adding no commercial plates filter
Allowing a filter for choosing passenger cars only routes or commercial vehicles allowed. This would be helpful to plan routes and side routes avoiding parkways or roads in the NYC area which do not allow commercial plated vehicles on those roads

Option to close waze without confirming or double tapping screen
I use waze on every drive, due to this my phone is always logged in when driving (use a pin to access). While sitting in traffic one evening 2 robbers forced my window down, unlocked my car, opened the door and grabbed my phone. I would appreciate if an option could be added to close waze without confirming or by double tapping the screen in order for a phone to lock itself asap so that it can't be used or accessed. This would be much easier to do in a state of panic than to press the power/lock button on…

alert the destinations energy management system of my ETA
When an office employee clicks "Work" as their destination, Waze should send a message to the building automation system with that workers ID (coded, or their name, or desk number) and the building automation system can calculate the pre-start time needed for the HVAC system to ensure the space is up to temperature when the employee arrives. This will prevent unnecessarily early starts, also will start the system if they come in early, or on an unscheduled day. speed trap warning.. along with the police warnings
I just passed a speed trap on the other side and I cannot warn them that there was a cop on the bridge clocking their speed.and cop cars lined up on the ramp to get them for speeding

I would like to tap the ETA to iMessage my ETA to a preferred recipient (three buttons - most used, most recent, or from Contacts)
Tap the ETA button and a menu would pop-up with three buttons - 1. the recipient most frequently sent an ETA, 2. the recipient (different from 1.) most recently sent an ETA, and 3. Field that searches Contacts. Then iMessage the Wazer username, destination address, and ETA. Example: WazerUser1 will arrive at 531 17th Street, Milwaukee, WI at 10:25PM in 15 minutes. Fewer taps to make a report
When using CarPlay (or even my phone when I'm the right-side passenger), to report a vehicle stopped on the side of the road I must tap the orange "Report" circle, choose "Hazard," "Shoulder," "Vehicle Stopped." In CarPlay, when driving that takes my eyes from the road at least four times to identify/locate/push the appropriate button to make the report. Rather than spelling out the words for each part of the notice - perhaps readily identifiable icons could be "stacked" under the headings. Select "From and To" plus "Stop Off" on the app/live web map
To have the opportunity to add a "From" address as opposed to where you currently are. Therefore put an address in where you want to start your trip and then add the destination, and to also add "Stop Off" during the trip and possibly multiple stops like some map alternatives use.

Adds to map locations you are no longer at
When you arrive at your destination you should be able to go back into map locations you are not at and make reports.. Ex find street previously driven and report police in parking lot of gas station hidden so that if you can't imeadiately make report the info is still given.

Driving lane information
It would be great if a user that put notification about stopped vehicle, could also mark on which lane the event happened or is present, for example: stopped on the side, on the first lane, on the second lane or third lane

Different preferences while navigating
There are several settings that I want to change according to whether or not I am navigating to a destination. Please give up options like "on when navigating, off when not navigating" in addition to the existing "on"/"off" options.
For example, I should be able to make the following settings:
North Up when not navigating; actual or desired travel direction up when
navigating;2D view when not navigating; 3D view when navigating;
Auto zoom off when not navigation; Auto zoom by distance when navigating.

The left panel cannot anymore be open by left sliding gesture. Please set active again. It is really useful
This feature has been recently deactivated (confirmed via email by Waze). Nevertheless, it was really useful.
When you are driving with an active destination, a rapid left sliding gesture enabled to access to a recent or favorite destination to add as an intermediate stop.
More simpler than by clicking on the seach magnifier down the screen1 vote -

Quick access icons.
Put additional icons on the available space on the left side of the screen (and top/bottom) for Police (visible, hidden, and other side). Also a Vehicle on shoulder, pothole, object on road, and roadkill would be extremely helpful.
It would make it much safer and you would get more accurate reporting if we don't have to navigate through choices when alerting other drivers.3 votes -
Favour easy turns
Hi i am in singapore. We drive on the left side of the road. So left turns are easy. Compared to right turns, which need to wait for the traffic light to be in your favour. Can waze hqve a feature to favour easy turn?

Money and points.
While using Waze i would like to see on aplication display ,in the left side just over the speed limit ,how many point on my licence and money i have to pay if i will brake the speed limit.
I think it will be interesting for many people to see the "punishment"for breaking the law.

Neccessary vignette
When y go to a destination requiring multiple vignettes, instead of saying you need vignettes and then can't find a way there, show the list of necessary vignette, or even better automatically complete the vignette list and then show the way
The list to choose freely from is very wide and can't find all y need3 votes
