message of update request appear clearly when open the app
in wme when we ask reporter about somethink, only 5% replay, I think there is a problem with people interaction, so it is better to show the users the message directly when open the app

A better separation between different road types in the layers panel
When working on complex junctions, tunnels, train tracks, and pedestrians, and when all of them are in the same area, the map becomes a real mess and is hard to work with. I suggest adding additional layers to toggle off the visibility of road types and a layer to hide tunnels (or change their transparency at least and make them unselectable and disable snapping).
Take a look at this picture, and you'll immediately understand the issue.

I am the GIS Analsyt for Saluda County, SC and I am looking for a way to share my road centerline and address point databases with Waze.
I just completed a readdressing project where our entire unincorporated area of our county was readdressed. I would like to be able to submit the current databases to Waze so that correct information is in the Waze maps. I can't find anywhere to do that.

Ability to select long stretches of road
A feature that would allow defining a start and an end point and which would automatically select the road between them would be very helpful. There is somtimes a need to select a length of road in the tens or even hundreds of kilometres. (The alt-click trick doesn't work for such long distances.)
Two use case examples:
1) RTC on long stretch of highway
There have been several highway closures due to winter storms recently. Selecting the entire road to be closed requires lots of panning and selecting individual segments, which is very time-consuming.
2) Making changes to long stretches…

Add the ability to edit improper road closures, such as flooding on one end only.
Some roads are flooded at one end, but open to residents on the other side, yet the closure lists the entire road as closed. This is a disservice to the residents living on open sections.

adding gas station lists
Add gas station lists to the navigation that belong to tank24, for example, in order to plan the route according to the gas stations.

Exempting some editors from waiting for changes to be applied to the map
Hi .
I don’t know if Waze can exempt some editors who dedicated their lives to editing from the 24-hour waiting period for changes.
Several reasons support this idea:
such as editors having limited time due to family and work commitments.
Some actions require immediate attention, and exceptions could enhance map accuracy, accelerate change application, and impress users with faster updates, attracting new users.Your thoughts stemmed from adding a Gate to a mall, experiencing instant change app, prompting the idea of applying this efficiency to the entire map.
thanks!

Suggest "Warehouse" and/or "Loading Dock" categories for Places in WME
Lots of warehouses in my area, lots of truck drivers are dropping Places that would meet this criteria. They usually select the Parking Lot category, and i generally end up changing them to Factory/Industrial.

Allow the WMEb "BETA" indicator to link back to the production WME
In the latest beta, there is now a [• BETA] indicator in the header. Please consider adding a way to use this indicator as a shortcut back to the production WME.
Perhap click to open a tab of with the PROD wme at the same spot, and hover+CNTL+C (or right click) to copy a PROD wme permalink.
We'd like to encourage users to edit the BETA wme as much as possible, but when collaborating or posting to public forums, we should make it as easy as possible to share PROD permalinks.

Speed pumps alert
Lots of speeding pumps are not correctly feasible, would be real helpful if we can add report to the map as well

Use Paths or Restricted Areas to create drive through restriction
Amount of residential areas where drive through is forbidden is increasing everywhere. I was wondering could either Paths or Restricted areas have an extra setting "Not allowed to drive through" and by setting it router would prohibit such routes. Paths would work on smaller areas but in bigger ones would have to be set with Restricted area.

Make RPPs a bright pink
Change the colour of the RPP from a camouflaged dusky pink (same shade used to literally camouflage reconnaissance Spitfires in WWII) to a bright pink like #fa0584 to make it more visible in urban backgrounds.

Issue tracker, one more filtering option needed
To be able to follow resolving rates it would be great if you could add one more filter, Solved / Not Identified / Both. Going through those one by one to find out percentage of solved issues is quite a job, this would help a lot.

Prompt user to save Lane changes if deselecting segment
After editing Lanes, it's far too easy to lose the changes by accidentally deselecting the selected segment you are editing if you don't apply the changes beforehand.
This suggestion is to recognise that changes have been made in Lanes (or road width), and prompt the user to apply or cancel the changes if they deselect the segment they are editing.

Please change the color of street labels so it does not match the color of the roads.
I often confuse the label with a road, especially on small screens. Even a small difference would prevent this.

Disc Parking / Parkscheibe / vulgo Parkuhr / disque de stationnement / Disco horario / Parkeringsskive / Pysäköintikiekko
As payment method for parking lots & customer parking we need a disc parking option,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disc_parking
as these are becoming very popular at stores. Additionally a field is required to set maximum parking time with the disc.Would be great if Waze would notify that a parking disc is needed if you reach such PLs
50 votesGreat timing! We’re currently working on adding a disc parking option. Keep an eye out for updates on the WME.
