English (uk) voice has changed for the worst
Hi- I am a big fan of WAZE. I use it everyday and convert everyone over to it, as well. There is an issue in having with the updated "voices".
The new ENGLISH (UK) does not say the street names as it used to do. This is a problem because now I have to continually take my eyes off road and read the street names on phone. Tonight I MISSED MY MERGE because I was looking down at phone and couldn't merge to the left in time.
The previous ENGLISH (uk) voice would say mileage, direction of turn or merge…

Motorcycle Mood
It would be good to have a Motorcycle Mood (guy with a helmet or on a motorcycle). This would help other car Wazers identify motorcyclists and even other motorcycle Wazers find each other.
It would be helpful to also change some of the functions to be more user friendly for motorcycles, typically we ride with the phone in our pocket or on the handlebars.

Reporting Feature / Report Editing
The ability to create or move an item you reported, e.g. police, accident, etc. after the fact.
Sometimes you happen upon an accident scene so suddenly you do not think immediately of reporting it on Waze. And it won't help to report it 1 km further. So I would like to be able to add the event and select the precise location after I left the area already. And the ability to drag the icon to a more precise location if I reported it a tad too late.

Improve ability to report closures on forks and ramps
When reporting road closures in the Waze client, for each road possible to report as closed, you get an X with an arrow pointed down the path to be closed. The problem is if the arrows overlap, you can only press the top most one. This makes reporting ramp closures or closures at a narrow fork impossible. It would be better if when arrows are overlapping, each press cycled between them.

- Why not let Waze search address from my contact list?
- Why not create folder in favorite? Like Friend, Company, Restaurant, etc.
- When click address on contact, link to Waze instead iPhone's map

Select duration when reporting
When we report something (like in danger category) we should be able to specify the duration. Example, I have reported construction on the road and 1 hour later, it was not there anymore. This site will be in construction for the next month, I would I could set it to show for a while!!!

Push notification regarding traffic on your regular routes
I would like to receive push notifications at predefined times, for instance every morning at 8:00, regarding traffic on my usual route to work as I don't turn on waze for driving routes I know at regular times. Waze could notify me of an accident and display the name of the alternative route, that way I don't even have to open the app.

Hybrid Zoom Mode
Add a third option to the zoom choices. A hybrid mode that uses the closer of the speed or distance zoom. This would allow for the map to zoom in as you approach your next turn at highway speeds and also zoom into your location in slow traffic to show possible alternate routes, while otherwise staying zoomed out.

Plot recently driven roads
It would be great to have an option to mark roads recently driven by other wazers. This would increase the confidence that it's clear from traps, traffic jams etc.

2-way road option when munching & mapping new roads
Most roads that I've ever driven on are 2-way roads, yet waze assumes that any new road recorded or cookie munched is on a 1-way road. I'd like a client option to default them to 2-way, since I know that there are areas where 1-way roads prevail. If I happen to munch a 1-way road while in 2-way mode, I can easily correct it in cartouche later, but I'd much rather correct 3-5% of the roads (or less) than 95-97%.

Turn by turn list directions
When using waze and android auto there is no way to see the turn by turn list of direction like when using the waze app alone. Also, my wife uses apple and carplay and as soon as she connects to waze via carplay her turn by turn list directions appear on her phone screen while the graphical interface of waze appears on the carplay screen simultaneously. Please provide a way to see the list of directions on android auto too. It is very important for planning a trip.

Please restore the English (UK) regional accent/dialect voices. I am an expat and miss my Manchester lilt! So much more pleasant than a synthetic AI.

Siri Shortcuts for reporting - PLEASE
How about enabling Siri interaction so users can report things hands-free? “Siri, tell Waze to report police” or “Siri, tell Waze to report a stopped vehicle on the shoulder” would be a lot safer and easier while driving than fumbling with the phone or CarPlay UI. Please consider it.

Indiquer un animal vivant ou mort
Bonjour,
Avec votre récente Mise à jour il n’est désormais plus possible d’indiquer lorsque un animal vivant se trouve sur la route ou aux abords de la route. Option très importante pour éviter un accident.
De plus il n’est plus possible de spécifier lorsque l’ « objet » se trouvant sur la route est un animal mort ..
Ce qui était également très important pour se préparer au choc visuel de voir un animal gisant sans vie sur le bitume.
Est-il possible de remettre en place ces options si précieuses ?

Gabarit camping-car
Bonjour,
Je me sers de Waze uniquement quand je perds en camping-car. Votre application est formidable, mais parfois elle nous fait passer par des endroits ou raccourcis qui ne sont pas adéquat même parfois risqué pour le gabarit de mon véhicule. Merci d’avance pour votre aide19 votes -
