RTC : ability to add them on current tiles
Hi,
the real time closure have a problem :We put them in WME and WME validates them according to their current state in database. But they apply on livemap.
Imagine I have a street that is A->B. Then they decide to reverse it. So it is now saved B->A.
In WME I have B->A
In livemap I still have A->B until tiles update. To avoid routing people A->B, it would be nice to add a closure, but WME refuse since it thinks the road is in opposite direction.
It would be nice if WME could accept it by really…

Set GPS point color by age in WME
Please set the color of GPS points in WME by age instead of direction, The direction is already indicated by the direction of the arrow. Editors need to know how old the tracks are to see changing traffic patterns.

Hide Name Checkbox
In an effort to reduce clutter, and provide more information to the user, it would be nice to be able suppress display of the name of certain objects on the map. Parking lot areas, drive through lanes, private community roads, etc. could all benefit from this kind of feature.
The end result could be something like "Turn right into Costco Customer Parking" without a bunch of segments that are visibly named like that in the client.19 votes -
Extra click required before moving place point
After WME v2.115, a place point requires 2 clicks to move it. When creating a new place point, you can add the stop point. But to move the place point, you have to de-select the place point then re-select it.

Allow a specific path in a junction box to be Private/access only
If we have one-way access-only restrictions, it's impossible to map this if other routes are available.
Looking at the situation in the following graphic:
https://imgur.com/cJEtlk2There's no way to get to some of the streets without using the one road that's open to all traffic.
Having the ability to set a Private Road type to a particular route in a junction box will help resolve this situation.

Different layout for RPPs: visible numbers
Hi,
in my city there is a big number of RPPs due to side roads.
I often add them and, since there no way to copy-paste an RPP (this could also be a suggestion), I often copy road's name, then add the number and submit.
Maybe that sometimes I forget/miss to Apply road name/number, so I get no-way, no-city, no-number, but RPP's triangle doesn't allow me to notice my mistake.
It would be nice if (at least) the address number appeared on the RPP within the map, in order to check its value.
Another use for the enhancement would be…19 votes -
Edit favorites on the map editor
Enable favorite editing in map editor. This would be an easier way to make include of several favorites or POIs help in planning a trip.
Ideally it would allow planning with historic traffic data (similar to Google Maps) allowing to establish the travel time between them and estimate the arrival time .
Alternatively the Waze can import the saved locations from Google Maps, so it should be possible to link the Waze has Google Maps account.

Improve WME editing capability on mobile phones
I can currently add or delete real-time closures in WME in Chrome on my mobile (Galaxy S20). I can't change turn permissions, for instance, as touching the turn arrow to be changed deselects the segment it's part of. Can we get more functionality of WME in Chrome on a mobile phone?

Livemap uses old Lat/Lon order
When entering a lat/lon pair as starting point or destination in Livemap, it must be entered as Lon,Lat. WME was updated to copy as Lat,Lon. Livemap should be updated to match.

Temporary real-time traffic regulations override
Police frequently implement temporary local traffic regulations, such as diverting vehicles through bus lanes or HOV lanes. On Waze, these segments are typically mapped with Time-Based Restrictions (TBRs) to prevent routing through them. However, these areas are usually pre-mapped. I propose creating a new entity within WME that can be toggled in real-time to override existing TBRs, allowing for more accurate routing based on live traffic conditions

Holiday based turn/traffic restrictions on Japan
Traffic/turn restrictions for holidays have not yet been implemented in Japan.
Please support Japanese national holidays. If Sunday becomes a national holiday, Monday falls under the holiday in lieu, etc. There are detailed rules. The dates that fall under holidays are listed in the following law
https://laws.e-gov.go.jp/law/323AC1000000178/Similar proposals outside of Japan have already been implemented and should be less burdensome.

Layer toggling keyboard shortcut for Hazards
There are some discrepancies between the shortcuts and the actual Layer menu when it comes to Hazards. Currently, there are shortcuts to toggle Speed cameras and Railroad crossings only.
However, there are other Hazards with more frequent instances on the map that could also benefit from keyboard shortcuts. In my opinion, a single toggle for the entire Hazards section would be sufficient. Nonetheless, I'd welcome additional individual toggles along with the general one.

Built in WME HN Number Increase Number for next HN Bubble
Often adding House Numbers in cities or suburbs there are many numbers for each street.
It would be great if you could easily have the next number go up by various increments.
Would like to have 1-9 keys be increase the HN by the value selected. So if you added 10010 and then press the 1 key the HN comes up as 10011. If you had pressed the 4 key then it would have been 10014.
Since some increments are often more than 9, there should also be a place to set an increment and then a hot key when…18 votes
