    When you driving on a average speed zone than your left green panel what is showing the distance from average speed zone should show the speed too and the panel should change to red if the speed is more than the allowed average speed Also it should check the speed between one camera to the second one and not just from the first and last camera

  2. Improve "forgot username or password" process

    I upgraded to a new phone. Forgot my username & password but the entire existing process is circular. Put in my phone number (didn't receive a text w/in 24 hours). Put in my email address (didn't receive an email w/in 24 hours). I charged & started my old phone to get my username. Once I retrieved it and put it into the new phone I received a verification code via text. I used that code and then added my full name - and I was given a new user name which I did not choose.   4. Fuel prices

    In Germany there are apps showing the actual fuel price.
    This information is delivered by the "Bundeskartellamt", nearly in realtime!
    Would it be possible to integrate this in WAZE ?

  5. Put app in Tesla S

    Partner with Tesla to have Waze added (or replace Google Maps). I have a Tesla S and the customized Google maps that comes with the car is often VERY wrong about directions and traffic. I end up using Waze on my phone to find the best alternative routes. Give Elon Musk a call!

  7. Bridge opening

    We have a lot of draw/lift bridges in the area and it would be nice if we could either report the bridge opening as a "Wazer" or if there was a way to gather that info from the web to auto generate on our app.

  9. Don't limit the number of reports that can be submitted, limit the points given instead. Better to have more current info avail for drivers.

    Today I exceeded my limit for the number of reports I could submit. I was not aware there was a limit, but this happened just as I was trying to report an accident on the freeway. I am on the roads early each morning and would think the more info submitted for the rush hour the better. Instead of limiting how many reports can be submitted, if abuse is a concern, why not just limit the points that can be earned from submitting points within a certain amount of time.   10. Expire events option

    Give a general or category specific option to delete/expire events. e.g. most crashes/accidents are cleared in 30 minutes or less, yet the event lingers in Waze for 2 hours or more. So let the user chose how old an event will be displayed.

  12. Sloping / inclined streets

    In Latam and some other cities I have known, there are streets with inclines of more than 15° and some vehicles cannot drive up these roads due to several factors.

    1) low power vehicles
    2) Motorcycles
    3) climatic factors that prevent the vehicle to go up this road.
    4) vehicles parked on the sides that prevent other vehicles from passing.

    It would be interesting to make waze as well as avoid freeway roads we can add the inclination and avoid it.

  13. Suggest EV charging stations close to destination

    In the new update EV charging stations have been integrated into the Waze experience. The issue is that they are treated as petrol stations while most EV-chargers are more suited as destination chargers.

    When navigating to a destination with parking locations nearby, Waze suggests navigating to these locations instead in the search result.

    I suggest making a similar feature for EV charging stations close to your destination. So in addition to the "Where to park" suggestions, you would also have a header with "Where to charge" suggestions.
    This would significantly increase the discoverability of the AC chargers in Waze, whereas…

  14. Show unpaved roads differently in-app

    In the app, unpaved/dirt roads appear identical to other segments of the same type. It may be helpful for users to tell when a segment of street is unpaved, while navigating. Maybe the segment could be 'speckled' or 'hashed'.

  15. Object in roadway

    Waze needs to specify which lane to avoid when warning about objects in the road. Add a lane selection when reporting the object and then add that info to the warning. I need to know which lane is safe to drive in.

  16. Dashcam and offline navigation

    An offline navigation feature along with dashcam, offline as in Google Maps or Sygic to ensure that people with limited data can save it and Dashcam to ensure a piece of evidence in case of any untoward incident

  17. Heavy traffic: "make a corridor for emergency vehicle access"

    Hello,

    in some countries it is mandatory to make a corridor for emergency vehicle access (According to Wikipedia: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Germany) when you are stuck in heavy traffic. Although there are a lot of campaigns on building a "Rettungsgasse" in Germay, a lot of people still don't do it, potentially endangering the life of the victims of accidents.

    I suggest adding the recommendation to form this corridor to the alert for heavy traffic and standstill.

    Sempre ao sair para um determinado lugar, por exemplo: restaurante,
    boate e etc... Sempre aparecem os malditos flanelinhas 'pedindo' para você 'deixar' vigiar o carro, caso você não autorize que eles te extorquirem arranham o seu carro...

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

    We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.
