Planning a trip to a large number of destinations, for example for delivery person..
at this time, can serch route for one destination and add 1 stop to the way.
My idea is that it will be possible to put a lots of destination points and waze will calculate the fastest route between all points.18 votes -
Improve WME editing capability on mobile phones
I can currently add or delete real-time closures in WME in Chrome on my mobile (Galaxy S20). I can't change turn permissions, for instance, as touching the turn arrow to be changed deselects the segment it's part of. Can we get more functionality of WME in Chrome on a mobile phone?

Livemap uses old Lat/Lon order
When entering a lat/lon pair as starting point or destination in Livemap, it must be entered as Lon,Lat. WME was updated to copy as Lat,Lon. Livemap should be updated to match.

school zone alerts
I would be game changer to get alerts for schools zones. Sometimes you dont even know you are in one.

Temporary real-time traffic regulations override
Police frequently implement temporary local traffic regulations, such as diverting vehicles through bus lanes or HOV lanes. On Waze, these segments are typically mapped with Time-Based Restrictions (TBRs) to prevent routing through them. However, these areas are usually pre-mapped. I propose creating a new entity within WME that can be toggled in real-time to override existing TBRs, allowing for more accurate routing based on live traffic conditions

Holiday based turn/traffic restrictions on Japan
Traffic/turn restrictions for holidays have not yet been implemented in Japan.
Please support Japanese national holidays. If Sunday becomes a national holiday, Monday falls under the holiday in lieu, etc. There are detailed rules. The dates that fall under holidays are listed in the following law
https://laws.e-gov.go.jp/law/323AC1000000178/Similar proposals outside of Japan have already been implemented and should be less burdensome.

Layer toggling keyboard shortcut for Hazards
There are some discrepancies between the shortcuts and the actual Layer menu when it comes to Hazards. Currently, there are shortcuts to toggle Speed cameras and Railroad crossings only.
However, there are other Hazards with more frequent instances on the map that could also benefit from keyboard shortcuts. In my opinion, a single toggle for the entire Hazards section would be sufficient. Nonetheless, I'd welcome additional individual toggles along with the general one.

Built in WME HN Number Increase Number for next HN Bubble
Often adding House Numbers in cities or suburbs there are many numbers for each street.
It would be great if you could easily have the next number go up by various increments.
Would like to have 1-9 keys be increase the HN by the value selected. So if you added 10010 and then press the 1 key the HN comes up as 10011. If you had pressed the 4 key then it would have been 10014.
Since some increments are often more than 9, there should also be a place to set an increment and then a hot key when…18 votes -
custom alerts
I would like to be able to place custom warnings in WME that come through to the app.
problem:
- certain tunnels see a lot of truckers or camper vans getting jammed because they are too large to enter.
- school area's getting dangerous when people who do not know the area are routed through due to a traffic jam somewhere else.Idea:
I imagine this like placing a speedcam in WME but then beeing able to fill in a message (with a set maximum of characters).
We could use those to put warnings in problematic areas, and these can…18 votes -
Facilitate the addition/editing of rivers, lakes and water cover
Drawing large rivers on the map, for example, is torture. Although there are scripts that "help" the task, Waze should add its own feature to add water covers, instead of the place editors as it is today.
My suggestion is that each type of water cover has its own type of editor. For example, to draw a river, the editor draws a line that follows the direction of the river and chooses the width, Waze then fills in smoothly, that is, with several "dots".
Another suggestion is the possibility of connecting aquatic elements, such as connecting the river to a…

Allow moving nodes inside Junction Boxes
Junction Boxes currently prevent moving the location of nodes inside them, which means that geometry edits often need JBs to be deleted and recreated.

Ability to submit PUR's outside of your editing area.
I would love to be able to submit PUR's for places outside of my editing area. As I sometimes see places that have incorrect data that needs to be updated but not always an editor in that area is aware. Rather than PM them on the forums it would be more efficent to just submit a PUR for that place. Currently you can only do it in your own unlocked Area..

Increase the four types of fuel limit to map editors
Map editors have only four types of fuel to select and due to this incompatible diesel types or GNV can not be searched in waze.

Change "Pedestrian Boardwalk" to "Pedestrian Walkway"
English WME should change "pedestrian boardwalk" to "pedestrian walkway". This attribute is used for pathways that are pedestrian-only, but most are not technically "boardwalks" (i.e. wooden walking paths).

Multilingual street names
Add the capability to add translations to street names so people who speak different/foreign languages can use the map. EX: In Israel, Google Maps has Anglicized street names, while Waze does not. As a result, the English-speaking voice in Waze cannot recite street names in Waze.
This feature would be of great use in NYC and other cities where there are plenty of ESL speakers and people who have very limited understandings of English. Spanish would be a great language to start with.

Show the source of an UR: app or livemap
Users can now create URs from the livemap, at any location, while UR created via the app are automatically located at the actual position of the user.
When handling an UR, it is useful to know if the UR has been created via the app, by a user actually present at the location, or via the livemap, which allows to create a UR at any location.
Knowing the source helps analysing the UR.17 votes -
Link Parking Lots to Places in WME
When Searching for a place in the app, I've noticed the place will pop up, for example "Target" and its designated parking lot will show up almost always right below it, "Parking - Target". But when you click "Target" and go to see parking lots that are close, the only ones that show up are ones that have a Public lot type, which naturally isn't the one marked Target bc that needs to be marked Restricted bc only those going to Target can park there. If there could be a way a link a few parking lots to a place…
