currently only mark it like this by hand.

4. Enforcement Trailer

   In my review I will only refer to the warning functions. The functionality is perfect for fixed speed cameras! However, mobile speed cameras (from the caddy or mobile) are almost never displayed in smaller cities because too few users report the speed camera and confirm it in the required time windows. A pity. The system could be improved here so that the speed camera is displayed immediately when it is first reported and remains there until a user reports that it has been removed.
   The app needs even more improvement when it comes to the enforcement trailers. Our city has several of these trailers in use due to the A45 bridge closure. All A45 traffic runs through the city via the diversion route; more traffic volume is not possible. Nevertheless, the trailers, which are set up here in the same place for weeks at a time, are only announced on 50 to 60% of my drives past (daily route). The rate is even worse for trailers that are in traffic-calmed zones; these are only rarely announced. Here, too, the system could be improved immensely so that the enforcement speed camera is displayed immediately upon the first report and remains in place until one or more users report that it has been removed.
   Maybe a developer will read this and think about it.

5. Ability to update or suggest speed limit change in areas where it is posted and different than the map shows

   There are places, within my area in Kansas, where the speed limit shown on the map does not match what is posted. Similar to being able to mark where police officers are, hazards in the road or even updating gas prices- there should be an option to click on the speedometer in the area and update it to match, OR submit this information in that spot when it’s found.

7. Message "Do not response by mail" when editor commented an update request

   When an editor commented in an update request there are hinds in the mail from waze the user should answer per app or at the WME. In my opinion it's urgent to make clear the response per mail is not working. There should be a hint: "Do not reply by mail, it will not be delivered!"

9. Impossible for Level 1 to advance

   As a level 1 editor, you need to gain experience to learn how to properly apply edits to the map for the betterment of the community. But as a Level 1 editor, you essentially can't edit anything. I understand not allowing a novice editor to make changes and potentially break the map. I understand there could be malicious actors who could sabotage this platform. But as it stands now, this voluntary map editing feature will die.

   The amount of edits needed to move up levels is high. I'm fine with that IF edits are allowed. Sooner or later, the senior editors will stop making changes and the junior editors will be essentially locked out. This will eventually lead to a map that's worse than the monstrosity Apple created when it first made its map.

   My proposal to fix this would be to allow Level 1 editors to make changes BUT these changes must be reviewed and approved by a senior editor. You already have the message/chat feature so that dialogue about the changes could be had. This would give junior editors more experience in the map editor and also give them edits. This would allow junior editors to have a more feasible way of being mentored by senior editors. This would also reduce the workload on senior editors in the long run.

   Keeping the system as it is will only drive away new editors, myself included. I made an account and was excited to make meaningful changes to the map, just like I do with Google Maps. I was disappointed to see that I pretty much can only change info about existing properties, and even those changes are minimal and limited. How often do you think established properties change? Enough to make thousands of edits to move up in level? Definitely not! So I eventually stopped going on here. I eventually found other maps to be more reliable as well. Since relocating to a less populated area of the country, I've returned to the platform. And while there have been some changes, and my current region isn't as restricted, these changes aren't enough. The location I'm in is one of the fastest-growing, and changing, places in the country right now. From what I can see, there are maybe 2 to 3 senior editors who are actively making changes to the map in this region. Most of the edits are done by one person. What happens if one day they decide they don't want to do this anymore?

11. Inserire una sezione dedicata direttamente nell’app di Waze in cui vengono inseriti tutti i dati dei viaggi precedenti velocità,traffico,ec.

    La mia idea è quella di poter inserire una sezione facile e intuitiva direttamente nell’applicazione Waze per poter vedere tutti i dati inerenti ai viaggi precendenti, potendo vedere la velocità, possibili infrazioni, dati sul traffico e gli spostamenti dovrebbero essere visibili direttamente sulla mappa, sarebbe ancora meglio poter andare ad individuare tutti questi dati direttamente in un punto specifico del percorso, infine sarebbe opportuno inserire il resoconto completo di ogni singolo viaggio, spero di avervi dato un consiglio utile,

12. Show stop points in the House Numbers layer

    The House Numbers layer currently displays only the location of the HN, but not the stop point on the related segment. In HN editing mode, when you select the HN, the stop point also becomes visible, with a dotted line from the HN to the stop point. Suggestion is to display the stop point and the dotted line as part of the House Numbers layer, even when not in HN editing mode. (This might either be visible only at a high-enough zoom level, such as 18, or be an option that the user could enable from the layers menu.)

13. voice controll over waze

    Voice controll when waze is on and the voice controll is on as well.
    Just say "Waze danger", it will ask what kind of danger, you say on road it confirm you say after that car stop, or wheather, fog... etc...
    It recognise the item and ask to confirm, you say yes and you made a sign without to watch and manual input the danger.
