Take a break on Roadside Rest Areas
When traveling on a highway using Waze, on pulling in to a known rest stop, Waze eagerly tries to get you back on your route. Waze should be able to discern that you've taking a break. Suggestion: when following a route on a highway, and you pull into a known rest area, Waze should pop up and say "Are you taking a break? yes / no"
Upon the user responding "yes," Waze goes into a pause and does not offer any further suggestions, until the phone unit is detected moving at better than 15 mph. This would help reduce confusion…

Add a “Leaving parking spot” community report
Waze already has a strong community reporting culture for traffic, hazards and police. A similar approach could be used for parking. When a user is parked, there could be a simple optional button like “I’m leaving this spot”. After confirmation, Waze would mark that location as recently vacated and show it to nearby drivers for a short time window (e.g. 5–10 minutes) and within a limited radius. This would be a community-driven signal, not a guaranteed or legal parking spot, similar to other crowdsourced reports in Waze. The feature could be opt-in, anonymized, time-limited, and removed automatically…

I would like to add points for parking places.
There are points and areas in waze editor's place, but there is no point only in the parking lot, which is inconvenient.
In Japan, businesses that rent out unused parking spaces in private homes are becoming popular. It is difficult to enclose the parking spaces of private homes for one car, so please add points.1 vote -
Wrong Address for Parking Lot: 4635 Franklin Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90027 is a MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTY WITH NO PARKING

UX for switching from navigation to alerts only
I use Waze every day. I also park in a garage every day. To that end, I go from navigation to alerts only and back, at least every day.
I would like you to look at the UX involved in swapping from one mode to the other. I think it should be easier to do this directly from the app - not from the menu below the main screen.
When I am navigating, I have to tap the bottom bar, open up the next screen, tap the speaker icon, select the alerts only switch, then hit close and close again.

Color coded on important establishments
I was hoping that a new version of your waze would have a color coded important establishments . Ex: a gas station would be color green with a logo Gas sign or something. And a parking area lot would be in blue and has a P sign to it. Only important establishments like hospitals, parking lots, gas stations, car services, police stations, fire stations, etc. The gray block is too general.

Who at Waze wrote the memo that things must be hard.
All I want Waze to do is get me from point A to B. This morning was in a rush, typed in mr destination address and I was then directed to input info. into Facebook and other social media. I divorced myself from Facebook years ago. They are a dog breath outfit. Why would Waze send me there?
There was no exit button, no way for me to get out of this so I logged off and got my direction from Google map.
Just make things simple, just give directions.1 voteThanks for reaching out. Forced approach direction
There needs to be a way to tell Waze to map your approach to arrive from a specific direction.
Example: The cathedral in downtown Los Angeles is on the northeast corner of Temple and Hill streets. The only access to the parking lot is to turn right from southbound Hill street. You can't make a left into the lot from northbound Hill Street, and there is no access at all from easebound or westbound Temple Street. So having some method of specifying an approach direction (in this case) "southbound only approach") would be wonderful.

Make parking position persistent up to some action.
Some times the car position disappear for unclear reasons. It seems to be non persistent, even to mundane manipulations of the app. Therefore, after a while, my car parking position has disappeared, while it was there when I parked the car. This is annoying, because since I have seen my car’s location on the app, I do not make much efforts to remember it’s position!

Closed locations
Multiple times, I have been taken miles off of my route to go to a certain store or rest stop or gas station, only to arrive and discover that it’s either permanently closed or hasn’t been opened for business yet (I’m not talking business hours. I’m talking “still under construction.”) this is infuriating. Please allow us to mark locations as permanently closed or have the app notify us that it’s not open yet. I’m tired of pulling into a closed parking lot because Waze told me something was open. I opened the app to try and mark the location…

Navigation Arrow Direction Not Updating While Parked
When starting navigation from a parking lot or store, the direction arrow does not rotate with the phone’s orientation. Unlike Google Maps, Waze only updates direction after the car starts moving, which can be confusing when deciding whether to turn left or right.

STOP 180° car rotation when standing still
So I come to a stop light, and after a while, my car and map (not the screen) rotates, I guess, as it thinks I actually did make a U turn. Problem is my speed is 0km/h. It happens even when you have a destination to navigate to, and then, all of u sudden, I'm turned around and I'm being shown to make first to the right. I start driving, the whole thing rotates ones again, and I miss my left turn !?!?! I think it's because it get's a satellite position which shifted a bit, so it thinks that…

Add Unpaved as property for a Parking Lot
It would be good to be able to inform users that a parking lot is unpaved by adding a check box in the Facility section on the More Info tab in WME.
Especially during adverse weather it could help users decide to not go to a certain parking lot if its unpaved.
If lack of room is an issue, the Carwash option could be used instead, as that can be made a separate point place1 vote -
Points of interest car play
Please add to apple car play the function to easily search for points of interest such as parking or fuel. You can do this on the app but there isn’t a way to do this on car play. You have to use voice search or type in manually “parking”

No stopping anytime signs parking
I would like it if waze showed signs for knowing when no stopping anytime is because I see too many people thinking it’s ok to pick up and drop people off at a dangerous busy street and I would really like it if waze shows signs for no parking anytime happens all the time at the Rockville Metro Station on the West Side and it can cause a big backup and that includes fire lanes too

A smartphone app that looks for free Parking spots
The app is a paid app. The user pays 120 tokens per year. For this, he receives information about the locations of free Parking.
The use of the information about free Parking you have to pay 1 token. The token is debited from the account automatically when the user is declared by the application location. When the user leaves the location, then the location is considered to be free. The information that the user has left the place, can be read with the help of geolocation.
Every time the user finds somewhere free Parking, ihe can inform…1 voteThanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

My idea is to put Cornwall Road Croydon CR0 3RD in the right place. It it NOT Kemble Road CR0 4JP which is on the opposite side of the park.
Just make it right, please. My new nurse used WAZE yesterday and almost didn't get to me. Not the first time that Cornwall Road residents have had a problem. AA route planner also has it wrong.
