  1. Gas station service level

    Enable editors to add gas station type (self-service, full-service, or either) when adding or modifying a gas station.

    On the client side, users should be able to select a preference for self-service or full-service in Settings > Gas stations. In most areas of the US, users don't know the service type until they reach the station.

  2. Turn highlight

    Currently a turn is highlighted when you hover over it in the LG menu. But if you then click the turn to change it, the highlight disappears when selecting a different arrow icon. Please keep the highlight when the mouse moves over the dropdown.

    A veces es necesario involucrar otro editor en un UR, yo normalmente envío el PL y le contacto por el foro, chat, etc... ¿sería posible enviarle el UR al editor directamente desde el UR con algún comentario?

  4. Limites velocidas estandares España

    En España hay unos limites estandar, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, creo que sólo esos, pero no sé porqué el editor permite números no usados (p.e. 82 o 17), se podría hacer un desplegable simplificando y algún "otro" para poner el número exacto.

  6. Different Street Names for Different Side

    WME should consider allowing editors to add street names and towns that apply along only one side of the street (instead of select one name as an alt name. Along town lines, street names can change from one side to the other. This would also eliminate the need to place residential place points on one side.

  11. Displaying of node closures on planned closures

    Node closures are great, but they can cause confusion as well. If there are road works with several phases you cannot see if the node closure is on the active closure or on the planned closure.

    Therefore I suggest to make node closures greyed out on planned closures, as you now have with the symbol for segment closures as well. Additionally or alternatively, active node closures can be made red/white instead of black/white.

  12. Add new layers for deleted Places and Segments

    Currently it's impossible to restore (or even review) the Places and Segments, which were deleted. There are simply no traces left and objects are lost for good. (with their history and complexity)

    I suggest to add the new WME layers with deleted Segments and Places.
    That would allow the review of what, when (and by whom) were they deleted with a possibility to recover/undelete those objects. (again, incl. all attributes and history).

  13. Project Zone for Large/Difficult Projects

    Sometimes when working on large projects, it is difficult to get the timing with tile updates to make a major project (or even smaller projects) go live at the correct time. Often this is done with adding segment restrictions to new segments, waiting for a TU, then applying an RTC and removing the restriction, so that when it goes live, just the RTC has to be removed. However, this usually only works when what is added is totally new and doesn't require reuse or reconfiguring of previous segments.   15. Mark segments as "slip lanes" that delay voice instructions

    At the moment, ramp segments generally delay voice instructions until you have merged or turned onto the segments at the end of the ramp, such as a freeway or highway.

    Australia and some other countries utilise "slip lanes" at some intersections, which is basically a left turn (for countries that drive on the left) that does not use the main intersection.

  16. Temporary downgrade of own editor level

    I’d like to suggest in the WME a switch (perhaps in the user control panel) for downgrading the own editor level.

    For example:
    If I’m a level 5 Editor, but only want to edit simple streets which are only on level 1, i can switch my own editor level to something lower than 5 for this action. This would prevent myself for accidental editing more important street e.g. highways.
    Compare this with an account in the IT… Even if I am an administrator… I shouldn’t be logged in always as an admin but just as a normal user with rights…

    Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

  17. Add surveillance camera as an option under the "enforcement cameras" category

    Add surveillance camera as an option under the "enforcement cameras" category. Currently there is only red light, speed, or fake. There are times where a camera is tagged as red light in my community but, in fact, it is only surveillance.

  18. Close User reports automatic after seven days with no response

    We suffer from the spread of reports on the map, and unfortunately we have to wait for seven days until they are closed. During this, weak reports may come that were previously, then it becomes difficult to close them. If the feature of closing after 7 days is included (in the event that there is no response from reporters) will be useful new for cleaning up the map from useless reports

  19. Properly display far lane guidance at exit arrows on Junction Boxes

    The current implementation of far lanes does not allow map editors to easily see the end result of their selection. We have to "guess" at what the app will actually display to the user and, many times, we have to actually drive there to experience the lanes.

    This feature requests Waze to add the ability to show the combined far lanes at the exit arrow of a Junction Box.

    Currently, if we block a turn using the Junction Box, the exit arrow turns red. If we change the voice prompt for an exit arrow (e.g. changing from Waze default to…

    If there is a delay in the tile build or the map is rolled back for some reason, please show a notification in the WME.
