    Hey jangliss,

    Thank you very much for this detailed suggestion.
    Currently there is a lot of work around communication between the WME and the client (the app), to find how best should be handled.

    We will do our best to share some more details about it in the near future.

    At this point this is currently not planned, and therefore won’t move to our back log.

    If any thing in this direction will be changed, we will update accordingly.

    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2023 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

    It would be nice to continue conversations for actual map problems rather than have the report disappear and a driver having to make a new one.

    1- URs can be accidentally closed (shutting off a conversation in the future or removing important info for BUG tracking)
    2- A driver may reply to you after you close it (where you end up fighting against the clock to fix their issue before it disappears)
