App2sd support for waze android-version
Android-based mobile phones have started to get 2.2 (FroYo), which brought support for moving applications to SD card. Since Waze is quite a big application (~6 mb for me), it would be really good to be able to move it to the memory card.

Speed monitoring for verbal alerting on fixed camera
There is no verbal alerting for fixed camera. I also noticed that Waze checks the speed of my car about 250 meters before the fixed camera. Afterwards, there is no longer a monitoring of the speed (during the last 250 meters before the camera). Therefore, if the driver increases the speed by lack of attention i.e. because he missed the message displayed on the Carplay screen, he becomes exposed (it was my case …). Would it be possible to develop the following improvement (as being an option in the configuration).

Throw out speeding data from ETA.
Please add an option that does not factor vehicles driving over the speed limit into ETA. It would be nice to have an accurate arrival time if you are not driving above the speed limit.

What about connecting Waze to OBD port so that waze can connect to a vehicle's cruise control and maintain speed under certain conditions?
Add a feature that connects waze to a vehicles OBD to help maintain speed through vehicles cruise control to maintain speed

Display correct current speed when in CarPlay
You should fix this problem that has been a problem for literal decades! The speed shown in Waze when in Car Play is always about 50% of the actual speed. This defeats the feature of letting you know the current speed and if you’re speeding. Sad that you won’t fix it.

Limit weather alerts
Limit the weather alerts so they are not distracting. Driving in severe weather yesterday I kept getting weather and slippery road alerts every few seconds which caused a distraction. I ended up turning off the volume so I could focus on the road. Seems like there could be a filter similar to traffic that limits the number of alerts in a given area while still conveying the initial alert.

Another speed camera idea
I want field box indicating if there is a speed camera on my planned route. I want tis option with audio and I want it to take some noticeable portion of the screen. I also want this box to indicate calculated distance to the next Hazard zone each time. I want the Hazard box to stay until no hazards.

Have Waze automatically detect your speed on major roads
I drive the same busy highway every morning (I-64) here in the Hampton Roads of Virginia. A major section of it is under construction. Instead of passengers and/or drivers taking their eyes off the road to manually enter moderate/heavy/standstill traffic, it would be nice for Waze to automatically detect it and publish it to the map since there are enough people using Waze in this area. I'm sure an algorithm can be written that can detect Wazers within a 1-5 mile radius that are traveling at a particular speed and be able to automatically display the 'traffic speed…

often a mistake is only a speed-mistake in the map. But the way to send the right speed is to long:

Waze app does not display correctly recently on Android phone
For some reason the Waze app is not correctly displaying on my pixel phone anymore. The speed limit and actual speed are in the middle of the screen versus off to the left where they used to be. When a dialog box pops up such as police reported ahead and your speed is covered up, it's not a good day. Please revert to an older version to prevent this loss of function when it's needed most

Speed control stays on
When you go true a speed control or police the alerts status on and later it does not show alerts anymore... you can get a ticket!!!!

moving waze folder inside Android/data
Can you move the waze folder from memory's root to a folder like Android/data/com.waze)
The reason is to keep clean the memory's root to makes easier for user to find important folders like DCIM, Downloads, Music and such on a glimpse. Also, folders in this form are deleted automatically upon app uninstallation, making it cleaner and may make it compatible with app2sd.
