1. Route consistency and enhancements on editor route list

   When opening the list of previous routes on the map editor, I'd suggest the following:

   • keep routes available up to a certain limit, ideally one year (like for example foursquare does with the checkins). More than one year may be too much data on the servers, but less than one year would be too short to look at older routes.
   • routes available on the editor should really be available. currently old routes are visible on the list, but then fails to load with a "permission denied". I can't understand if there's a time limit, or if the routes stop working after a mapdate (last mandate was at Aug 5th and the routes stopped working at Aug 7th evening).
   • as editing permissions are available up to 3 month, the routes shall clearly be available at least those 3 month, ideally the suggested year.
   • routes dropping after one-two months are unacceptable because a mapdate itself takes one-two months, so when the map goes in, we can't look at old routes to have an idea if the fixes were correctly done
   • if the routes are not available for whatever reason (a DB schema change that screws the route is acceptable), they shall not be visible on the editor list.
   • it would be nice to be able to delete routes from the list.
   • it would be nice to download the routes from the list, either on the current wfs format, or in other formats (kml for example)

3. Add the option for wrong speed on the map issue button.

   A lot for UR are made for a wrong speed limit. It would me useful if the driver could report a wrong speed limit with the proper button, under the "Map Issue" button in the report section. This addition could reduce significantly the time between the report and the map update, because a lot of time the map issue are send but not actively followed by the reporter, the editor remains with no clue about what the UR is about.

4. Recommend change link for Parking Lot Operator Fixes

   The "Add an operator to the list" link under parking lot operator selection makes it sound like you can only add new operator names.

   Once you go to the link you see that the form is actually for more than additions; "Use this form to add, delete or replace parking lot operators that will be shown in the Client."

   Recommend changing "Add an operator to the list" to the following "Operator list change suggestion". If you want a second line "(Add, Delete, Merge, or Spelling Correction)". This is more descriptive of what the form can actually do.

   Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

5. Restricted areas: L5 users can restrict Rank 6 segments

   With restricted areas, a level 5 (or Level X user depending on what the final level will be when released in production/country setting) could currently add a restriction to a level 6 segment.

   Steps: find a rank 6 segment, draw an area on it => The segment is restricted.

   This may be a WAD (similar to closures for people who have closure permissions), but it's still risky and lowers the protection of the rank system. If the user deletes the area restriction right after the map update, the problem cannot be identified without staff intervention.

6. Allow taking a Place picture from Streetview

   Requirements: the Streetview panel is open and the place layer is on

   Then: allow creating a box on the Streetview panel. When a box is drawn add a bar saying: now select a place to apply this picture.
   Add an X on the box to delete it. Allow the user to resize the box.
   Set a minimum size and a fixed ratio (the one used by the client) for a decent resolution.
   Drawing a new box removes the previous one if present.

   If then the user clicks on a place, ask him:

   "would you like to set this selection as a place picture"?
   Yes/Cancel

   The picture data is taken directly from Google and you'd have the direction of the shot too.
