Abbility to report start & end of SPECS.
SPECS cameras operate as sets of two or more cameras installed along a fixed route that can be from 200 metres (660 feet) to 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) in length.[3] They work by using an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system to record a vehicle's front number plate at each fixed camera site. As the distance is known between these sites, the average speed can be calculated by dividing this by the time taken to travel between two points.[4] The cameras use infrared photography, allowing them to operate both day and night.

Bring back Share my Drive in Facebook

I just exceeded my alert limit, and wasn't able to report a major accident. All the alerts were valid, it was just a really bad day.

Remove the 9/10th for gas prices
You can't change it and it just makes reading the actual price harder.
For example, this is a lot harder to compare and update:
3.199 3.299 3.399than this:
3.19 3.29 3.39At the very least, de-emphasize the fractional "9" by pulling it out of the edit box and/or making the text color light gray.

Can you please let us know which started have lower amount traffic lights
Letting us know what streets have the least amount of lights and stops would save time and gas

Please update the WP8 app for better battery usage and overheating
The new WP8 is very harsh on the battery and overheats the phone like nothing I have ever seen before. Others have complained of this same issue in the reviews section of the Windows Phone Store. Even if the phone is plugged into the car's power source, the Waze app uses the battery faster than it is being charged and the charging just can't keep up. Makes the app impossible to use without draining battery and overheating phone.

Tripit Integration
Wouldn't it be cool if Waze linked to the Tripit.com API and was able to pull out all of the places I had meetings in a day. That way I could get a feel in advance for the travel time I might require to drive. Also I wouldn't have to screw around copying each address over for every trip, Waze would just be aware of the addresses.

Natural gas on Brazil
hello you all... so, I'm a brazilian wazer, and here we have another type of fuel, GNV, that means Vehicle natural gas. It's a kind of metano gas, we have a lot of reserves, it's the cheaper fuel that we have here.
so, I understand that the app cannot be changed just for one country. my suggest is that here, in brazil, at the end of the gas station, we can put the acronym GNV, and the other wazers that use this fuel can know that is a gas station that can supply that fuel32 votesGreat thinking! Adding report option of Fire Trucks, EMTs, Emergency Personnell causing traffic congestion
In NYC and other major cities fire trucks and emergency personnel tend to cause traffic congestion and causing delays. I think waze should add a report feature for this type of activity since reporting closure wouldn't make sense in a temporary situation.

Don't navigate the map away if next maneuver is close
It is very disturbing to see the map rolling away to show a 5 mile away alert while you are approaching a turn or other maneuver.

Add police alert on nearby roads
If the alert (police, traffic jam) is not on the road Waze users are driving on, there is no way to indicate that. For example if I drive on a road that is near a highway and there is an accidant on the highway there is no way to report it.
It would be nice to let users tap on the map to indicate the place of the alert. If no tap, it means that the place of the alert is the actual place.10 votes -
Stop crashing when using widget as a shutter in Action Launcher, on a HTC One
When using the launcher "Action Launcher" on a HTC One, there is a feature that shows widgets with a swipe up of the app icon. If I try to refresh my journey home time from within this shutter, Waze force closes.

Allow unlimited votes for Waze ideas
I can't understand why we can only place up to 10 votes for an idea and if that 10 is used up, we can't contribute by posting ideas of our own. This seems counter productive.
Can we please be allowed unlimited votes so people can be allow to make as many useful suggestions as possible? (I had to remove an older vote to be able to post this request!)

insufisant speed limit notification
Hello and Happy New Year to all.
It remains for me 2 major gaps for waze and one interesting improvement.
- The sound alert only when over speeding is insuffisant and already cost me 1pt on my licence when I accelerate to overtake. ..
You can not look at the screen constantly we must keep an eye on the road. Then configurable audible signal for danger zones is therefore indispensable.
