Add to Android auto the touch and hold option existing on the Waze phone app report icon
Add the existing touch and hold option to the report icon to Android auto. This option, which already exists on Waze phone app allow you to access two or three preset reports types. This is reducing the time you take your eyes out of the road and it will allow you to access faster two or three preset reports types. As you touch and hold the original report icon the preset icons are displayed instantly surrounding the original report icon and allowing you through a single touch to swiftly choose to report something important (potholes, police, hazards, etc)

Bisa edit rute favorit
I have many ideas but my english is poor so i described by my own language.
- Bisa edit rute tambahan selain rute yg sudah ada dan diinput manual dengan mengemudi ( ada tombol start dan end ) Setelah diedit bisa disave dan bisa menjadi pilihan untuk rute yg sudah ada dan rute favorit bisa dihighlight
- Tambahkan menu edit di pilihan navigasi dan favorit dan pratinjau
- Adakan icon baru untuk pemberi masukan dan icon baru untuk yg sudah dikerjakan idenya (icon khusus)
- Adakan chat khusus bagi wazer yg sudah menjadi teman dan bisa chat head to head and real time

Vox activated hazard reports in AA
Introduce voice command reports for road hazards available for users using Waze on Android auto on their vehicle's head unit. This would mean that drivers don't have to hunt and peck through the hazards menu.

Flip or swap speed to other side of screen (for CarPlay) and/or make speed limit as big as actual speed.
Hi. Love Waze, but this idea is one of three that would take it from good to great for me...
Problem: For RH Drive vehicles, especially with CarPlay or where the phone is mounted to the left of the steering wheel, the speed limit (as opposed to actual speed) is too hard to read quickly while driving.
Some solutions:
1) A simple option to flip (or swap) the speed widget to the other side of the screen... and / or
2) An option that displays the speed limit the same size as the actual speed, perhaps partly tucked behind…3 votes -
Alert Signal ahead
Dear Waze Team,
I strongly recommend adding voice alerts for upcoming traffic.
Traffic signals are placed even on straight roads with no intersections
The sunlight glare during peak hours makes signal visibility very difficult.
Pedestrian crossings and school zones have signals with no visual cues from afar
This feature would significantly improve safety, reduce violations, and help drivers who are new to the city or unfamiliar with signal placement.
Even a simple alert like:

Next two turns visual
Dear Waze Team,
I appreciate the work you’ve done to make navigation more intuitive and efficient. I’d like to suggest a feature that could further enhance safety for drivers: displaying the next two upcoming turns instead of only the immediate one.
Currently, Waze provides turn-by-turn guidance, but it only shows the next turn unless the following turn happens right after. Having a clear view of the next two turns at all times would allow drivers to plan ahead and avoid last-minute lane changes or abrupt movements. Show Number of Tolls on Route (Dubai - Salik)
As a daily Waze user in Dubai, UAE, I’d like to suggest a highly practical feature for local drivers:
Please show the total number of Salik tolls, estimated toll cost, and approximate fuel cost before starting navigation.
Right now, Waze only warns that “this route has tolls,” but doesn’t show how many or how much they’ll cost. In Dubai, every Salik gate costs AED 4, and it would really help to display something like:🛣️ This route has 3 Salik tolls (AED 12 total)

Enhanced Visual Warning for Speed and Red-Light Cameras
I would like to propose an additional visual alert system for speed and red-light cameras within Waze. The idea is to introduce a transparent red overlay that flashes on the screen as drivers approach a camera location.
This feature would serve as a strong visual cue, especially for users who may not always be actively looking at their GPS display or listening to audio directions. The flashing overlay would draw immediate attention and help ensure drivers are more aware of upcoming enforcement zones.

Fuckit a very long time I use the application, is extremely proud of.
My question would be:I often use this application so that it runs in the background and the display is turned off.
It would be helpful if certain point of time as the application is expected to announce the time of arrival.

Police info
All the places that the police icon or other hazard icons show, one should be able to see the details of that icon. Currently I can only see the minutes reported and distance of an officer when in the route mode. Overview mode should show the same level of details when you tap on the icon. It is ridiculous to have different displays / abilities to see different level of details when it should all be the same. New release has White notifications on a Light Blue background. I can't read it. Need some contrast, letter outlines, drop shadow, different colors...something.

Displays too much of the roads around
When navigating the map shows at least 1/2 mile of the surrounding area - totally unnecessary , please make the map more immediate (not showing everything around ) like Tom Tom and Google maps so the map your looking at is the immediate area around you so will be more detailed ( like when it zooms in on a junction )

There is a problem with the application on the Android system for car screens
The problem is that the search option covers part of the display and the area containing the map is unacceptable, so that the left half is useless while the right half only contains the car and navigation. The search should be minimized and the driving should be placed in the middle and not only in half of the screen

[HAZARD REPORTING] Create a new drop-down self-populating list aka "Favourites" list of previously / recently / regularly typed hazards
If we are honest, I would expect a lot of Wazers don't pull over to post a hazard warning and like me, are prone to do it whilst driving.

Displaying the sections where the speed of travel from point A to point B is recorded by the cameras of the Toll system for vignettes.
Hello Bulgaria, but not only Bulgaria. Since the beginning of September 2025, the toll system that monitors purchased vignettes has started measuring average speed in certain sections of the road network.
Unfortunately, these road sections are not marked on the road itself, and drivers have no way of knowing that they are entering these sections.
The state, represented by the Road Agency and the Toll System, published a list and map on their website showing where these sections are located, and that was the end of the information on this change.

Hi, I've been using Waze for a couple of years and I think it's a great app with great features but I'm having trouble with an old issue that needs to be addressed. I live in Romania and here we have a couple of weird intersections with multiple lanes and even overlapping lanes and on my 10" display it's hard to see which one to take to be on your way. As i find that for me when the alert is on the bottom i miss it due to the placement of my phone in the phone holder so if it was on the top of the screen that would be much better for me personally so give users the option to change where the alert is displayed on screen.

Weighted position marker
I use 2D, north-up moving map displays. It would be better to not have my vehicle position marker in the center but weighted off center where I can see more of the map of where I am headed and not where I have been.
