Magnification option
Frequently I feel like I have to zoom out or in to see what lies ahead of me on the road. It's difficult but more so dangerous to adjust zoom, as it requires a lot of tinkering with fingertips. Not so good with driving.
I suggest the same map layout Waze currently has -- but with two or three small boxes (i.e. interfaces) across the bottom of the screen. Missing report options only on phone but not android auto
Many reports options are not available on android auto and when connected to car we cannot add those things such as: road block, signal lights inoperable, and so on ... Also since latest weather is not available anymore on display

Next action on directions
Right now, depending on the what the next action is, the upper left corner overlay can be four or five lines, obscuring the map underneath. My suggestion is that overlay is collapsed to the the first line (i.e, 'right turn, 5.6 mi) until you get close, say two miles, when the rest of the information would be displayed.

next exit
when waze is just open with no route entered; display what street or highway your traveling on and upcoming cross street or exit this is useful for law enforcement , ems to see quickly get a bearing when responding to accidents.

"Something went wrong" when viewing a shared route on PC/Win11
Currently (and now from 1 or 2 months ago) it is impossible to view shared route on a browser (PC/Win11).
The message always display "Something went wrong", there seems to be CSP issues with some scripts, please can you fix it ?Thanks.

Warning notification
Can you please move the box that appears to warn you of a speed trap so it doesn't obscure the speed your driving at/speed limit indicator. Or move the speed indicators to the top right hand area of the display. Thanks!

Show variance in traffic report icons on map.
There are 3 levels of traffic, but only the "heavy" icon displays. The user has to click on a traffic icon to find out whether it's moderate, heavy, or complete standstill.

Change option speed limit /speed penalty
in europe I travel through many countries. Each country has different speed penalts. it would be good to have a chance change the speed limit to the value of the penalty, for example, if my speed is 150, it's not terribly. but when my speed value is 400 € for a penalty then I better slow down.it is good for Young people . they have no sense and no money. and it's best for safety. at maximum speed an alert is displayed ,,, withdrawal of driving license

State name on the map
I recently used Waze on my CarPlay on a multi state trip and at no time I knew which state I was in. It would be a good idea to indicate the state's names somewhere on the display as you travel through them

Bring back the old interface
For The love of God, bring back The old interface display, The New Black and white interface is horrible, and with this update, the search using assistant is not working, we say The destination, The assistant confirm the location and waze does nothing...

Trip Suggestions on Android Auto Waze
When I bring up Waze on my car's dash screen with Android Auto, Waze displays a list of trip suggestions. This only started happening within the last month, prior to that it did not do this.
I would like to disable the auto-display of trip suggestions when Waze on Android Auto starts up. There should be a user selectable setting to do this.
I find it really annoying since 99% of the time I do not need Waze guidance to drive where I want to go, and manually closing the list each time I start the app just…

Fix font on Directions
The Lower Case CAPITAL font for North, South, East, West (ORTH, OUTH, AST, EST) in Map Directions shows up as squares on new VW Tiguans in their front driver display console and is not a compatible font. Example: US644 S◼️◼️◼️◼️

Get rid of the Junk!!
Lyft driver here. Real simple!! Get rid of shit that blocks the screen! Photos? Do you think I'm a tourist? Send someone ETA? WTF this phone and this app are for my convenience not theirs!!! The pop up that asks "Oh is this where you are going?" NO SHIT!!! Why don't you then ask, with a pop up that blocks the screen, Are you sure? OR, BETTER YET!

fade out old road traffic instead of not showing at all
at the moment I can only see recent traffic reports, but not those that were reported for example 20minutes ago.
It would be much more helpful if the client would always show the latest reported road traffic status.
the color could be faded out over time to indicate how old a report is.
the client should offer an option of the maximum age of reports that should be displayed and if a wazer reports that the road is free again, then the old report needs to be removed.4 votes -
Validity of high stamp
Hi, do you plan to add the option to set the validity of the highway stamp? A notification could be displayed before the end and would be automatically removed after the deadline, so navigation would no longer lead to toll roads without signs. Thank you

Only Google map is working, and not as great yet as Waze for EV except EV recharge calculations and suggestion.
This is really annoying, from security perspective, wish to switch radio, on tablet, map disappear on cwnterwheel display.
Constantly have to get back to tablet radio, change station, back to CarPlay, Waze, reset center wheel console to display Google map.
Worst if you select Google map, it disable automatically Waze on tablet and cancel trip.

Add support for government emergency alerts (cell broadcast integration) to notify drivers entering affected areas
As a Waze volunteer editor, I’d like to suggest integrating a feature that uses official cell broadcast emergency alerts sent by governments or national agencies (such as AMBER Alerts, severe weather warnings, or public safety alerts).
The idea is simple: when a Waze user drives into an area where a cell broadcast alert was recently sent, the app could display a notification or short message about it — even if that driver didn’t originally receive the alert on their phone because they were outside the area at the time.
