   We plan to work on putting School Zone alerts in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

   While looking at your different routing options, what if there's an indicator that shows you're being routed through an active school zone?

   While a school zone is "active," could the zone itself appear on the map? This would give a visible area for drivers to know when to be more alert, what to expect when routing a new drive, or even allows them to know what's coming and choose to route away.
